Arthur Richardson had been in charge of this nation for several weeks now, and already aid from some nations was helping the rebuild of the nation, roads were being repaired, and various structures were in the process of being constructed, all in all, things had calmed down.

The all night parties that had lasted for days on end, had stopped, people now realised that if they were to return to a state of norm, they would need to reconstruct their nation... and so People worked together...

Arthur Richardson was doing well for his country, already he'd drafted nations aid, and was organising the rebuild, people seemed happy with the way he was running the country, he was a kind man, who looked at people like they were his equals...

Children laughed and played in the street as Arthur and his assistants walked over to a small plot of land....

"This is the only place we can Construct the Embassy row..." spoke a Building Contractor...

"Are you sure?"

"Its the only area in the City large enough to house everyone.."

Arthur sighed, he didn't want the embassy to built on that...

"Ok... Just make sure no one finds out what its built over... "

"So many lives..." Thought Arthur as he nodded and walked away...

"Aye... Don't worry.... No one will ever know..." The Contractor spoke looking at blue prints...

With his head held low, Arthur returned to his make shift office to write a telegram...
