The Emperor's speech rang through the Empire like wildfire. They were preparing for war, it was confirmed now. With the troubles that had arisen throughout the world at various locales over various situations, this was nothing different, except for one thing. This was no exercise. Norway was recieving a full Corps of miltiary personnel, a simple exercise to see how effective the Empire could deploy over 50,000 men and equipment in an emergency situation. It was a given that SOF and BOF could be on the ground between 12 and 18 hours and that Marines could be there almost as quick. However, the deployment of the army was somewhat slower. Norway was helping the Empire test that effectiveness.

Was it a smoke screen? Yes. The Empire was making plans, big plans. In Hawaii, naval units were surged and ready to go at a moments notice. Australia was playing home to three battlegroups and an air expeditionary force. The Republics were all boosting their military presence by 50%. All four provinces were entering war mode, which would prepare them all for a long, arduous conflict. Naval activity in the worlds' oceans effectively doubled overnight as at least 50% of the Navy would be eventually deployed. Satellites worked overtime collecting imagry and signals intelligence and aircraft monitoring SIGINT and imagry from international airspace. SR-71 Blackbirds and U-3 Aurora spyplanes worked ardulously, flying in and out of international airspace, at high speed and high altitude, looking for targets and activity.

The Emperor sat at his desk. His speech for the evening was something that would be broadcast around the world, especially in Europe. "Good evening ladies and gentlemen of the Empire. It is my pleasure to speak to all of you this evening." He smiled. "This evening I can announce that the Empire is taking a step towards the preservation of our safety and our security.

"I have ordered a build-up of our military forces in Norway, Ireland, Iceland, Greenland, the Caribbean, and Europe. Threats from the Russian Federation have prompted us to entertain the notion of pre-emption. I agree this is a very unworthy time for this but I must digress. We signed a treaty with the Russian Federation, a Non-Aggression Pact, which we do not believe they have any intention of honoring. We must be prepared if they do. The Empire will not be caught by surprise when tanks and helicopters of the Russian Federation sweep over the borders into the lands of our allies.

"Moreover, we also turn our attention to the Pacific. The Tyrandi government, in a seemingly unknown and secretive alliance with the Russian Federation, has been making threats against our Norwegian allies and their land in Australia. We will not stand idly by as our allies, who have shown time and time again that they will die for us, are threatened. The Empire will not allow those in the world to threaten the balance of power that exists.

"The Empire calls out to all nations of the world who seek peace, enjoy the status quo, and dislike the dishonesty and lack of integrity of these two nations to unite under the banner of sovereignty. World War II cannot happen. World War I was nothing to speak of in light nor shall World War II be something to speak of period. Ladies and gentlemen, should World War II break out, it has the potential to cause worldwide catastrophe on a scale so great as to kill billions. We cannot stand idly by and let that many innocents die.

"The integrity and the honor of the Empire shall be preserved at all costs and at all times. Thank you and have a good evening."

The speech echoed everywhere. Operation Killswitch Engage was definitely underway.

OOC: Yeah, I haven't made an IC post since I got resurrected, so this is a tad premature. I'm going to basically demand the return of all of occupied Australia, and deploy my forces to this objective if Cotland refuses. Also, Pushka isn't involved at all, I gave him Liberia port rights to get him to leave TIOR alone and also keep the VCO off my back when the crusade begins.

The Kreynorians had not forgot the Layartebian blockade during the affair with Cotland over French Polynesia. And they were not eager to see another blockade. Throughout the empire, units were activated and the National Guard was called up. Multiple naval elements, including the 1st Super Dreadnought Battlegroup, were deployed defensively around Hawaii, and air defenses, coast guard, and border defenses were active 24/7. The Divine Empire would not be caught off-guard.

Official message to the world

While the Kingdom has not recieved any clear communique from the Tyrandian Government, our intelligence agencies has indicated that the Tyrandians intend to attack Norwegian interests in the immediate future. This information, which comes from reliable sources which shall remain unknown at this point in time, is sufficient in the view of the Norwegian Government to warrant a response. As such, all Norwegian forces shall be set at BERSTAT-2 untill further notice. We wish to know what the official position of the Tyrandian Government is, and emplore them to cease any plans they may have for invasion or attack against the Kingdom. If we are attacked, we will retaliate as we see fitting, using the means we find necessary.

