The Camera crews fixed their cameras on the doors of the Parliament, where the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister, and High Chancellor will enter the chamber of Parliament and then start the meeting of Parliament. Already at this moment, all the 800 ministers of Parliament have already seated in the Parliament benches. The majority coalitions parties’ blocks of the Unionist-Reformist Party and Al Muslimeen Social Democratic Labour Party were seat in right side of the benches, since they were the majority parties. On the Left side of Parliament Benches are reserves for the opposition parties, which were the Hezbollah Party and The Union and Progressive Party.

( The camera show all the ministers seating in their seats and it cuts to doors of the Parliament, where the Parliamentary Guardsmen all at once line up and open the doors of Parliament.)

When the doors of Parliament were open, all the Ministers rose up in respect for the heads of Parliament, who were about to enter the chamber, the first person to enter the Parliament was Prime Minister Uthman Bin Bashir (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v504/Ottoman01/baltar.jpg), then the Deputy Prime Minister Gholam Ali Haddad-Adel (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v504/Ottoman01/d9e3dbb6.jpg) and last the High Chancellor Hashmir al Horatius Bin Assad (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v504/Ottoman01/heaven1.jpg), they walked to the center of the Parliament chamber, which they were seated in the benches reserve for the leadership of the Parliament and then the Ministers of Parliament were seated again.

(The Cameras zooms on the Prime Minister, who stood up and he was about to speak and also it should be noted all meetings of KLM Governments is held only in Arabic, no other language is spoken during the officially meetings of the Government.)

“Bismillah al-Rahman, al-Rahiim, this meeting of the Khailfah al Muslimeen Parliament is here by in session, lets any problems that to be address in the goals of further stabilize and just the making Dar al-Islam stronger in the end and just improving the lives of the peoples of Dar al-Ahd as the end result. Today’s topic of debate will to change or not to change the standing protectionist policies of the Khailfah. Also our realistic polices have protected our nation from being tire up in international alliances and organizations and being force to fight wars that only effect others and doesn’t effect us at all. Our policies are keeping our beloved Khailfah alive and free of outside control in any way. We must keep these policies in place, to our state to existed.” State Minister Yusef

“Ministers of Parliament, these polices of protectionism has been our standing policy since the government was restored after the years of chaos in 1957 and has been protecting our nation for all these years, why brother with changing these polices that done so much good for our nation. Ministers of Parliament, look at the nation of Sarzonia, currently they are entering a recession of some kind, this nation of Sarzonia, had a massive amount of foreign investment in its economy, when the signs of the economy was becoming slightly unstable due to some misconduct by one of the major companies of the nation, all at once all that foreign investments was withdraw overnight so to speak, just casing the slightly unstable state to become massively unstable and could also lead to the compete collapse of that nation economy. Just showing what can happen if we don’t have our protectionist policies in effect..Our nations protectionist polices, prevent such event like what happen in Sarzonia to happen in our lands, there will be no massive pullout of investments since 98 percent of all investments in the Khailfah is done by the Khailfah itself and not by outside bankers and investors that are out to make money and could care less how they can effect the nations, they invest in. Ministers of Parliament, I pled to you to listen to our logic on this matter, it was far better if we maintain these polices to protect ourselves from massive globalization and prevent globalization from spreading into our lands.”

“Ministers of Parliament, these protectionist polices had done little good for our nation, as a whole. Our nations has fought more wars under the protectionist polices compare to before we instated these policies…. Listen oh ministers of Parliaments, we have fought at least four war against the Nizhny Union of Socialist Soviet Republics and two wars with then Peoples Republic of China. We were promise peace under these policies, but the results were constant wars that draining our nation of its people…we must disband of these hawkish policies and replace them now!”

“Ministers of Parliaments, these policies of protectionism is a sign of passive policies pass into effect by the Unionist-Reformist and the Hezbollah Parties had made the state weaker in the long run…they have made us weak and passive in the face of threat of invasion, these passive and anti internationalist policies have us relatively weak and pathetic in the eyes of the world. Its because of the short signed moronic thinking of these two parties, that we are now paying the after effects of their illogical policies, these bloody morons have made us weak! These morons shouldn’t have even been allow to be elected….its appears that bloody dogs elect them, since they think like animals then to logical human beings.. ” He said and all the Union and Progressive Minister clap their hands in support of their outspoken minister.

