To BUMP or not to BUMP that is the question
The Trench
26-02-2006, 02:04
does the "Charbydis class-Nuclear Attack Sub" operate on the "Trident" (this is a US sub used to give the US undiscoverable nuclear capabilities against the Soviets in the cold war, carries 240 nuclear warheads, 24 long range rockets for delivery, totally silent and invisible to sonar) based no-detection system? If so, could I order 10?
Infoclypse Industries
26-02-2006, 08:09
The Charbydis does not use the 'Trident' system, however, it does use impellers rather than standard screws for propulsion, greatly reducing detectability, and combined with technological advances in reactor and noise cancellation, the Charbydis is a good deal harder ot detect than even American Missile Submarines.
