Commander Hathaway sat back in his chair looking over the tactical holographic star chart in the war room of his ship witch was an orion class BDN.

he sat there starting, his other officers speaking in incoherent tones, the commander wasn't really paying attention his mind was at the tactical situation at hand, he finally spoke up silencing the loud room, he sated "OK people, this is our situation we are one of 2 fleets heading in to battle, we are about to blockaded and bombard a system belonging to the scum who attacked us, we need to be ready for any thing i want drills steeped up i want the ship to go in to battle ready mode we have about an hour before we get to our destination. Dismissed! "

everybody got up and walked out the commander sat there looking at the map.


about an hour passed the large fleet was engulfed in a large black white energy, and the ships appeared, at the end of the light works display there was a massive fleet of over 3000 small large and medium sized ships floating, there sleek, rough, shining hulls gleamed in the dull light of the far star of the system ; the ships engines revved up in a rumble as the began maneuvering in for a blockade, some of the ships headed for each side of the system, as they began opening there missile tubes.


the commander stood on the busy large bridge and watched the panel he said "have at least a thousand or so ships cover us also have the near by reinforcements keep enemies off our backs , con open all missile silos and tubes, have our cannons ready against enemy ships and fighters ,i want all near by carriers to lunch there fighters and gun ships. "

the con officer nodded and sent out orders, the tactical officer programmed the AI for these tasks as well. the ships alarms began blaring loudly, the lights on the bridge dimmed and red appeared throughout the ship as general quarters was sounded.


the sleek rough hulls opened up with missile tubes and cannons, as an extra 1500 ships jumped in and surrounded the fleet for protection.








the large missile tubes and turrets focused in on there targets, several seconds later they began firing, there missiles streamed out in huge volleys in the thousands, shadow emitters charged up and began jamming and crating false imprints of USFU ships. massive volleys of blue, green, and yellow bolted missiles flew out towards tye enemy systems targeting plants stations and ships.


tens of thousands upon tens of thousands of missiles flew towards there targets, and guided as well.

The Terran reply was swift, numerous, and dangerous at a range of 30,000 kilometers. Millions of APOLLO laser warhead missiles flew back into the teeth of the enemy fire, as Ghost Rider batteries jammed the enemy strikes, or loosed bolts of energy large enough to sweep many missiles from space at once. The first salvo would never break the defenses of a Dominion world. The second or third of that size might do it, if it came on swiftly enough, but unless they swamped the Terrans with more missiles than Moriarty could control and track, there was little hope of any real numbers breaking through to the inner sphere.

The Fleets that had seemingly fled from the previous battle had simply been relocating, and now they appeared inb force, outside the enemies blockade, leaving the enemy outnumbered and outgunned, as well as pinned between the system dfenses, and the massive combined fleet from before. They wasted little time in adding their own weight to the fight, there were some 1,500 capships in each of those ships before they had taken losses, and even the hardest hit was only at 1,200. They were more numerous than their overconfident foes for once, and as soon as some support came up from the planet, or reinforcements came from Aiur, they would have the firepower to crush the fleet the enemy had been confident would be large enough...

Several Carrier Groups and Strike Cruiser Squadrons were forming up to relieve the embattled worlds, but it would take precious time to get them all organised and on their way...

Across the colonial and federal Planets, Federal Union Citizens were being arrested, meny were torrists or on Work trips, the total number was unknown, only thought to be a 100 or so.

At the USFU embassy on Delta Centari IV a federal Marine Company (144 troops) had surrounded the building, a Nightsister fire sorceress in her battle armor was gearing up to storm the embassy. No shots had been fired...yet.

The United States goverment had ignored the warning the CFG had given, it didnt like what it was about to do but it is what they goverment said it would do, backing down would show weakness and that could happen.

Open Decleartion of War

Declaring that a state of war exists between the Government of The Fedral Union and the government and the people of the Colonial Federal Goverment and making provision to prosecute the same.

