The General Soviet of United Socialist States of the Soviet Caribbean

wishes to welcome all world leaders to the inaugeral ball of our

newly "elected" premier, Percival d'Arnault of the Hatian-Soviet Federated

Socialist Republic. All of our regional under-secreataries, from Cuba, Haiti,

Jamaica, Trinidad & Tabago, and the Turks & Caicos respectively, will be

present. Among the topics that will be discussed is the planning of a joint-

military venture between the Caribbean Liberation Army and the Red Army

to "liberate" the nation of Puerto Rico from their American oppressors. All

nations interested in assisting our coming military action against the United

States and NATO should be present.

The Governments sent in some captured Rebels to bomb the hell out of these Caribbeans, and kill all who live there.This is not an attack on them since we gave them nothign but stones and sticks so it will do very little damage to anyone, this is mainly to kill the rebels off.
