" This is the planet. Codenamed -Spartion- This planet has been outfitted with over 700 Million cities, And each has its own military equpiment centers, and bases. The Planet is large and is capable of holding up to 40 Billion. Why is this planet made like this you ask. For one reason, and that reason is entertainment. On this planet Weapons have been stockpiled, food has been grown and everything a peron can want is thier, the planet is ready to start being lived on NOW. Even the class B Uniforms of the people going to the planet have been sent. Predesignated " nations" have been mapped out. Who will inhabite this planet you ask. Anyone..... Hobbeebia will be sending 10 million of our prisoners of death row to this planet. But we will not send unitl the planet has enough going to fill up. Once on the planet the population will run themselve as if they where free. They will have to make thier nation the top nation. And to do this the other population must destroyed or converted. The weapons are of older design and still use solid projectiles. Energy weapons are not on this planet.

rules of War Planet:
Before warring can begin each nation must have atleast 20 million or more in each.
Once the warring planet has been inhabited, nations of contribution may not interfere in the competition. Once thier down there they're stuck there unitl the war is done. Now we ask that nations train only 25% of the enties as soldiers and the other 75% as normal everyday people. So they may operate factories and everyday life for thier nation. With out them the natioons will quickly run out of thing to eat, and live. And the cities would fall apart.
Nations of contribution may send more population once the first 3 weeks of competitions starts.