Around the Kingdom, in Egypt, in Australia and in the various crown colonies of the Kingdom, military forces were being prepared. Naval forces put to sea, air defenses went on a heightened state of alert, fighter patrols with F-63K Tengriys became more frequent and intense, ocean surveilance from P-7A LRAACA aircraft armed with Mk-50 Barracudas and AGM-84L Harpoons were extended, the Army prepared for rapid deployment and the Home Guardsmen were called in for duty. Civil defense units and police reserves were called in, and all production at the various shipyards in the Kingdom were suspended in order to be ready to repair damaged ships and build new replacements. All in all, the Kingdom of Norway went on a war footing, something which was appropriate when one considered the alert status. BERSTAT-2, or Beredskapsstatus 2 was the third highest in the Kingdom, and meant that war was imminent. Once the first shots were fired, the alert status would be bumped to BERSTAT-1, which meant total (conventional) war.

If someone had the stupidity to deploy nuclear weapons though, the alert status would go to BERSTAT-0, the ultimate alert status. If it came to that, the highly classified nuclear stockpile of the Kingdom would be employed. Ballistic submarines spread all around the worlds oceans would go towards the surface and fire their deadly payload at targets obtained by the National Command Authority, B-7C Incubus bombers of the Strategic Air Command would take off from their airfields loaded with nuclear bombs, and LGM-209 Ewos intercontinental ballistic missiles loaded with ten nuclear warheads each would lift off from their camoflaged silos spread around the Kingdom and fly towards the people who attacked the Kingdom with WMDs, while the crews of the various anti-ballistic missile sites would do their best to shoot down incoming missiles. The whole scenario was called "Operasjon Ragnarok", a fitting name since the combined nuclear arsenal of the Kingdom was sufficient to destroy the world several times over. Ragnarok indeed. However, that was only if someone were to attack the Kingdom or its allies in the October Alliance first with WMDs.

While the readiness level had never exceeded BERSTAT-2, all members of the Kingdoms military had trained for the worst. They were ready. The next move would be up to the Tyrandians.

The Fuhrer, on his fortress of an island some hundred miles off the African Coast, had been monitoring the situation with the Empire and the Kingdom for days now. It seems massive mobilizations were taking place all over the respective nations. It was high time the same happend in the Commonwealth.

DEFCON THREE was declared all over the Commonwealth and military forces readied themselves and deployed all over the nation. From Cape Verde another Fleet was sent out toward Australia, to bolster the one Fleet already at port there. The entire 2nd Army, 400,000 men and thousands of vehicles and Armor, was being systematically sent out to Australia to join the 11th and 12th Armies already based there.

Naval and Air Force planes were also sent out from Harare to join new Squadrons in Australia. If war came, the Commonwealth would be prepared.


OOC: Pushka, the TOA has no beef with you or the VCO, these deployments are not meant to send any message to the VCO. This is meant for Tyrandis. You aren't getting your land back, so get over it. You attack and its your funeral.

The news did not come as a surprise to the Neuvo Rican government. The government was placed with a difficult decision, back the VCO or maintain neutrality. For the moment, the Neuvo Rican Empire would bide its time - as EOL forces were not on high alert in South America, it was not seen as a priority to take offensive action. Given that nearly every major power had mobilised forces, Neuvo Rican army fronts in Mexico, Sudan, Yemen, the Pacific and Brazil were to be fully mobilised, as well as Airforce and Navy units across the Neuvo Rican sphere of influence. Missile units were placed on level 3 alert, (low alert level, in case of possible action over the next few days).

Whilst we are glad to see that the EOL has not activated south american forces, we cannot help but feel that this is a good move toward world peace. Let it be known that we will not declare war unless attacked, but this situation is unacceptable. We have mobilised troops as a defensive measure, but we will not blindly stumble into a nuclear war.

