I've decided to create a new thread for this, since Spain has changed, and the old thread dissapeared.
New Army: 350,000 with 125,000 men moving to Spain's colonial possesions in Africa.
Navy: 1 old destroyer, 4 corvettes, 4 transports. currently building: 8 transports, 2 battlecruisers, 2 Armored Cruisers, 2 Light Cruisers, 12 destroyers, 18 corvettes, 6 submarines
Diplomatic stances- Portugal: Peace, everyone else Neutral
Poltical Situation: Shaky. Following the peace and the death of the dictator, the deposed Monarch, with 1,000 men led by Fransisco Franco (how times change) arrive on the coast and move toward Barcelona, the temporary capital. As they move, the gather thousands of people on the streets of cities, and in the countryside. By the time the king had arrived at Barcelona, a crowd of 75,000 had gathered around him. most of the "council" had fled or been killed, but the survivers swore loyalty and joined the king. The king declared free elections once again, and the Social Democrats gained a majority with 57% of the parliament, Christian Democrats with 40%, and Independant Conservatives with 3%. the advancements in freedoms as well of freeing of hundreds of political activists shows a step forward for Spain.
