OOC: There has been a coup in Chechen Republic, and the leader of the coup has been arrested along with several officers and under the request of the Chechen Republic government the Union Canada has accepted the four officers and the General and will have them on trial. This means that all ethnic violence will end in Chechen Republic and foreign forces will stop attacking Chechen Republic.

So, if someone wants to play General palovich and his defence lawyers, or wants to be a person of interest in the case like a foreign nation post here, and I will start the trial. Other foreign nations can send diplomats to watch the proceedings to see if they are fair.

OOC: I'd RP as Palovich, but I'd need to know some stuff about him, like personality traits, ideology, reason for rebelling... in short, to know the role I'd play.

I'd also need to know what legal system Union Canada uses, so that I could adequately RP his defense.

OOC: General Palovich is an egotistic man, he does not like Muslims or anyone non-Russian at all. He is tall, with black hair and he believes that he is to reunite Russia into a greater good.

The Canadian legal system is that trials like this is for life in prison.

General Palovich was brought into the trial box before the Judge listed the crimes of what General Palovich had committed.

The crimes he had committed was

Treason
Treason against a democratically elected government
Murder
Racism and Hate literature
Attempted violence resulting in attempted Genocide

The Judge a elderly man of about 60 said at the General;