Whilst it may not be our position to do so, we would ask the Empire of Layarteb to remove it's forces from high alert, in the interest of world peace.

Somehow the Carribean, North Atlantic, and Scandinavian mobilizations threw me off but if it is I was threatening him as well in e2 post, and if you are being honest about this he is responsible for a army at my doorsteps, or at least down the street. The Empire seeks no quarrel with Neuvo Rica. We will be mobilizing forces on South America as well as throughout the entirety of the Empire but we shall not be making any offensive moves against the Nuevo Rican government.

As the VCO eroded throughout the world and the Emperor and his Cabinet smiled at the news, there was something further that prevented them from standing down. The future of the world was at stake and it was essential that the Empire not stand down. The Russian Federation was likely expected to make dangerous and bold moves to show that it was still strong. It had been viewed that the Russian Federation was only strong when numbers backed it up, those numbers had not left them alone. Whatever happened next would slowly push the situation one way or the other. The power vacuum left by the dissolution of the VCO would certainly leave various states around the world clamoring for a united defense against the October Alliance. Time would tell and though the move was expected from the Russian Federation, the Empire was not ruling out other sources.

The announcement was made, the Non-Aggression Pact was now null and void. Nothing held the Empire back, nothing!

ic: Along the coast of Africa from Nigeria to Angola Bjornoyan forces were put on high alert. 5 battlegroups left port and took to sea; planes were scrambled near the coasts and took to the sky. Far above the static observer satellites watched from the heavens.

Visara Co. Security forces took to defensive positions alongside their brethren. Wilhelm did not look kindly upon his foreign investments being threatened.

The Empire had a golden opportunity to strike without any outside interference if it wanted. Bjornoya braced itself for the possibility.

The nation of Bjornoya has nothing to fear unless it has a guilty conscience.

Since we are not the party directly threatened by this actions we will maintain a neutral position. However should any foreign forces cross our border or in any way attack our merchant shipping going through the Baltic ocean, this will be treated as an act of war and an attack by us on the aggressor.

"Look's like the Bjornoyans are mobilizing for something." Quoth a Master Sergeant monitoring movements in the area.

"Any specifics?" his superior, a massive Colonel, asked.

"Increased air patrols, and at least two battlegroups are moving to alert status."

"All right, get Manama on the phone."

After a short talk with a Superior Advisor of the Armed Forces in the Royal Palace, the Colonel hung up the phone.

"Tell the Stormhunters to get in the air, now."

Elephantum's 2nd Weather Wing was split among several overseas bases. While they were designed to track weather patterns and storms, they could also pick up valuable information about naval movements. Were the Bjornoyans out to get something? Did they fear an attack now that they had left the VCO?

Hopefully, a pair of WC-130Ps, along with a WP-3C, dispatched to "investigate a recent storm in the area" (OOC: the one from Fox2) would provide some more information.

The Layatrebian empire condemns us of lying. The nations in this world blessed with the gift of reason however can see that those accusations are baseless. I urge Layatrebian Empire to discontinue spreading their misinformation, it is foolish, and it is not fitting to a nation with as much power as the EOL.

Radar signals swamped the recievers throughout Equitorial Guinea. The Bjornoyans were definetelly 'up to something' but what they were up to was uncertain (see 'Cure for AIDS'). A superficial evaluation would show nearly the same amount of ships coming into port as going out. Upon a closer inspection one could tell with some diffuculty the difference between a Bjornoyan battlegroup and the massive supply convoys making their way to various ports in the region.

Tracing the potential destinations of battlegroups would show a high concentration were congregating off of Nigeria's western coast and directly south of Liberia.

The Empire of Teh Ninjas acknowledges the worldwide mobilization. Our forces around the world shall remain at the current status of elevated alert, except for our provinces in Africa which shall maintain a Low alert status due to recent mobilizations near our homeland.

In light of the recent and ever increasing tensions over Australia, The Holy Republic of Hawdawg is sending 3 Divisions specially trained in Desert Warfare to the Norwegian Base in Alice Springs, Australia. The 302nd Mechanized Infantry Division, the 741st Mechanized Airborne Division, and the 788th Airborne Infantry Division. We have issued deployment orders for these units and fully expect to have them in place and operational before the 1st of March.

