At the request of the Office of Public Prosecutions, I am writing to your sovereign government in order to formally apply for the extradition, to Holy Xirnium, of a number of individuals currently held in protective custody by your law enforcement authorities. The individuals in question are all wanted by Xirniumite justice authorities to face charges before the High Supreme Court for a range of alleged offences including, but not limited to, crimes against humanity and violations of the Common Law during the Xirnium-Kraven War.
The attachment to this message contains a list of seventy-three different defendants implicated in crimes during the Xirnium Kraven War. The most notable alleged warcriminals include:
-Grand Admiral Dessius
-Oberstadt Korvinus
-Reichmarshal Orgeon
-Reichmarshal Cassius
-Reichmarshal Devius
-Reichmarshal Corvius
The attachment also details in full the offences that the individuals whom the High Ecclesiarchy wishes to see extradited are alleged to have committed in Holy Xirnium, as well as the relevant evidence which provides for a prima facie case against them. Analysis of this information by your judicial authorities shall show that the rule of double criminality will be fully observed in extraditing these defendants to face trial before a Xirniumite Court.
