The Count looked over at Mr. York. He looked him up and down. York looked like a Nazi right now. JWolf knows that uniform, a Kraven he thinks. But why would be wearing it, the Count asked himself. He thought Jagada was free nation not a puppet of the Kravens.
“We can talk right now, if you don’t care that you have to walk.” He said.
York shook his head, "Walking is fine."
As they walked York spoke up, "Well Count. Jagada has recently become a 'Slave' State of Kraven, I'm sure you noticed the uniform. Don't think too much into it, the title 'Slave' is purely for show. We have absolute control over our affairs. We simply give lip service to the Kraven Father. Now, I am still a very fanatical anti-Communist. Jagada needs allies, we have for too long sat in isolation, trying to play the 'Stand Alone Diplomacy'. Times are changing. Jagada needs allies. We must much to offer the Dominion. Our Capitol Police are just as good as Kravens. We have wealth, industrial, and most of all Honor." said York while allowing what he said to sink into the Count.

The Count smiled. “Capitol Polices are useless. They are programmed machines.” he said. “They would be useless to me and the Dominion because I would take one soldier that can think for himself over 50 CP clones.”
He looked over at York. “And honor means nothing in this day of times.” he started. “But I will tell you the same thing I told J.L. and my other allies. The Dominion will be your ally as long you don’t mess up and piss me off.”
“Understand?” he asked.
York smiled, he'd guessed a reply like that, "Very well then. I'll take that as an agreement to our alliance, Count. Have a nice day," stated York for bowing his head and heading back to the meeting.

The Count looked back at York as he walked back to the meeting. “I will have somebody fly to your nation and make all of this official.” he said. “And you have a nice day, too.” With that, the Count and the two military commanders continued walking towards their vehicles.