Open Letter to the World

We would like it noted we are mobilizing units in Leningrad Oblast and the Karelia Republic for annual exercises in preparedness and logistical testing. Units in Hawdawg Finland will also be activated to determine call status, logistical problems, and quarterly duty assignments. Following these activities, these units will be performing standard drills and scenarios to last the month of February. This is a semi-annual occurence in our Military Structure and these events are required to demonstrate the combat effectiveness of each of these regional units.

On a lonely, solitary, bored island, uninhabited and tiny, in the lower Caribbean, there sat a small target. A boat sitting off shore held a four man camera crew and they had at least two dozen cameras, high and low speed, aimed directly at the island target and the whole island, which was only a few square kilometers in size.

Overhead, flying at 600 mph at 55,000 feet, a single B-7B Incubus, loaded heavy with 144 Mark 82 bombs acquired the target and was in the process of releasing its insane bomb load. The bomber was only doing a demonstration test, showing it could place that many bombs onto a single target at once.

Cameras tracked the bombs falling, omitting the stealth aircraft from their view. Others that watch the island caught the horror of 144 bombs falling, hitting the target with pinpoint accuracy like never before. B-52Hs dropped only 51, B-1Bs only 84, B-2s only 80. The B-4 could drop 100. The B-7 could drop 144!

The video would be released to the whole world to showcase a true, new, and devestating invention of the EOL. The B-7 was certainly not a new invention, it had seen service in many campaigns but it was highly stealthy and very classified. The video only showed 144 bombs falling and hitting the target with utter accuracy. The commentary explained that it was a single bomber capable of unprecendented destructive capabilities.

The news spread like wildfire to the lands of Azimeth and its borders. Troops, already put on full alert because of the South American continent scandal, were now put into effect to defend a possibly new threat. Although the shift of government from empire to monarchy had torn the country in half, the military and feudalists were now under complete control of King Yaeric Hofstria I, and the people themselves were already rebuilding the capitol city of Azim's former glory. In fact, only 2% of the city had been damaged by rioters and gunfights, while the rest recieved minor injuries sustained to the main building. The bullet marks were left as "memories" of the revolution and were to not be painted or built over as long as the owner him or herself agreed to it.

As the capitol building and the imperial senate buildings began reconstruction, the military, which only sustained 6 casualties during the revolution, was turned completely towards reconstruction. Now that a second world war had broken out between the bickering states in the Pacific, it was obvious that a front would be opened in Australia.

Within a few minutes, the nation of Azimeth had been united. From Victoria to Western Australia and back to Azimeth itself, the nation rallied under the King's new banners with complete support for war against the brutal Pacific nations. Although tempting, the King could not press his ruined economy into war. His decision would be wise, but none-the-less all divisions but the 2nd Guards Infantry had been ordered to Azimeth's Australian territories in case of any border crossings by neutral or enemy soldiers.

The Empire is pleased to annouce that its military has achieved 50% of its current goal. We are moving quickly and smoothly towards being mobilized in such a way that we can deploy forces wherever necessary. Current predictions put 100% in approximately two more weeks.

Military Intelligence Bunker Complex, underneath a mountain, somewhere in Norway

The two intelligence officers looked at the video, analyzing it carefully. While the Layartebians were among the closest allies of the Empire, it could still pay to have information about them.

"So. Anything new?"

"We've suspected this ever since we got our hands on the B-7C, you know. The special version for TOA-members."

"Yeah, I know of it. Got a buddy over at SAC who flies one. Says its a joy to fly. He haven't told me much more though. The whole program is classified 'Strengt Hemmelig' and all."

"Indeed. We should have about a page or two, but this doesn't really tell us anything about the aircraft. However, it's still interesting. Its the first time the Empire show a modern indiginous stealth bomber to the world, and look at the ordinance. That's mark eighty-twos. Dumb bombs. The precision the Layartebians show. That shows us that their best and brightest are operating these bombers. It also shows that what our intel already confirms: the Layartebians are all about surgical strikes and precision weapons. Things we need to concentrate on."

