Location: Xharnia (Capital City of the newly formed Grand National Union of Xharn)

Time: 6:10 A.M. (Several hours after Coup.)


The dawn was an impressive sight for the city of 100 million people. The Capital of Xharn had recently underwent a brutal and very surprising coup de at. The Nationalist forces that had guarded the city disguised as royalists Elite forces had finally struck and overthrown the government of the King Carl Von Ericson.

In one very sudden and brutal night, The 200,000-man garrison had effectively surrounded the city and then began to purge the city of enemies of the state. These enemies of the state were made up of, The Royal family and countless names of suspected Communists, Jews, Christians, Muslims, and Buddhists and immigrants that had entered into Xharn. They were all to be sent to the City of Rova for processing and trial. If they were found guilty of their accused crimes they would be sent to one of the several Detention Complexes in western Xharn. These Gulag like prisons were horrible places to be sent and their hard work would be to manufacture more ammunition for the National Xharnian Military forces.

The Patron Anton Von Bureon and his National Military Central Command along with the heads of the Grand National Unity Party AKA the Grand National Senate took the first flight to Xharnia to announce the creation of the Grand National Union of Xharn. Once they had arrived there was much cheering as these militarily dressed men walked from their private passenger jet a Boeing 747 and walked towards the newly declared Grand National Citadel. (Royal Palace) The military escort was huge their was at least 500 Xharnian Infantry men around this large party of now the highest ranking officials of Xharn.


The reporters had already arrived to find out what was going to happen there was rumors that the communists had taken over and there was also rumors that the government was overthrown by old Rolanda family supporters or Novan created resistance groups. The Nationalists however had finally managed to get the loud speakers of the city to reactivate and once again the news of the city was being transmitted to the people by the voice of a young woman,

"Hello, fellow citizens of the Grand National Union of Xharn. I am Alicia Monroe and I am here to announce that the National Liberation Army has liberated us from the corrupt and false regime of false King Carl Von Ericson. The National Liberation Army is here to administer our people and protect the sovereignty of our state from the communist heathens and the inhuman and corrupt foreigners that even now seek to destroy our way of life as Novacom is surely doing to our fair and noble people. The Patron Anton Von Bureon has now entered into the Grand National Citadel with the new officials of our new sovereign government. The Patron of the Union and his Senior members of the government will be having a press conference with any national and any international press that wishes to come. This press conference will be held in the Grand National Citadel in the outer chambers. At exactly nine 9:00 P.M."



The news reports went rampant about the coup and details about what happened. The people that were "taken" were not mentioned it was like they did not exist. The National Liberation Army paraded down the streets. A grueling and realistic reminder to those that tried to resist the Union and her military.


The Grand National Palace was beginning to prepare for the large reception of press that were expected to come. The Patron Anton Von Bureon waited with his fellow members of the National Military Central Command. The General-Chairman of the party was also there to help answer any pressing political questions about the government. The Citadel's staff was busy cleaning the Citadel that had been stormed by X.R.I.C. Nationalists just the night before. The Hive was sealed away to avoid unwanted attention to the most secret facility in Xharn. The Staff finally finished after several hours of work and the large doors were opened. The Gates of the Citadel were also opened to allow representatives of the press to enter. The Guards on the grounds were doubled in case any would be assassin tried to harm the Patron and the senior members of the new government of Xharn.

The Grand National Citadel


The Xharnian Press started to enter through the main gates that had finally opened for the reporters. The Reporters were required to show their identification papers and their licenses. The National Guards would wave them through once they were all thoroughly searched for weapons and other potentially dangerous material.


The outer chamber which served, as the primary assembly room for non-governmental situations was a huge room with seats arranged in an assembly style rows. That faced a giant podium in the other side of the room. The Grand National Citadel's serving staff were waiting upon the people with food and refreshments.

The National guards were ever present even in this room. They were positioned around the Podium and at the entrances and exits of the room. The press talked amongst themselves and waited until the sight of Patron Anton Von Bureon and the members of the National Military Central Command along with the General-Chairman of the Grand National Unity Party. The other members sat down on chairs next to the podium. The Patron of the Union himself stood up at the Podium and said,

"Hello, Press of the World. Do you have any questions for the Grand National Union of Xharn's new government?"

One of the Xharnian reporters stands up and said, "Sir, Now that you have liberated the City what are your plans for the country?"

The Patron Anton Von Bureon replies "The Grand National Union of Xharn is going to start rebuilding our damaged military The Novacom forces have unfortunately wrecked much of our infrastructure. This will be repaired once our war is over hopefully in the diplomacy room instead of in the trenches."

The admiral was reading his daily breifing while sipping at his whiskey. The alcholic drink burst from his mouth when he saw what had happened in his ally's nation. He buzzed his secretary, "Dennis, get this Patron Anton Von Bureon on the phone!"

The Patron was standing behind the Podium, as a servant comes up to him and whispers in his ear. The Patron Anton Von Bureon looks at the servant and said "We have a call from Drexel Hillsville?" The Servant nods and said, "Yes, My Patron They have some secretary trying to reach you."

The Patron Anton Von Bureon sighs and replies, "As you can see I am in a press conference. I can not just order these fine people to leave for a phone call."

The Patron Anton Von Bureon looks at Field Marshal Choi Song and said, "Would be so kind as to speak for me while I leave this assembly?"

The newly appointed Field Marshal smiles and said, " Yes, my Patron."

The Patron Anton Von Bureon smiles and walks out leaving Field Marshal Choi Song to finish the meeting for him.

The National Military Central Command members all stood up and saluted the Patron as he took his leave from the Press Conference. Four Death Korps Guards followed him out.

The Field Marshal Choi Song after saluting headed towards the Podium and asked,

"Is there any other questions?"


The Patron Anton Von Bureon finally reached the phone and said, "Patron Anton Von Bureon speaking."
