At 3 PM International Time : 1 TangoII Personnel Transport Craft escorted by 4 Starfighters and 2 T-Winged Aircraft took off from Maten Airbase and jumped to Hyperspace .

At 2 AM International Time : 1 TangoII Personnel Jet escorted by 2 T-Winged Fighter Crafts took off from Maten International Airport with 2 Light Cargo Cratfs carrying the Compound Guards and the Vehicles .

After an uneventful flight , the team arrived at Roman Republic's airspace and sent this message "This is Ambassador Team from Mationbuds requesting permission to enter airspace and to land ."

After landing , they prepared themselves to meet with whoever was incharge of Diplomatic ties .

Control Tower, Bhavan International Airport, Rome...

Bhavan International Airport was named after the Roman president after it's opening. The airport is largest and most busiest place because of all the tourists travelling the Fatheraland. The Airport has 2 runways and another runway crossing the 2 runways diagonally.

"This is Control Tower. Request to land has been accepted. Transmitting coordinates to Bhavan International Airport."

After replying, the senior officer in the control tower picked up the phone and called Amit Singh, the commander of the entire airport. After receiving the news, he called the Foreign Affairs Office.

General Ajay Patel's bedroom, The Presidential Palace, Rome...

General Ajay Patel was fast asleep when he was surprised by the telephone call. He reached out and grabbed the phone.

"This is General Ajay Patel. Who am I speaking to?"

"Ajaybhai, It's me, Amit. I'm very sorry for calling you this early in the morning."

"It's fine Amitbhai."

"Ajaybhai, I have received a transmission from the pilots that are calling themselves 'The Ambassador Team from Mationbuds'. The requested an area to land, so the control tower operstors are guiding the plane to Bhavan International Airport."

"Understood, I will arrive shortly."

"Good-bye, Ajaybhai."

Ajay reset the phone so only the dial tone could be heard. He dialed the number to have the Presidential Palace's workers prepare his coffee and have a limousine pick him up and drive him to the airport.

After the call, Ajay walked over to the bathroom with his blue pajamas and a robe that had the Roman Coat of Arms on the front left. After several minutes, he walked out of the bathroom with a business suit that had a dark blue tie with white stripes that were parallel but far apart. He was wearing a grey jacket and grey trousers.

He walked out of his room and walked into the Presidential Kitchen and grabbed his orange-flavored coffee in a coffee mug. He even took a cereal bar so he doesn't feel hungry as he is drinking his coffee. He then walked out of the Presidential Palace and escorted by 7 Gorkha/Gurkha Guardsmen to the Limousine. A Special Republican Guardsman held the limo's door open as Ajay and his Gorkha security entered. The Guardsman shuts the door and the limo cruises out of the Presidential Gate where they were escorted by more vehicles, each filled with Special Republican Guardsmen.

At 5 AM International Time : 2 TangoII Personnel Jets took off from Maten Air Base with 4 X-Wings and T-Wings as escort and jumped to hyperspace . After an uneventful 2 hour flight , they finally arrived and sent a message to Control Tower "This is Ambassadorial Team and Diplomatic Team from Mationbuds with 4 Escort X-Wings and T-Wings requesting clearance and coordinates to land . Over ."

The Presidential Palace, Rome...

The President who was in his office finishing his paper work was interupted by his secretary. She told him that General Ajay Patel had brought over and ambassadorial team from Mationbuds. The President got up from his desk and dusted and straightened his suit. He arrive in the huge hallway away from the enterance doors. The floor the Ambassadorial team was standing on was the Roman Coat of Arms.

"Hello. I am President Bhavan Patel of the Roman Republic." The President raised and joined his hand together as if he was praying but he showed a sign of hello and respect to each of his guest and gave a small bow and a smile.

"Your requests about the embassy exchange, diplomatic, economic, & military ties will be explained when we enter the conferance room. Please follow General Ajay, he will take you there."

The ambassadors politely bowed to the President before following General Ajay Patel to the conference room .

Once everyone was settled down . They gave a presentation to the President on what Mationbuds want to have with the Roman Republic . The following :

"Your proposals are very moving, but you request to open our sovereign air and sea spaces is out of the question. Even your proposal to lower taxes. We need high taxes, because it is benificial to all Roman citizens to have good healthcare and social security. We do not do it for everyone, only ones that are employed or serving the Fatherland." Replied the President. "Your request for an embassy in Rome is accepted and your personnel can move straight in."

At 5 PM International Time : A Carrack Class Light Cruiser detached itself from Mationbud's Orbital Base , with 1 Squardron (12) X-Wings around it for escort .

After a uneventful flight , the disengaged hyperdrives and stopped at the planet of Geneticon and out came a Lambada Class Shuttle . 4 of the X-Wings in the escort squardron seperated themselves from formation and surrounded the shuttle before descending .

1/2 Hour Later : The delegates were at the Presidential Palace , ready to meet the President of Geneticon . When they were all settled down . They began .

"Mr President , our nation is interested to have Diplomatic Ties , Economic Ties , Military Ties and a embassy exchange ."

Conference Room, The Presidential Palace, Rome...

"I very good you see it our way. We hope to create more meetings in your embassy or in the presidential conference room." Replied the President with a happy tone.

After the meeting was concluded, the President and his staff got up and gave a handshake and a 'Thank you' to each of the ambassadors.

The Republic of Agonnoga would like to establish an embassy in your nation.