"General, the Azimethians are increasing their readiness!"

Generalløytnant Wallace of the 3rd Army, the army responsible for protecting Australia looked at the oberst who had burst into his office.

"What do you mean? Positioned forces on the borders?"

"Yes sir."

"What the... That's it! Put a few brigades on the border with them and start flying more agressive CAPs. Let them know that we're serious. We don't have time for this horsecrap!"

"Yes sir."

Ninety minutes later, 2 Infantry Brigades and 1 Armored Brigade moved out towards the Azimeth-Norwegian border to strengthen the Home Guardsmen and Border Guards already on station. A flight of F-63K Tengriy fighters flew close to the border, showing the Azimethians that they were serious about defending their border. MLRS units and artillery were all in position, ready to blast any invading forces. They better not try anything, for then they would be killed.

Secret Communique to Norway

The Empire would like to deploy an additional flight of aircraft to Australia consisting of some six long-range, ultrastealth bombers and twelve ultrastealth fighters for protection.

Top Secret Reply

The permission has been granted. Please fly them to Area Niner Delta, a secret air base in the Australian desert protected by satellite jammers. The ground crews will await their arrival.

The trip across the Pacific was going to be long. KC-10A Extender tankers were set up at various points to refuel the eighteen aircraft flight, which consisted of six B-7B Incubus bombers, eight F-25B Firefox interceptors, and four F-25A Firefox multirole fighters. All of them were ultrastealth and they kept high, fast, and out of radar coverage, hiding from the prying eyes of the enemy. They would refuel several times across the Pacific, before eventually landing in the middle of the Australian desert, at an airbase that was definitely in the middle of nowhere.

OOC: Lay, feel free to use my Joint Arms base in Australia. There is a huge airfield there.

OOC: Uh...I have NO intentions to attack any Australian provinces unless they are invaded by overseas forces that were threatening Norway. Once the provinces are secured, they will be given back to their former owners...So I don't see why all this mobilization of friendly forces on my borders are needed?

When the aircraft landed, they were ushered into hangars immediately. Space Division confirmed that they would have two hours to land and get inside before any satellites passed overhead within range of photographing the base. The ILAF trusted the Norwegians and their satellite jammers but wanted to take every precaution possible. The birds overhead were definitely going to be scowering the continent for anything out of the ordinary. Eighteen ILAF aircraft were definitely out of the ordinary.

The bombers were massive and three fit per hangar. The Firefox escorts, on the other hand, fit five to a hangar and as such they took up five hangars between the eighteen aircraft. Missiles and bombs had been arriving throughout the course of the day and night, enough to supply the aircraft for fourteen days of continuous sorties. The main missile deployed was the Dreamcatcher, an air launched cruise missile of unprecendented accuracy and power. They could destroy any military installation from 2,000 miles away and they would be supplemented by the SCRAMJET powered Imsdal missiles, which had enough kinetic energy to cause a small earthquake.

Layarteb City

The war drums were beating, people were rallying, and armed forces were preparing. Money was being funneled into the military at an enormous rate, all stashed and saved, put into high interest bank accounts and stock market holdings, managed by the best of the best for just this purpose. The military had more money than it knew what to do with and its money only gained more and more each fiscal period. The government was a business, its goal was to provide for its customers, the people of the Empire. What money was collected was put to good use, used to make more and more.

The Emperor was set to give his nightly radio address, something that would occur around 2000 each and every night. Tonight he would focus on the growing instability in the world. "Ladies and gentlemen of the Empire. It is my pleasure to address each and every one of you tonight. As you have probably read in the papers, heard on the news, and seen in the streets, the Voronej Cooperation Organization has collapsed. There is much to be happy about but, at the same time, there is much to be concerned about. Let me digress.

