We propose to build a "Ring World"...In orbit of this Planet or even the orbit of Luna...


It has come to our knowledge that there are far to many "Stations/Artificial Satellites" in orbit...This is one way of Clearing it up...It is also another way to Foster Friendship among the Contributors...

So Please put aside your petty differences and help us under take this Giant Leap toward Global Peace...

ooc: Ring world: an artificial ring has been constructed around the planet(Think Starship Troopers)

OOC: It'd be far less controversial to put it around another planet.

Also, they have been done on NS before. Venus and Saturn have them. I'd call it a planetary-ring, too, to avoid confusion with Larry Niven's Ringworld saga.
