OOC: This is the thread I will use to post 'official announcements' concerning my territory and holdings on Earth II. This thread isn't really intended for alot of reply posts, so feel free to ignore it if you like. I'll use it as more of a reference thing.

King Von Zant has decreed that the Constitutional Monarchy will be divided up into 4 Military Districts, each commanded by a Military Governor (a Major General in the Yerffian Military). This is simply to further assure the Kingdom's safety until the world situation is resolved. Effective in one month these will replace the province system previously used for governing the people.
Each District will have a different governor and will be assigned different areas of the military to prioritize. Districts 1 and 3 will have a Naval priority, with commercial shipping a secondary concern. District 4 will have commercial shipping and it's protection as a priority, and will also have the responsibility to recruit and train Marine Corps forces. District 2 will be primarily responsible for the Army and Air Force branches.
At a later time the King will appoint an Executive General to coordinate the four Districts and to assure they are all protected in all areas of defense. The Executive General will assume second-in-command to all forces in the Yerffian Military (after the King), effective immediately.
The King has authorized an additional $670 billion (on top of the $9.88 trillion already budgeted to the military) to each of the Military Branches to help with raising and equipping a new military.
More detailed plans will be declassified shortly.
