The Armed Republic of Mationbuds is looking to set up 2 bases overseas to house our new fleets : The Striker Fleet and The Viper Fleet .
If you allow us to set up bases , you can choose if it would be in your territory but not on your land (orbital base) or a land base . It will also foster ties between our nations .

Here is what the fleets consist of :
1)Striker Fleet :
*2 Imperial Star Destroyers
*4 Victory Class Destroyers
*4 Cossack Class Frigates
*6 Imperial Assult Ships (each with 100 Vanguard Troops , 10 Hover Tanks and 4 AT-AT)
*4 Vanguard Class Fighter Carrier (each with 2 squardrons of T-Wings and 1 Squardron of X-Wing)
*2 Medivac Medical Ship

2)Viper Fleet :
*1 Super Star Destroyer
*2 Imperial Star Destroyers
*6 Calamari Class Battlecruisers
*6 Cossack Class Frigates
*10 Imperial Assult Ships (each with 100 Vanguard Troops , 5 hover tanks and 6 AT-ATs)
*6 Vanguard Class Fighter Carrier (2 X-Wing Squardrons and 1 T-Wing Squardron)
*2 Medivac Medical Ship
*1 Noghri Class Mother Ship (carrying 5 Imperial Assult Ships , 5 squardrons of X-Wings , 4 Squardrons of T-Wings , 2 Squardrons of TIE fighters)(with 2 Cossack Class Frigates as escort)
*2 Obliterator Class Dreadnaughts

This is how an orbital base would be armed with :
-4 Ion Cannons
-6 Tractor Beams
-20 Laser Turret Stations
-6 Proton Missile Launchers
-2 Squardrons of X-Wings and 4 Squardrons of TIE Fighters
-Crew : 180 excluding fleet personnel
-4 TangoII Personnel Crafts

A land based base :
-12 Laser Turret Stations
-5 Ion Planetary Defence Cannons
-2 Proton Missile Launchers
-2 Squardrons of X-Wings and 5 Squardrons of TIE Fighters
-Crew : 200 people excluding Fleet Personnel
-6 TangoII Personnel Craft

By setting up bases , we would also assist you in wars (if possible) and if your nation/planet is under attack , we would help to destroy the invaders .
We also swear that we will not attack your base should any reason other than you attacked us first arise .

The most Divine Empire of Waldenburg 2 will be willing to house these fleets In the Paloni sector. The area in question would orbit the planet of Paloni Massa the outermost planet of our Empire. There was quite a city there once but it was tragically glassed in a recent war. The planet is mostly inhospitable except for a few terreformed regions. For that reason we are willing to give you the planet and the orbiting space neccesary. We must warn you however that we are in quite a few wars and, while this area being quite safe as we win most wars, there is a great chance that your ships could be damaged in a fleet to fleet fire fight. It is however your choice, we welcome you of course.

Nevertheless , we thank you for letting us house our 2 fleets in your territory . We would begin moving the fleets and builders , tools and materials to set up a land base and orbital base as specified . We also pledge to assist you in wars and would fight to defend our bases if need be .