Whereas the Government of Fedral Union has formally declared war against the government and the people of the Terran Dominion of Mini Miehm:

Therefore, be it Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Colonial Federal Goverment of CorpSac in Congress assembled, that the state of war between the Colonial Federal Goverment and the Government of The Fedral Union which has thus been thrust upon the Colonial Federal Goverment is hereby formally declared; and the President is hereby authorized and directed to employ the entire naval and military forces of the government to carry on war against the Government of The Fedral Union; and to bring the conflict to a successful termination, all of the resources of the country are hereby pledged by the Congress of the Colonial Federal Goverment.

Border Systems to the Federal Union

In these 3 systems, a total of 226 ships per system had gathered, 2 fleets in each system. The Colonial Fleets 21st, 102nd, 187th (e), 12th, 15th and 29th all prepared to jump into Fedral Union Space, tho the CFN fleets were small they were designed to work in smaller groups agenst larger numbers.

The battle plan was simple, a 3 phased plan.

Phase One:-

Blind TFU sensor net, this is done by attack sensor stations and outposts, once completed sacuring the systems is key.

Phase Two:-

Attacks on infulstruture, this implys shipyards, repair yards, Mining stations/worlds/places, dusrupting trade routes and so forth. Once complteted a total lockdown of Fedral Union space is to take place, thsi si done by place FTLi in key locations around Populated TFU worlds near the borders of the CFG. Once complteted Phase Three.

Phase Three:-
Invasion of Colonies and worlds of the Fedral Union along the borders of the CFG, once completed holding the lines till reinforcements arrive.

The Diplomats and ambassadors rushed around the diplomatic office with haste, they were entering codes and communication messages, erasing every ounce and nano ounce of data they could fine, they shredded documents and cleared computers they garrison witch was lightly armed stood at the door, a message was sent to the out side forces . simply put "we surrender" a communication made it back to the government to make sure they were notified.

Mean while, the United states did not turn a blind eye to corpsac, they had already prepared , defensive fleets and offensive fleets ,and new sensor networks were put up on the border worlds and colony's. they were ready as ever.


At the battle site, the commander growled he had lost 5 small ships 3 medium ships and 2 large ships.

he barked orders saying "I want all suppression fire modes activated, i want vipers in here now use the swarm pods, use anti matter coaxial bombs! launch all fighters i want them out flanked now damn it!" he ordered with a confident un emotional look"

the orders sunk in vipers rushed in swarming every enemy capital ship, thousands upon thousands of them swarmed out flanking and maneuvering , like no one had ever seen. the ships main cannons opened fire spraying out thousand upon thousands upon thousands of tera tons of fire power, every single cannon on every single ships fired in unison with rapid succession they recoiled fired recoiled fired white and blue bolts of fire flew from them . beams of energy flew From other cannons all in to the enemy fleets . full suppression modes were activated thousands of coaxial bombs flew out they were able to crate huge shock waves and explosions in localized areas, the vipers and thousands of other ships fired the contents of there swarm pods, these pods contained thousands of tiny drones filled with high explosive matter, they were able to guide and maneuver better than fighters, millions upon millions streamed out along with the rapid succession of massively powerful fire coming form the cannons.

they all headed in to the enemy fleet thousands of drone fighters, followed by thousands of bombers and human fighters flowed by thousands of vipers all swarmed capital ships, the enemy missiles would lock on to them and then they would try to use it against the enemy ships.

the USFU ships had well made system jamming they had a massively huge web of ECM shadow projecting signature projection. ECCM would counter enemy jamming as more long range coaxial missiles and bombs flew out. every single federal ship viper and fighter fired in unison energy weapons, cannons, missiles bombs, WNFDC'S and hell fire cannons all fired in a rapid succession at once ships vipers fighters, medium sized ships and small frigates all began rushing and out flanking enemy ships matching them toe to toe , and firing there massive ordinance of fire.


the dark lifeless void of space was lighten up by this mass of counter fire, even more forces were en route to other systems , reinforcements of about 500 more ships were on the way to the current battle, they would provide indirect fire support made up mostly of longbow tridents they would give the union even more of an edge

OOC: just wondering how do you get a new sensor net up and running in a few hours? i might got it wrong and you ment a New sensor net was being set up.

