Official Message sent to all nations
After a mild Famine the Grand Ruler has decided that it is necessary to extend our borders to 200nm to feed our tremendous population. We will allow foreign trade ships to pass even if they are not going to any port in Neoma.
Any non Neoman ships found fishing in the new Neoman waters will have their ships impounded, the crews will be sent back to their nation of origin and fined for illegal fishing. Their ships will be sold at international auction.
But we are understanding and will forgive Some of the illegal fishing that takes place. I.e people who don't know where they are fishing or if we believe that they are unaware of the new water boundaries of Neoma
We hope that the international community will accept our new claims for the greater good of feeding our citizens.
