For the next hour, His Holy Eminence has authorized the establishment of a Committee to resolve diplomatic relations with nations that are willing to open dialogue and friendly relations with the Holy Empire of Naktan. We are a peace loving country, relatively unknown until the establishment of the Empire by His Holy Eminence. Now, with a minor but stable economic force in place, we are eager to open arms (friendly, embracing arms - not the sort of destruction) with any nation that is willing to reciprocate the hospitality. His Holy Eminence has likewise authorized land grants for the establishment of foreign embassies in the Imperial capital of Anakstin, in return for a similar embassy establishments abroad [we understand the nature of certain nations on this policy and will accept reasonable compromises].

If you are a willing nation, please reply to this post. Note to all nations, this post - while remaining active - will not be recognized by the Holy Empire of Naktan after one hour of its inception. We apologize in advance to any nation that is caught in his line, for His Holy Eminence has only authorized time for one hour. The embasy would be a 100 story tall skyscraper. Staff would include Public relations and Security forces.

The Holy Empire of Naktan can make the arrangements for the embassy.

In return, we request a small plot of perhaps 1000 square meters in your capital (or most applicable setting). To head our ambassadorial mission to the Raven corps, our PM has appointed Talaum Durvilaok, a familiar traveler in the world. He remembers his stays there, and has a somewhat fond memory of your people.

In addition to the embassy plot, we wish to ask for permission to build a temple upon plots (as nations refuse this sort of policy.

After review, His Holy Eminence has decided against the establishment of an embassy; but he does allow the construction of a corporate facility in the city.

Greetings, Administrator. On behalf of the Dominion of Helfaer and our esteemed monarch, I request that we be allowed to open an embassy in your great and holy empire to facilitate negotiations and exchange of dialogue between our nations.

If you agree to our request, we will require a helipad capable of holding two large transport helicopters built onto our embassy. Also, if it does not contravene any of your national laws, we would like to build a small shrine of our national faith into our embassy.

Should a Helfaer embassy be built in your capital, our ambassadorial staff will consist of:

1 Head Ambassador
3 Assistant Diplomats
7 Miscellaneous Staff
10 Security Personnel (Armed)

On top of this, they will bring two armoured staff cars and two transport helicopters. If you have any objection to any items on this list, please inform us. We are happy to compromise.

On the subject of your nation placing an embassy within our nation, we can supply an area of land within our capital city. However, for reasons of security, you will be limited to ten armed guards who may not carry weapons larger than an assault rifle, and may not bring armed vehicles or any helicopter with a weapon larger than a 7.62mm cannon.

Finally, the Fell (our title for our monarch) has asked for his warmest compliments to be conveyed to you Emperor, along with a case of fine wine, which will be delivered as soon as possible.
