Intracircumcordei has divirted over 50 aircraft to land at any available landing spots and fly to back to Xian International Airport and to transfer individuals either to customs for a visa and dispersal to foreign traveller resources, or to one of our emergency response locations for holdings until further arangments can be worked out. Flights will be provided on a first come first serve basis and we can accomodate roughly 12500 air passengers. Meals will be provided as well as bedding and other supplies at the Emergecy Services Center.

Also a number of merchant marine craft have be rerouted that are avialble that will be able to accommodate an additional 1000 individuals. General Rodireguez watched as the military helicopters closed in.

"Get ready for a quick drop off from the communist! Be prepared to shoot down any non-sanctioned aircraft coming in!"

"Sir, permission to land?" asked a pilot over the radio.

"Permission granted!" yelled Rodireguez.

The Helicopters landed, and civilians rushed out. "MOVE! Once you are clear of the airspace, you will be instructed on what's happening next!" yelled a soldier.

Rodireguez turned to the Helicopter pilot. Yelling over the noise, he said "Were they're any hints of Kravania surviellance?"