"The world is but a fragile balance of power arrangement. The October Alliance, of which the Empire owes its loyalty, is but one force amongst many. The Voronej Cooperation Organization provided a counter force, an opposite if you will. The Roman Confederacy acted as a neutral third party, owing its allegiance to the nature of peace whereas we owe our allegiance to protection and safety, prosperity and peace. With the presence of the Voronej Cooperation Organization, we knew our enemy, we knew who it was we were up against. Their collapse leaves a vacuum in the balance of power arrangement, a vacuum that requires filling. We cannot expect the Roman Confederacy to fill the vacuum, it is not in their nature.

"Therefore the threat of nuclear annihilation is, currently, still present but not as prominent. The Russian Federation still has its missiles pointed at us and we too have ours pointed at them. The tension of recent times may be waning but I do not believe it to be completely going away. Alas, there is a much more dangerous enemy growing in strength, an enemy we cannot see nor predict. This enemy will fill that vacuum and it is up to us and the October Alliance as a whole to ensure that this new 'bloc' does not undertake the same path as the Voronej Cooperation Organization. We cannot allow ourselves to resume the tension of nuclear annihilation.

"This is why the Empire is preparing for war, preparing for defensive or offensive strikes, whichever is necessary. There are threats against our allies from powers clamoring for their 'fifteen minutes of fame.' There are threats against us from our former enemies, looking to brandish their swords and prove that they are not weakened by this collapse. I will not stand idly by and be caught off guard. We lost millions in Ecuador. We will not lose millions in New York, Maine, Venezuela, Ireland, Iceland, and throughout the entirety of the Empire. Should an offensive attack come we will be prepared to respond and strike back with such fervor and force that our enemies tremble under the might and deliverance they shall receive. Should we be forced to act offensively, to protect our allies, to protect ourselves, let it be known that the Empire WILL NOT, under any circumstances, be struck when we could have prevented it.

"The world is changing! The Empire shall NOT fall behind the times. The EMPIRE shall NOT allow its enemies to walk all over us. THE EMPIRE SHALL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FALL!

"We condemn these actions of warmongering by the Empire of Layatreb. The last speech made suggests a threat from the Empire of Layatreb towards our own government. Mr. Emperor, i assure you that if you make a foolish mistake of invading us, your mistake will cost you your army. We are fully prepared to hold defensive actions against the Empire of Layatreb and all of TOA if we have to, more so then ever before since now our foreign affairs do not have to be shaped by our care for the interests of our allies."

The day the Empire sets foot on Russian soil without just cause is the day the accusations against the Empire by the Russian Federation will hold weight. Until then, they are nothing more than rhetoric that we have seen, heard, analyzed, and ignored before.

After what seemed like forever, the final elements of the 302nd Mechanized Infantry after brief layover in Papau New Guinea. The armored portion of the Division proved the most logistically challenging of any of the three divisions moved to Alice Springs. Challenging in the fact that MBT's of the Mechanized had to be carried individually from the Naval Base in Papau New Guinea via the C-5 Galaxy heavy lifting Air Wing. Even with the large number of planes available for the transport the move took time. Fortunately time was available to adequately make the transition from peace time operations to a ready alert status.

When the two Airborne Divisions first started arriving almost one month ago, they began to establish a Base Camp of Operations three clicks North of Alice Springs. A large abandoned Railway Watering Station was located here and would make a perfect spot for an ever growing Temporary Military Complex. The units engineers first arrived on the scene and hurriedly refurbished the water well at the Station to support the large influx of Hawdawg Troops to follow. Within days temporary shelters where assembled and Headquarters were established in the abandoned Rail Depot overlooking the camp site. This would be the nerve center for Hawdawg Operations in Australia. The Norwegian Government was gracious enough to supply local power via there internal power grid to make accomidations a little more bearable in the bush.

Local tribesmen were recruited to assist in mapping out natural water holes as well as significant landmarks to establish detailed maps for training exercises and more importantly effective places to attack a potential invading force with minimum effort and maximum damage. This information could be crucial to aiding in a proper defense of Norwegian Territory. Once troop numbers were at a sufficient level to provide basic complex defense, command issued its first orders.

