The General Secretary of Innsbrucklia, Joesph Zinovie, has declared Innbsrucklia shall now embarce World politics, leaving isolation behind her. It was during the recent economic boom the has recently hit Innbsrucklia that inspired him to take Innsbrucklia onto the World Scene. Hoping to increase it further he decides that involving Innbrucklia in World Politics will only increase the prosperity she has undegone.

And thus, the Minister of Foreign Relations, Maximillain Cornovia, presents this to Nations wishing to establish relations to Innsbrucklia.

We the nation of Innsbrucklia offer to develop relations with any nations that requests it. We are an industrious nation we little want of war.

We offer these articles to those wishing to establish any sort of relations with us.

Condition 1: All territory used for foreign embassies will be considered a piece of that nations own territory and thus will be respected as such.

Condition 2: All nations must accept territory outside of their foreign embassy as Innsbrucklian land.. And thus any Innsbrucklian law must be respected by these nations.

Condition 3: No nation may allow their number of armed guards at the embassy to exceed 25% of their embassy personal. All arms being sent to armed guards in the embassy must be registered by Innsbrucklia.

Condition 4: Only certain weapons are allowed to protect the embassy. The list includes, but is not limited to: Medium Armored Vehicles, Heavy Armored Vehicles, Heavily Armed Aircraft of any kind, Explosive projectiles, and Explosives themselves.

Condition 5: High level criminals against the state, given asylum and with full knowledge of his past actions, in any Embassy may result in the revoking of Condition 1 and retrieval of the Criminal. The nation’s embassy will be contacted about this and after consideration may be allowed to keep an embassy and the reinstatement of Condition 1.

Condition 6: All nations must provide materials and build it’s own Embassy.

The Embassy built will be placed in the Capitol of Innsbruck, four blocks away from the Innsbrucklian Congress.

3. The government’s Head of State.

4. The name of any important embassy personnel.

5. The number of Foreign Personnel for the embassy.

6. The number of Guards for the embassy.

7. A description of the Embassy being built

The nations of Aqua Anu and Kanami have been accepted. You will be placed on the Street reserved for Embassies on 347th Red Avenue. The nation Aqua Anu's Embassy will be beside the nation of Kanamia's Embassy.

The embassy is permitted to build a small naval port for personal use of the Embassy.

We do ask however that if the port is used for nations other than yourself that you provided a list of approval for any other nations that will use it.

Dear Mr. Maximillian Cornovia,

The Empire would be more than willing to establish diplomatic, and possibly, trade relations with your esteemed nation.
Now, without further nonsense, I shall proceed with the information you requested:
The full name for the Empire is Brutaltopialan Fukovielen Imperiumie, that is, The Fukovian Empire of Brutaltopia in English. Our form of government is autocracy and His Excellency Emperor Andrei Fukov is the Empire's Head of State.
As for the embassy, we would appoint Colonel Harry Lankei as the Ambassador to Innsbrucklia. We estimate a staff of sixty and a security detachment of fifteen to be sufficient. What comes to the embassy building itself, I have attached an image of our proposal. Simple art deco architecture, three floors (one underground), living quarters for the security detachment and facilities for the embassy vehicles (five four-door sedan cars, two of which are armoured). That's pretty much all there is to it.
