(OCC) The Holy Empire in recently opening the Eye of the Great God Emperor. The EGGE is what the Holy Empire calls a "stargate". The Holy Empire has aquired several gate addresses to many low tech and advanced worlds. The first assembled team disembarks into the unkown. I am looking for someone to RP the peoples and civilizations that the Holy Empire comes in contact with. More details about the Holy Empire and the team will be leaked as the RP goes on. (end/OCC)

In the ultra secure facitlity the Eye opens and a whoosh eupts as a sprout of water like energy bursts forth. The location around the gate on the alien was previously scouted out. This alien world appears to be a lush forest like world.

The first explorer team steps forward preparing themselves for the cross over. The four hesitent to walk into the pool of energy stare for a few seconds marveling in its awesome presence. The Eye of the Great God Emperor is truly a sign of thier God's power.

The team walks forth and enters the event horizon. Emerging through the other side the team is alittle out of it from the trip.

"Form up!" shouts the commander.

The team assemble with one and gets into formation.

"I want a clean sweap of the area. Beware this area may contain hostiles." orders the commander.

[Perhaps at some point you could stumble across my capital, Vis Uban?]

[You know you wanna check out Sumari, the largest buisness-oriented city in Narael. Oh yes you do.]

(well my team has chosen a gate coordinate that is believed to be of a primitive (low tech) world. For my team to get to any other location then their handful of existing ones I would need some kind of outside intervention ex. stumbling upon ruins, aliens guidance (like how i got a few from the alterans) etc.)

OOC: I still make use of Stargates, Chaapa'ai, Astria Porta, Ancestral Ring, or whatever you want to call it (just because I haven't mentioned any lately doesn't mean I don't have any). Even use them on ships from time to time. So, I would be willing to encounter you during your travels.

(heh well i was hoping that someone would encounter my team as they stepped forth from the Eye. Surely someone out there has a stargate in a wooded area even if they made one up;) )

The team secured the local area and found no hostiles.

"Librarian, go and establish contact with base. Report all is well." ordered the commander.

OOC: Depends on what Galaxy you want this planet to be in.

I suppose if no one else wants it, I could post with my goa'uld puppet. ;)

(doesnt matter what galaxy you post from. the Holy God Emperor is a being from a parallel universe so who cares :p. Just think of the beings my team would encounter on a planet. doesnt have to be your own you could make one up either or doesnt matter. I just want to throw my team in harms way. We're based on a civilization where there are two factions, a group that lives above the planet in the lush forests, and a faction which lives underground and worships "The Lord Below". He has access to genetics, and has numerous horrific pests to feed intruders too in a little mock colloseum))

(such brutality heh. Yea sure. just go ahead and make contact with my team. atm they are scouting out the area around the star gate so it should be easy to intercept them. i dont plan on wasting these people however but bad things do happen to good people)

OOC: Hmm I think I'll have the faction on the planet's surface intercept them. The Lord of The Pits can attempt to get at you later.

The Landorin Stretch

The sound of the Star Gate opening traveled a surprisingly long distance throughout the lush forest, and attracted the attention of more than what they might have hoped. Nearby, a camp of warriors quickly pulled forth their swords and rushed out of the brush, their toned bodies displaying numerous scars and burns from previous fights. All together there was almost twelve of them, armed with anything from swords to axes to a bow.

They were a bit paler than one would expect in the jungle, and one in particular, with long black hair rolling down his back, stood forward, raising a sword. The next thing he did was, surprisingly speak in a rough version of english.

"Who... are you?" He said coldly, raising his weapon high, "Are you one of the Pit's creations?"

"Sir we have incomming" screamed a member of the team.

The other members turned to see the incomming primitives. They began to take cover to defend themselves. From these positions they heard one of the primitives utter spoken words.

The commander stood from the defensive position while the other team members has their weapons trained on the primitives.

"I am Commander Chas Feller of the Holy Empire of the Great God Emperor. My team and I only wish to explore your world and mean you no harm. If you choose to attack any of people we will be forced to defend ourselves."

The commander looked around to his team mates. Then turned back to the primitives and spoke".

"What are these pit creations you speak of"?

IC:

"The Pits... The Lord Below?! He rests just beneath your feet spawning his ilk, always waiting to take the unwary!" The primitive shouted back, seemingly shocked that they asked such a thing, "Are you all mad? Surely you know of the Lord of The Pits... Hmm... Where exactly are you from?"

The entire group of primitives looked at the people in belief, acting as if they were lying. Everyone knew who the Lord Below was, as he came down centuries ago and from that point on all people were brought up knowing the tale. Though these outsiders looked odd, they too much know the horrors that were waiting just beneath their feet... However, there seemed to be something in their eyes which spoke otherwise.

"...Y-you don't know?" The man said quietly, looking back at the others, "Just like the other men that came when I was a child..." He walked forward, "The Creations I speak of are abominations of the natural order... They live underground, and steal our people in the middle of the night to entertain the Dark God himself."
