Several new satellites are now orbiting the globe. The Commonalitarianism unveiled its new electromagnetic railgun system designed to launch satellites into space. We have launched five geosynchronous in the last two weeks. It works very well.

A large 2 kilometer metal tube is lying on a raised platform next to a domed floating city. At the bottom of the tube are five huge oceanic energy generation turbines. The tube gives off a slight glow.

A reporter talking to scientist Watt: We tried to use very robust technology to build this system. It is essentially two electromagnetic rails running down the inside of a tube. A rocket is laid on the tracks and shoots out the top. When it is very near the top of the atmosphere, the rocket kicks in breaching the ionosphere into space. This limits the use of rocket fuel. Our system is designed to be straightforward. We use one type of capsule than carry a payload of up to 1000 kilograms. The payload is released into space. The rockets kick in and the capsule reenters. Shortly after it reenters, a parachute is released and the capsule lands in the ocean. It cost us $2 billion dollars to build the system. Dynamic Motors PPC-- Public Private Consortium amortized the cost over 10 years at 5%.

Dynamic Motors, PPC was able to make an arrangement to use this technology with government. We are currently not at war, so we thought it could be used to help the world. We have set this up as a strictly commercial enterprise. We are willing to accept commercial launches for non-military satellites for a fee of $15 million dollars per launch for a package of up to 1000 KG-- flat fee. Because the system is robust and simple, we can launch 5 out of 7 days of the week. We have a special package where we will launch 5 satellites in a week for $60 million dollars. You provide the satellite, we check to make sure it is non-military, no bombs, biological agents, chemical warfare, etc. Then we pack it into a special rocket capsule fill it with impact resistant foam gel. The capsule is run through a series of checks, then it is launched. The system is automated as much as possible.

These satellites have provided a tremendous boon to us. We can now track pirates, watch our borders more effectively, track our shipping, and check weather and sea conditions. We hope to provide similar benefits to other nations.