Almost every Ministers from the Unionist-Reformist party and Hezbollah Parties began exchange insults at the Union and Progressive Ministers, who did vice versa. Then without warning, one of the elder ministers from the Hezbollah Party, threw his wooden cane at Minister Ranicki, and nail him right in the head. Then number of other Hezbollah Ministers joins in the fight and started a number of fist fights with the UP ministers.. Just causing chaos in the Parliament.


The Deputy Prime Minister try to restore order in the Parliament, but he couldn’t restore order by yelling out for claim.


Then the High Chancellor Hashmir al Horatius Bin Assad shaked his head in dismay and spoken to the Prime Minister ” This is showing Parliament at its worse. Prime Minster, you must dismiss Parliament now for and let their bloody heads cool down!”

“It shall be done, High Chancellor.” Reply Prime Minister Uthman

“THIS MEETING OF THE PARLIAMENT IS HERE BY DISMISSED,WE SHALL MEET WITHIN FOUR HOURS WHEN CLAM IS RESTORED.” Yell out the Prime Minister Uthman

Then Parliamentary Guardsmen break up the fights and escorted the Ministers of Parliament out of the chamber…

"Well, that certainly was interesting," sighed Roger Haverford, the Malkyeri ambassador to the KLM, as he changed the channel on his TV. Watching elderly statesmen beat each other about the head and shoulders didn't seem to him like good evening entertainment. "I can't see any of the poor bastards in our Parliament doing something like that. Maybe it would help beat some sense into those damned Progressives..."

“Ministers of Parliament. Yesterday’s enemies are today friends…as Minister Claudius has said our world is changing constantly and we must keep up with it. With this, the Office of the Sultan, request the opinion of the Parliament on this matter of completely normalization of relations with the Nizhny Union of Socialist Soviet Republics…”

Then there was massive uproar from the opposition parties, which were the Hezbollah Party and The Union and Progressive Party benches and also from a number of Unionist and Reformist Ministers. They angrily boo and hiss at the Prime Minister for saying such a thing.

“Ministers of Parliament, I agree to what Minister Ihsanoglu has said on this matter….we shall open more peaceful relations, yet we’ll be ready for anything that the Soviets may try against us.. as the saying goes…if you want peace, be ready for war. With that ministers, I give my official backing for this resolutions to open official and normalize relations with the NUSSR, yet under the grounds that defense spending is to be increase by one percent.”

Then the Prime Minister calls for a vote on the resolution

Most of all the Ministers nodded their heads in support of what the Leader of the Opposition has stated. Then a vote was called and the resolutions was passed by the majority of the Ministers (roughly 90 percent)

After the vote, The Prime Minister made a statement to the Parliament

“Ministers of Parliament, today marks an important event for the Khailfah, this is step in the right direction, this is the first major change in protectionist policies. Now we shall go on other matters that to be address for the Khailfah.” State the Prime Minister


The resolution was pass up the House of Viziers and then to the Imperial Senate and both house agreed to the resolution and recommend the Sultan normalize relations with the NUSSR. Yet the sessions of those two houses were closed to public media, do to standing policy on that matter.

The Peoples Republic of China, Ambassador Wang Jingwei watch the KLM CSPAN broadcast with minor interested, it was good to see the KLM government finally change its standing policy on the NUSSR, the PRC had also normalize relations with its once friend and foes (via TG). Its another matter of interest that should known…the East Asian Empire lead by Emperor Julius Chang had disbanded itself, and the Emperor restore the People’s Republic of China. The reason why the Emperor disbands his empire, it was because he believes China was in better hands of the PRC, and he was better off being a general in the PLA. Now the Peoples Republic was now made up of China, Taiwan, and Mongolia. This all happen a few months ago, yet the new Peoples Republic was still an good ally to KLM. The KLM Minister was right on one matter; the world was constantly changing everyday...

Ambassador Sergey Ivanovich Kravchuk and Premier Alexander Nikolayevich Stukov were on their way to the Sultan Palace, via Limo to sign the peace accords. While on their way to Palace the two had a little discussion on current events…

Ambassador Kravchuk: Premier, today marks an era of peace between our nation and the Khailfah….yet this peace that we finally got with the KLM..is still a testy one at best.. they still don’t trust us…it may take time for them and ourselves to learn to trust another.

