In order to establish and ensure friendly relations, the Coordination Group of Vault 10 would like to establish an embassy on 9740 George A. Loak Boulivard.

The embassy staff will consist of:

Andrew Dean, the Ambassador
Leonard Sin, System Administrator
4 computer/electronics technicians
6 receptionists/secretaries
6 building and vehicle maintenance staff

As it is customary for our citizens to be trained and capable of protecting themselves, we would prefer to let all the staff retain their right to be armed, which is inalienable in Vault 10, instead of having dedicated security personnel. That is not essential, but our citizens feel safer this way.
Except for that, we only put 4 unmodified SSC guards for symbolic purposes. However, we'd like to reserve the right for embassy expansion. Exact complement for shift work or extended security and armanent provision will be left to consideration of the Standart Security, which operates in full accordance with laws and specific restrictions.
The vehicle complement will consist of two Ka-50-2-M helicopters, rearmed in accordance to the policies, and three ALC ATV4 four-wheeled all-terrain vehicles.

Our nation has no particular ideology and therefore has no intentions to promote it. We shall comply to all the rules.
The embassy will be equipped with extensive communication hardware and will include VR communication and presentation room, to improve relations between the nations and enable lifelike communication. The embassy will be open to your citizens and will provide information and virtual tours of Vault 10 for interested visitors.

As we have noticed, you have no guard staff and thus your staff will be allowed to carry handguns. Although if they are caught with concieled weapons off embasy grounds, they will be subject to detention until we can verify their diplomatic nature. This is due to the fact that we would prefer if they did not carry the weapons off the embasy grounds as our crime rate is next to nothing due to our all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare.

The Community of Vault 10, we are not sure why you would need guards to escort your people while not on the embasy grounds. Our nation is one of the safest nations in the world. The only place where there is a risk of danger to ones personal self is near any of the Shazbotdom Marine Corps bases, which we've had two nukings of them in our history by nations that don't like us that much. But just walking around the city there is no need for armed escorts.

We were just wondering about whether extra restrictions apply to armed personnel who are not dedicated guards. Our citizens may be a little overconcerned with security, but we trust the sources confirming that your crime level is very low. However, since Vault 10 might have some enemies, we'll still keep light armanent on the embassy grounds, to prevent possible actions.

The Community of Vault 10, the jist of it is that any and all armed guards are to stay on Embasy Grounds. Thats how the other embasies have been set up. We will allow personal body guards trained in hand to hand combat off the grounds but they are to be unarmed.

For an embassy in Shazbotdom, I submit Sir William Poolester as the ambassador from the King. News today spread about the opening of a new section for Embasies in the Dark Empire. The roads name will be "Harold L. Henrickson Way" in the honor of a man who helped the Dark Empire through it's greatest tragedy, the nuking of two Shazbotdom Marine Corps bases, in which at one of the bases, many people died from the blasts. This news was given at a press conference by Supreme Emperor George A. Loak earlier today.

The Principality of Kurona, The threats were not against your nation or the region as a whole, but against the Tyranical Regeme in Hataria. But if you wish to pull your embasy out, you must follow one regulation. Any and all paperwork that is deemed as Non-Classified must be turned over to the Embasy Exchange Program offices to ensure that your nation is not giving out information about the inner workings of the Shazbotdom Empire.

If you do this, we will let your people leave peacefully. If you do not follow this one regulation, your people will be held until such a time as we feel they are not a threat to our National Security.

The Republic of Kanami, Slander? How dare you say we are slandering anybody. We sent medical and food supplies to the nations which are blockading him as we consider Hataria a threat. His recent build-up in his military is a sign of that. The leadership of his nation signed a contract in good faith to not build-up his military at all. He broke this pact when he started to build-up his navy recently and then threatening my ships for only providing humanitarian aid to our allies.

And for what happened in Red Tide2, we have bad relations with the leadership of Red Tide2 so we felt that it is not our place to help a nation that has verbally bashed us and threatened us in the past. So why don't you take your false acusations elsewhere as we do not wish to hear it. And as of this point in time, I am hearby forcefully kicking you out of your Embasy and confenscating any and all materials inside of it. You are on lockdown and the SCS Marines are on their way.

Your people will be escorted off the Embasy Grounds and to Shazbot International Airport where they will be put on the first flight out of Shazbotdom to your nation.