Marching up to the doors of Kath waited, when it did open she Saluted to the guard, she didnt make a single step into the building as she waited for the Peope inside to exit. She walked up to the Main diplomat of the Fedral union, her face was cold but she didnt show it.

"since you and the people here are under Diplomatic Imunutiy, you have the choice to leave for the Fedral Union or stay. As you know all Fedral Union citizens have been arrested but only 10 of them are being chraged with Crimes of Spying and such...tho it might be a mistake anda few jumped up old fools but in the time of war...we have no choice but to follow it though." she turned to the marines who would escort the people to the Space port and nodded, most of them marched downto the gates of the embassy to wait as a convoy of cars came round.

"anyway, your ship will be escorted to the borders of our to nations, our ships that will be escorting you will not cross into the border so from there im sorry to say it will be up to your goverment how you will be protected. The Citizens who will not be charged will be detained, dont worry it wont be prison, they will be put up in govermental houses, since we cant garrentee there safe return we cant spare the ships to escort them to the borders. But as i said you can stay if you wish to watch over this...your choice" She said.

Fleet Admiral Kain, she was incharge of the Armada dubed "Freedom", ironic after what the Nightsisters had just done to the Citizens and Embassie of the Fedral Union.

It was strange tho, each fleet had one extra ship, the FTLi ship tho rather well protected (and big) they were not the fastest things in the world, they were the Old Pocket Dreadnoughts of the Dark Empire Centries earlyer..the Command and Control ships, the last of the "super" ships from an Anchant Era.

"signal the fleets, order them to jump to the 3 outpost systems along our borders, i want a wedge into there space...once we come out of the jump i want the PDs to activate the Real Barrier and block any attempt to jump ships right onto us." Kain siad as she stood up, "i hope our suprise will be fun for them" she muttered to her self.

Around her the bridge of the ship was active, messages sent and recived, orders thrown about, Activity befor they had even left the system.




In the depths of the system, the secret Nightsister fleets had gathered one, lead by Kashi Mi one of the most powerful Nightsisters around. Her ship the NSN Spirit, was one of the nightsister class ships, at 900 meters long and daggered shape it was the largest battlecruiser class around. most ships in the Colonial Federal Navy of that size were only fleet carriers.

The fleet around her, compriseing of 200 ships were new breed of ships, mass produced ships largest of the group was only 800 meters. All daggered in shape, some had a slight "sword shape" to them.

The other fleet, lead by Kim on her ship the NSN Angelic, she to lead a fleet of 200 with the same sort of fleet. Her ship tho was different to Kashi, were as Kashi ship seemed to be more Pure, Kims was not. ITs Neo Gothic look, hte blackness of the ship seemed to shimmer when light tucthed it, even Parts of the ship seemed to have wings.

They waited till the Colonial fleets left, for you seem the NSN mission was alot darker, a strike directly into the Hart of the Fedral Space, total devistation of Key populated worlds, not take over but complete and utter destrution.

"its time" Kashi said to herself, or so the federal marines thougt, it was the Spirts she always saw, her magic's allowed her to seem the spirts that hadnt got to an afterlife it also allowed her to summon them, a Key thing she would use on the Fedral Starfleet, a power that would leave her drained of energy but would be worth it. allowing them to see the Spirit world.....something that drives most people mad.


OOC: Fedral dont worry i wont use her power unless you agree to it, its a one time thing a sort of "fluke". Anyway give use names of the systems i will attack, 3 outposts and a populated system that i would be able to get to. Just TG me the list, add in the defences i would know about (not anything you might have built in secret or recently placed there due to the war like a fleet)

the Union had already increased security on its border outpost by tenfold, there were groups of hundreds of ships scattered around the border worlds. as soon as Corpsacian ships entered federal space sensors went off alerting Rapid reaction forces and stand by fleets, thanks to then New battle net things could be handled easily.