Premier Stukov: Its understandable, Sergey…we been to war with these people so many times, that it’s very logical for them to hate us and not trust us at all…time will tell us, Sergey…I do hope for peace in our time between the KLM and us…we fought so many wars and lose ..for once I want change in this old policy of constant war between our nations….for once I want my children to have a more peaceful life compare to what we had, Sergey..this is why I am here personal…to make sure this happens….peace in our time..Sergey..we are so close to it , yet so far away from it..

Ambassador Kravchuk: Let us hope that you’re right, Premier Stukov…finally we may have peace in our time with the KLM…hail to the undiscovered country known as peace…

Then the Limo finally reach the Sultan Palace, and then the Premier Guards open the Limo doors and allow the Ambassador and Premier got out and were soon welcome by the Sultan and Grand Vizier.(OOC:Ottoman Khaif will handle do the signing of the accords.)

Sultan Suleiman Al Bashir II (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v504/Ottoman01/73.jpg) and Grand Vizier Mehmed Pasa Sokollu (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v504/Ottoman01/marcus.jpg) welcome the Soviet Ambassador and Premier, they shook each other hands and then the Sultan lead them to the table which was set up in front of the Palace. Both leaders were seated at the table, and two folders were present to them, which had the terms for the Non Aggression Pact and complete normalization of relation’s treaty, which was both in Russian and Arabic.

The Cameras were rolling at this momentous event that captured the images of the two leaders signing the peace historic accords and after signing the historic peace accords. The Sultan shook hands with the Premier again. Then the Sultan said the following

“Today is momentous occasion in the history of our two nation, finally we put aside the years of war and tensions and look forward to an era of peace between our nations. There is a saying by the late Ottoman President of the Senate Mustafa Kemal Pasha it goes as “ Peace at home, peace in the world.” Well we today ladies and gentlemen, we have peace at home and abroad thanks to these historical peace accords.” Said the Sultan

After the short speech, the Soviet Premier and Ambassador got up and follow the Grand Vizier and Sultan in the palace for refreshments and etc.

The News Hour (a daily show, where the politicians are interviewed by the host Mohammed Sheik Agiza)

The Host and Premier greeted each other and were seated. Then the Cameras went live in 1..2..3

“Assalamu'alaikum people of Khailfah al Muslimeen , today we have special guest, it is Premier Naguib Mahfouz, second in command of the Imperial Senate.” Said the Host Mohammed Sheik Agiza

“It’s a pleasure to be here.” Reply the Premier

“Now Premier, there some questions that need clear up, such as most people in our nation believe that majority party appoints the new senators to the Imperial Senate…is this true or false?” asked the Host

“Its false for the most part senators our elect from the House of Viziers and Parliament, each house may elect Minister or Vizier, both Houses of Government, send 11 Ministers or Viziers each ,just 22 in total. As the leadership of the Imperial Senate, out of that 22, three are elect by these Senators to be the President, Premier and Chairmen of the Imperial. After we are elected, Parliament elects three more Ministers to become Senators. So its 25 members in total, that make up the decision making body of the Imperial Senate.” Reply the Premier

“ Also Premier, it is known, when a Minister or Vizier becomes a Senator, they must renounce their party allegiances and become inderpendent…yet do the party allegiances still effect the thinking of some of the senator and also how long do most Senators remain in Senator?” ask the Host

“Well, that’s a good question…to be honest new Senators tend to remain under the thinking of the party mindset…yet overtime they become compete independents, as their mindset become slowly but surely more inline with Senate view. Even thought the terms for the Senators is unlimited, we do serve a 10 year term, after that expires, the Senator has the right to remain in the Senate or retire. Most case two-thirds of the Senators after the 10 year term retied from their post. For myself I, this is my second term as Senator and I was only elected 8 years ago t become the Premier of the Imperial Senate.” Answer the Premier

“Now, Premier what is the current standing opinion of the Imperial Senate, on Sultan Bashir new policies of openness and normalization of relations with the NUSSR?” ask the Host

“We are very supportive of the Sultan new polices of openness, we welcome this change in policy..its for the greater good of the nation, yet the Imperial Senate main goal is not to comment on the Sultan policy, our main goal is to maintain the stability of the government overall and make the other branches are doing their duty faithful to the state. Its our job to make sure all new laws and acts of governments do not threat the overall stability of the state. If one branch is acting against the stability of the state or an act of government is threaten the stability of the state, we’ll act on the gourds of protecting the state from harm..we have yet enacted our reserve powers and nor do we wish to enact these powers…but rest assure the safeguards are in place for the state to maintain stability itself.” Explain the Premier