First and foremost welcome to Australia gentlemen. Remember you are a guest in Norwegian territory, act as such. We will start our operations by running small scouting missions between our Base of Operations and the Coast. LRP's will handle this task out past our 40 mile standard patrol radius. We have limited Air Support from our Forces, but the Norwegian's can Air Drop supplies to the LRP's if necessary. All SATCOM communication has been established and we are linked via encrypted channels to EOL, Norwegian, and all allied forces. Your troops are specially trained to fight in this environment, use the days before the storm to learn your terrain. Practice the harrassing exercises we are famous for and get your men ready for a battle that will be epic in size.

Two army groups and over 5400 aircraft had been mobilised in Brazil, whilst in Mexico one army group and 2000 aircraft had been put into combat readiness. Whilst no offensive operations were planned, the recent news of a nuclear arms build up and large scale EOL mobilisation had put the government on edge.

As communications wired across the empire, from Sudan to Mexico, Mexico to Brazil, and on to the pacific and Yemen it became more apparent that war would be inevitable. The Neuvo Rican empire was aiming to avoid war, but if the worse came to the worse a side would have to be chosen - it might also be a good opportunity for a land grab.

The Neuvo Rican Empire is aiming for full military mobilisation. This will be cancelled if EOL forces in South America are taken off alert, as we do not wish for war with any nation.

The Neuvo Rican Government has also authorised an expansion of the Neuvo Rican Nuclear Arsenal to 49,000 warheads (from 43,000 already). The 6000 new missiles will come under airforce control, and will be carried by 'Seagull' strike fighters.

All the three military disctricts, European, Urals and Siberian went into the state of the high alert as forces were being moved towards all the potential enemy borders, this time that list included Bjornyan border and border of Hawdawg in addition to the North Germanian border. Four armies were moved into Lituania-Latvia since that seemed to be the most obvious point from which TOA would try to attack. Since the VCO collapsed and the naval ships that were supposed to be stationed all over the world were now moving back to their homebases the two only remaining fleets grew larger in size. The Baltic fleet now maintained 19 Flotilas and 8 submarine groups and the Arctic fleet now had 49 Flotilas and 17 submarine groups.

The nation is now in the state of alert, all citizens between ages of 17 and 49 are to report to their local ANZ center for combat drills and equipment training every tuesday from 18:00 to 21:00 hours.

The nightly radio address was only minutes away from starting. Families were usually eating dinner around this time or putting their children down. Most listened but many did not. They were summarized the next day in the local papers anyway but that wasn't the point. The voice of the Emperor was compelling. He was a great orator and this helped him. "Good evening ladies and gentlemen of the Empire. I am proud to talk to you once again. Things have changed throughout the world and I fear that they will continue to change.

"First and foremost, Australia has finally become enthralled with war. The nation of Terronian is being engaged by allied forces and we do not expect that battle to last much longer. The Empire is presently not engaging the nation of Terronian nor does it have plans to, this war is between our allies over there and the nation of Terronian.

"However, it is evident that the Russian Federation has ulterior motives. Mobilizations inside the Russian Federation only help to prove that our worst assumptions are being put to effect. A Russian attack is plausible. Whilst we do not feel them to be a threat at the moment but we will continue to monitor the situation closely. The Empire will not sit idly by and ignore these mobilizations. We will be fully aware of any movement or offensive that the Russian Federation makes.

"Elsewhere, thoughout the Empire it is evident that our military is getting ready. We have achieved almost 75% of our goal and we will be making that goal shortly. Civilian life will change, I must warn, but for the better. Should this turn into something we all dread, the outcome will be a better, more prosperous, and safer life for the citizens of the Empire, free from the threat of annihilation by the Russian Federation and free from the empty threats of the Russian Federation.

Somewhere over Australia
The C-130J Hercules flew calmly over the desert, well away from the battlezone in the south of the country. It was on a completely different mission, as one could see in its cargobay. The bay was filled with 6 large rubber bladders filled with H²O, or water as it was known as in layman terms, with each bladder containing 2,500 litres, giving a total of 15,000 litres of water for the dropping.

