The CFA Board Room:
"Next on the hidden agenda, nuclear power," Supreme Admiral Crowley declared, "What do you think gentlemen, yay or nay?" The most of the men in the room rose and declared "Yay." The Admiral was surprised by the reaction he got from the board, he had expected a split vote. This is not to say the was displeased though, he had been waiting to start a nuclear program for a long while now.
"Now that we have decided," Crowley said, "where shall we build it?" "What about here in the capital?" General Greene suggested, "It would be easy to defend." Vice Admiral Henderson stood and replied, "But what about the risk of a nuclear meltdown? I say we build it on the Cork plains. That way if there is a meltdown no major cities are at risk." "That would be to hard to defend," General Hanlon stated. The Admiral was getting irritated. "Are there any other suggestions?" He asked as he looked around the room with a deadly glare.
Tech General Caitlen Crowley rose, "I suggest that we build it with in Mount Gallway. It would be easy to defend and in the case of a melt down the contamination would be easily contained." Her father looked around the room with the same glare that he used onlyt a few seconds ago, "Anything anyone wants say? No? Then it is decided, Mount Gallway it is. Greene have the 101st foot and the 73rd mechanized divisions move to a defensive position around the mountain. I do Not want the press to find out about this project nor do I want anyother nation to learn of it. Meeting ajurned."

Multiple Locations Across the CFA:
With in two weeks the tunneling was well on its way. The main tunnels were already connected and being expanded upon. The Techies down the road from the Kremlit were already finished the basic design of the powere plant and had already begun building some of the 'safe' technology. The public was still oblivious. They had been told that the construction going on there was for a back up bunker in case something happened to the Kremlit. Caitlen had put one of her most trusted collegues, Colin O'Kanel in charge of oversight. He told her that the project would be completed within the next three, possibly even two, years.
OOC: I posted this before but lost it so I am starting it over again.