The garrisoned ships went to full alert, the commander on the orion class dreadnought that was the command ship. he ordered "lunch all fighters as soon as enemy ships exit FTL target and fire full suppression mode, tell the vipers to hide them selves and then strike with there anti capital ship missiles, and Coaxial bombs, tell the outpost to launch there fighters and engage point defensive measures. i want you to star jamming communications missiles and sensors, use ECM and ECCM at your disposal, i also want all ships to engage there shadow emitters"

the tactical officer nodded and sent the message the commander stood stiff stern and un moved by the threat of an attack.

mean while the ships began maneuvering in to positions to protect the out post, and give the enemy a deadly blow.


the commander looked pa t the tactical console and looked over to his XO he whispered some thing, the XO nodded and wen on the intercom, saying "Ok people this is going to be a hard fight, but we can do this, we wont let these backstabbing scum get the better of us will we?!"


the commander looked back over to the con officer and said, tell the SWAC Equipped ships to star anti jamming sensors and, comn channel flooding. asteroids around the area spun as the fleet lay in wait of the enemy expecting a farce battle.




the Union had funded pirates to raid corpsacs supply line.


the head diplomat said "we'll leave for the union and we will take note of this, so when our forces march on your capital they will not kill innocent civilians.


(ooc: the information sent was so heavily Encrypted it would take decades to decode with your computers no offense, and i do have an early warning system for my nation a huge one, plus my government isn't stupid :P )

The second wve of missiles was stopped just as surely as the first, but it was a near thing. Ghost Rider and Moriarty together made an almost unbreakable defense against missiles, but almost didn't mean fully, and eventually, without support, they would be swarmed under.

Energy weapons lashed out against the shields of the Ghost Rider platforms, and the shields flared, and dimmed, but held.

From outside the inner lines, another wave of APOLLO misiles came in at the enemy, only 192,000 strong, but added to the simultaneous launch of another million odd missiles, it would be plenty, especially coming from another direction.

The enemy fighters were met with more of the same, Wraiths, invisible to the eye, Scouts, firing plasma like it was water from gatlings and missile tubes, Corsairs, lashing space with their Neutron Flares and throwing up Disruption Webs to interfere with enemy fire, Valkyries, hammering the enemy with massed Anti-Matter and Laser Warhead salvoes, Interceptors, effectively compact gunships, unleashed missiles and their 8 energy batteries on nything that happened to stand in their way, while Robot Interceptors, more munerous than anything else in this battle, went after the enemy drones.

The Capships had their own anti-fighter defenses, in each battery of Burst Lasers there were about 20 guns, 5 quad mount heavies, 5 triple mount mediums, and ten dual mount light anti-fighter weapons. Heavy Cruisers, Strike Cruisers, and Destroyers were even better suited to ant-fihgter work, and they moved to the foreground of the battle, while the true Capships charged their Yamato Cannon, or Yamato Clusters. Carriers readied their PDCs for use, whil the MMIII charged all of its manifold weapons, and kept its Fighter Wing close, to prevent it being swarmed under.

Aiur:

The Protoss forces were ready, and moved quickly towards the Wormhole Terminus. They would reappear at the other end, and immediatley move to the Umojan Terminus, bringing them into the battle in an amount of time so small that no one had ever been able to measure it. They would take time GETTING to the Termini, but onbce there, they would arrive fst enough to break the back of any asault, especially when they exposed a trick they had made sure that only one nation had ever discovered...

OOC: fed, im confussed? how did you detect my ships when they jumped? there not in real space or any space that you know of so how can you detect them in your space?

The jump system i use is like a point to point, even tho it may take hours day weeks etc the people in the ships think no time has passed (and to them it hasnt, they dont age or anything). And will you please post or TG me the infomation i requested, i want to make a decent post and with out the infomation i cant do anything (or atlest make a decent post). And cheak the other thread.
