The People's Republic of Agonnoga would like to announce that it is opening it's doors to anyone interested in forming diplomatic/economic/military relations with us. Although the People's Republic of Agonnoga is a relatively young nation, what it does have is a large deposit of oil as well various other minerals. The oil beds are opened for foreign development/interest if one is yearning for cheaper fuels. If interested, please contact the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Sayyas Square, Sayppyas. Thank you for your time,

Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ayallaya Smiserv QXR

I would love to form good relations with the newly opened nation of Agonnoga. I would like to build an Embassy in your nation's capitol and you are wecome to a nice newly open plot of land in Jamin for your own. I hope this will be the start of Friendly and open Relationship. Also I am interested in buying some of the oil in your nation. We can work out a price later. By the way would you be interested in buying our finely made cars ,like the NX-lighting, or some copper?

May you walk in the light

Hello,
We are interested in having you open soda and pizza cooperatives in the Commonalitarianism. The International Ownership Bank of Commonalitarianism is willing to fund loans at a rate of 5% + Inflation to start such businesses. We ask that you incorporate such businesses as employee stock ownership businesses, family owned, or union owned businesses. We don't accept corporations. We are looking forward to having something other than fish for lunch.

Regards,
Trade Delegate to the Commonalitarianism

The PR of Agonnoga is interested in copper as well as cars although the key thing that the country is interested is trade. Perhaps if your airlines (if have any) would be interested in opening a terminal in Rolfe Eflor, space could be made for your country. The oil deposits, as the Oil Ministry states, can last over 200 years, although the trouble is on transportation. Perhaps you would be interested in sending a diplomat on this matter?

The soda and pizza cooperatives is a shared venture from the National Agonnoganese Bank and private investors. Such an opening would be appealing to the soda and pizza cooperatives. Employees are given options although unions are a must for workers, although the unions are state run, as well as owning half of a company. We are willing to provide facilities that would produce the two products as well as other goods - paper supplies, meat packaging, and so on. The soda and pizza cooperatives will have to occupy a large space due to the restrictions that the PR has upon the companies - this means that cafeterias, living quarters, and so on will be built for the workers. Would you still be interested in such a venture?

Hello,
Yes, that is one form of company which we support. We call it a PPC-- Public Private Consortium. We will register it under your governments name and the workers will be issued some of the shares in the company. We prefer that workers have direct ownership in addition to investors. If they are not given shares our wage structures have legal prohibitions against flat wages-- wages must partially represent the performance of the company. It is usually weighted 70%flat, and 30% fluctuating based on performace of the company. It can be up to 10% less, or 10% more. Our goal is to create long term stable companies. Nonperforming companies are not encouraged. People are invested in our society. Another option for employees is the ability to bank their wages in the company. This is a standard practice. They can take what they need out of their account up to the full value of their salary. Depending on the performance of the company, the employee will earn an interest based on the performance of the company either up or down if they bank the wages internally. Also increased wage banking increases ownership stake in the company.

Although I am new to the position, your offer seems acceptable by the Board of Trustees whom run the co-operative. If you are interested, the deal can be commenced immediately provided that there is adequet transporation and construction for the said facilities. We will have to participate in the construction due to the cultural and economic ties whenever a venture of this magnitude is established. Would you be privy to such an option?

That would be acceptable although we did not expect such finite detail about your guards. It is acceptable with the exception of the grendae arms; the PR of Agonnoga is a peaceful country with the only spat of violence deep within our desert territories. That issue is pretty much dealt with our own military as it were. Also that fact, the PR would like to extend your guard count to 20, although with the extra 7 being attaches to the military seeing that your nation has the "air" of a military state.

Bonanni Commercial House, RFS-- Registered Family Syndicate can more than adequately fund and build the construction of your facilities. This will be done in a timely manner. Our currency the time credit provides for built in contractual functions regarding time sensitive business activities. This is more than adequate.

Very well then - consider it done.

Perhaps your nation would be interested in signing a free trade accords?

The Fatherland accepts your proposal to have 7 more foreign guards living in the Roman Embassy. We will have a seperate barracks for your guards away from the Roman Marine Barracks. We are doing this because we have some issues in trusting foreign troops handling classified data. We had spies whom were foreign soldiers steal our data and exploit the Fatherland's weakness by bombing the embassy and attacking the Fatherland.
