Whoever wants to join in the region the United Emperialist of America, send me a telegram in the Emperialist and tell only the name of the country. To qualify: political freedom must be outlawed or unheard of, and either economy and civil right must be below average or lower, and low. Another requirement is not to join the UN because joins this region is to swear not to follow any international laws. Your countries name must not say anything to do with freedom either, joining this region means you are to be a dictator or emperialist. Further instruction will follow if you meet the requirement. If you dont, i wont answer you. I hope the instruction is clear enough.
