I am the embassador for the Emporer of Only1rebel. I managed to escape from the Emporers palace before the revolutionists got me. I bring this letter before all nations to stop this nonsense. Now i give you a letter from the emporer:

Dear U.N., Near-by Nations, and Nations of the world,

I ask you in vain today for your help against these revolutionist. They number to around an army of 1,000,000. I cannot reach my army on the east side of my island, I am held captive in my own palace being forced to sign agreements to reduce my power. The cause of the revolution I do not know, but i ask to to help me crush this rebllion and be gone with it. There leader (Victor de Baron of Reville) if a very evil man. although I still own the east side of the island, I cannottake care of it or contact anything, this is my only communication I can get out, when I can send send another I do not know.