“Thank you, Premier for your time and what you have said is informative and has enlighten the public.” Said the Host

“Sultan Suleiman Al Bashir II, will be addressing the nation, within a few moments please stand by.” Said the News Reporter

Then they cut to the Sultan Palace where the Sultan was about to give a speech in real time to the people of the Khailfah, within moments the Sultan walked up to the podium and began his speech

“Bismillah al-Rahman, al-Rahim, My brothers and sisters of Khailfah, today is a new beginning for our Khailfah , we have end our long cold war against Nizhny Union of Socialist Soviet Republics, finally we have peace with our old archrivals and normalize relations with them…finally my brothers and sisters we have peace in our time…we longed for peace for such a long time…and we finally have it…enjoy it while it still existed. Today marks a new beginning of an undiscovered country for our people.

During my time as Sultan, we bought new lands into the Khailfah, and create two dominions one is known as the European Union and the other was created out of the remains now defunct USSR of Eurasia and just we created the Dominion of Eurasia…now our Khailfah is made up of these two sister dominions and the empire makes up the Khailfah…we are one state and also remain one state and united in the common cause of the Khailfah…we shall stand united in the unknown and protect each other from the threat of attack. During these times of unheard of peace, we must remain on the watch for anything…we must never let our guard down my people. As the saying goes” If you want peace, prepare for war.” And we shall follow this saying to the letter. Our nation shall never let our guard down to maintain our peace, we must maintain our arm forces to protect ourselves.. Today marks an end to the era of t cold war with the NUSSR and a new era of peace for our peoples. Good Night, Citizens of the Khailfah, may tomorrow being us to happiness.”

The Royal Ambassador to the Khailfah al Musilmeen, Roger Haverford, announced today that the KLM government has granted Malkyeri corporations the right to invest in the oil industries of the Khailfah. Certain firms have done work previously with the Al Musilmeen Joint Stock Oil Company, though nothing of this magnitude has been permitted before. Mr. Haverford stated that he was pleased with the negotiations between the parties, and hoped for a new and beneficial relationship between Malkyeri and al Musilmeen companies. It is rumored that the Emperor himself has purchased stock in several leading oil companies following the conclusion of negotiations.

Coming closely behind a similar announcement by the government of Roach-Busters, several oil magnates have suggested approaching RB companies with proposals of shared investments. However, given the recent decline in the oil companies' power in the private sector due to an increase in nuclear power, and the lack of substantial relations with either the RB government or the RB private sector.

The Environmental Policy Commitee of Parliament, a group of several politicans belonging primarily to the Progressive and Socialist parties, have denounced the move as an act which will only increase the Imperial Commonwealth's dependency on foreign nations, and damage the environment due to increased burning of fossil fuels...(continued on page B3)

After a number of high level meetings with KLM Government officials, Ambassador Wang Jingwei has stated, that the Peoples Republic of China now has been granted the rights to invest in the Khailfah and vice versa for the KLM to invest in China.

In other news, the China National Offshore Oil Corporation has announce that it will began joint-venture drilling operations with the Al Muslimeen Joint Stock Oil Company in the Persian Gulf regions and in Turkistan, just began a long and fruitful partnership between the two major companies.

…and turning to the day’s financial news, the markets closed 6% higher today as word came from Istanbul that the United Kingdom has signed a free-trade agreement with the Khailfah Al Muslimeen.

With barriers to trade now removed many retail companies that had previously been eyeing the lucrative KLM market have begun to signal that they will begin to open outlets and distribution centres in the country. Among the big winners today were the largest retailing firms: Richardson, Emerson, and Dean Ltd.; Avarex; and Haggerty’s Ltd.

Also rising on the closure of the deal were many light industry companies, who have been petitioning for the UK to ease restrictions on trade with KLM as they seek to shift more manufacturing jobs overseas to ease the crunch many of these companies have been feeling on their bottom line.

The decision by various companies in the light industry sector has met with sharp criticism at home, however, as the Conservative MP Howard Livingstone called for the Democratic Socialist Party to “pay more heed to the citizens of the UK” and impressed upon the private sector to reconsider investing in KLM.

