Preamble
The signatories of the Treaty of Friendship and Trade agree respect their respective right of national sovereignty. Each of the signatories affirms a commitment to work jointly towards a stable and peaceful global environment and to a free enterprise between the treaty members. With these joint aims agreed, the following Articles are entered upon:
Article One
As recognition of a commitment to peaceful co-operation and a closer inter-governmental relationship, the signatories agree to the following Clauses:
1. That the two nations will maintain a diplomatic mission within the two capitals to better facilitate diplomatic, cultural and economic relations; and
2. That the two nations will settle any or all differences of opinion through diplomatic channels only, and will not revert to armed conflict as a method of settling disputes;
Article Two
Both the UKA and CGP acknowledge the importance of international trade in fostering and maintaining international peace and prosperity. With this aim agreed, the signatories agree to the following Clauses:
1. Both the UKA and CGP uphold the principles of free trade. This means that the signatories will not impose excessive trade tariffs upon each other;
2. The signatories agree to allow the free movement of people and capitol between the two nations.
Article Three
In addition to peaceful co-operation and trade agree to establish a relationship between our respective security and police services. This will include agreement on the following Clause:

2. That the police forces of our two nations will work together on matters of mutual security, including commitments to prevent terrorism or to otherwise forewarn of any impending danger to the signatory concerned by any state or international organisation.
Notes:
Article 2.1: Excessive to be defined as the imposition of tariffs likely to make imports economically unviable and uncompetitive;
Article 2.2: The free movement of people will be subject to the confines of normal border control and the extradition clause