The most significant bit of the trade deal, however, concerns the growing energy needs of the United Kingdom. Upon completion of the deal both Azazia Petrol and the New Century Energy Corporation announced that they had signed 50/50 partnerships with KLM’s Joint Stock Oil Company to develop oil fields in the Persian Gulf and in Siberia. Azazia Petrol will construct over the following years an oil terminal in Basra while New Century Energy will be building a similar facility in Vladivostok. Both companies saw their stocks rise at the end of the day.

KLM Praised as Markets Open for Investment - Page 3

Both the Prime Minister and His Majesty the King have made heartfelt statements of support for the recent decision by the KLM government to open up their markets to foreign investment and trade. Speaking from Empire Square last night, the Prime Minister said that the move was, 'an historic departure from protectionism towards laissez-faire Capitalism.'

'It is most gratifying to see our allies adopting such sound economic principles,' added the King, 'I wish them the best of luck.' The Confederation of Praetonian Industry joined the praise, stating that it would be good news for Praetonian companies and investors as well as KLM businessmen who can be expecting a rush of investment.

'I expect Praetonian investors to move into the KLM in a big way,' said CPI Chairman Sir Pius Meridius when interviewed, 'They are well liked and trusted by the Government as well as general public opinion, and they have a very strong economy with some excellent growth and return prospects.'

Already at this moment, all the 800 ministers of Parliament have already seated in the Parliament benches. The majority coalitions parties’ blocks of the Unionist-Reformist Party and Al Muslimeen Social Democratic Labour Party were seat in right side of the benches, since they were the majority parties. On the Left side of Parliament Benches are reserves for the opposition parties, which were the Hezbollah Party and The Union and Progressive Party.

When the doors of Parliament were open, all the Ministers rose up in respect for the heads of Parliament, who were about to enter the chamber, the first person to enter the Parliament was Prime Minister Uthman Bin Bashir, then the Deputy Prime Minister Gholam Ali Haddad-Adel and last the High Chancellor Hashmir al Horatius Bin Assad, they walked to the center of the Parliament chamber, which they were seated in the benches reserve for the leadership of the Parliament and then the Ministers of Parliament were seated again.

“Members of Parliament, I have been the Prime Minister of the then Ottoman Khailfah since, 1999 during the last year of Sultan Mustafa bin Asad reign..and the Prime Minister of Khailfah al Muslimeen since May,1st of 2005….During my time as Prime Minister, I witness the dissolving of Parliament after collapse of support for the Unionist and Reformist government in 2000 and the during 2002 after the brief civil war.. yet today members of Parliaments…I see too much infighting between the parties…nowadays….my own coalition has failed the government…by failing to pass a number of bills up to the House of Viziers…Parliament is increasingly becoming more and more ineffective as the days pass…I am now force to do something I do not wish to do this…but I must for the stake of the stability of Parliament.. with the approval of the Imperial Senate…I here by declare Parliament dissolve for new elections. “

(A massive uproar happens with ministers from both sides of Parliament yelling in rage at the Prime Minister decision.)

“ORDER IN THE PARLIAMENT, ORDER IN THIS PARLIAMENT SHALL BE MAINTAIN! THE PRIME MINISTER STILL HAS THE FLOOR TO SPEAK” he yelled out

Then the Ministers were silenced after the Deputy Prime Minister yell out

“Point one, the Parliament is no longer effective in it’s thinking and is now debate fruitless topics that waste our time. Do the fact we have ran out of new ideas and ways of thinkings..this is one of the reasons a new government must be formed.

Point Two, the current ruling coalition of Unionist-Reformist Party and Al Muslimeen Social Democratic Labour Party, has lost its unity and is now becoming bitter rivals over policy making. Plus we failed to reach standing consciences on roughly eight bills that never made it to the floors of Parliament.

Point three, the thought process shift within the Unionist-Reformist Party and number of other Parliament parties has become so apparently that current collations are now becoming out of date and out of touch with current polices…it is now necessary to mean new blood into the Parliament via new elections.

Just these are my three points of dissolving the Parliament for Elections, the Imperial Senate has agree with these points and grant the permission for me to dissolve the Parliament.”


( Then Prime Minister hands the papers of dissolving Parliament to High Chancellor, which the officially stamp of Imperial Senate on it, so the High Chancellor can confirm that this was real papers then to fakes after confirming the papers he asked the Prime Minister the following)