As the Hercules came over the target zone, the six large palettes were manouvered into position by the crew chief and his two assistants and prepared. The aircraft was holding steady at 1,500 feet at 200 knots, ready for the deployment. Satisfied, the crew chief opened the rear cargo hatch and prepared to deploy the parachutes.

"In three... two... one... GO!"

The 'chutes were deployed and the people in the cargobay pushed the palettes out. One by one, the six palettes were pushed out and the parachutes attacked to the bladders deployed immediately. Three parachutes per bladder slowed it down and stabilized it, giving it a stable and calm decent to the desert below. The water drop was done in order to support Hawdawgian long-range patrols and scouting missions in Austalia.

After ensuring that it had been delivered safely, the Hercules decended to 500 feet and flew over the Hawdawgians while flapping its wings in a "goodbye and good luck" gesture before it returned to 1,500 feet and flew back to its base.

Northern Australia

With the Norwegian Air Drops of water the LRP's of the Airborne Infantry fanned out to establish small "water dumps". These water stations would provide a source of drinking water for the move North to the Coast. Careful detail was taken as ten LRP's moved North towards Darwin. Each group denoted landmark's, roads and terrain to ensure a complete and thorough battle plan could be drafted at HQ. This mapping mission was expected to last seven days.

Layarteb City

"Ladies and gentlemen of the Empire. Good evening. I come today with good news and I come today with bad news. First I will give the bad news so that the good news that follows will lift your spirits, just as it did for me.

"The Russian-Norwegian Conference is over. I say this as the bad news because nothing came of it. The Russians walked out of the conference, leaving the Norwegians to settle themselves. It is evident that the Russians never had any intentions of any truth, honesty, or integrity. It appears that they called for this conference in the hope of bettering relations and they never had the intention of doing so. It appears that this has been a ploy to make themselves out to be the good guys, calling for a conference. The Empire refused to come to this conference as we knew not to trust the Russians at their word. These events only prove that assumption. The Norwegians were humiliated and embarassed by this trechery and we can only surmount them to be intended from the very beginning.

"Now, for the good news. The crisis and war in Australia is over. Our allies were victorious and bloodshed was limited. The Pacific continent can once again return to peace. The Empire was not involved in this conflict nor did we have any actual intention of becomming involved unless we were attacked directly. That never happened and we appreciate all sides for this. Layartebian sons should not have to die in a conflict thousands of miles away when it is not for the benefit of the Empire as a whole. Our military units in the area will remain active and present for the time being, to ensure that hostilities do not flare up again but it is good that I can bring you this news.

Russian Federation, Voronej, Press Conference

President: "Yes, you in the brown sweater, speak."

Vladimir pointed to a reporter seating in the upper right side of the press chamber that was holding his hand up higher then others.

Reporter:"I am Ivan Simonov with "Vesti: Yamalia" newspaper. Do you have any commentary about the recent Norwegian-Russian coference and some of the comments the Emperor of Layatreb has made in our address earlier today."

Vladimir spoke in a sort of a calm yet intimidating voice.

Vladimir: "Yes i do have a few things to say. First about the coference. We have done everything we reasonably could to improve relations and extend our hands towards more stable relations between our nation and nation of Norway. However the feeling was not mutual, the same day Norway has sunk their own vessel that was trying to illegally gain access to sensitive information about our military. That is after we offered that vessel aid on terms that would not compromise whatever data that ship has aquired. We wanted to help and got spit in our faces, even more so, the military presence from the October Alliance in the incident was completely uncalled for. We want peace, but they do not, we try to trust them, but they do not wish to trust us. Because of this insult that was thrown against us by Norway we were forced to withdraw from the talks. This is of course just the tip of the iceberg. From the start we knew that whatever document we sign that day would be disregarded by the nation of Norway in an event of military action against us by another member of the October Alliance, we knew that but we hoped and as the saying goes hope dies last. And so it did.

Now for the second part of the question, the comments by the Layatrebian Emperor..."

"...what we see is shameless anti-Russian propaganda that should not be taken seriously. I am sure that the citizens of the Layatrebian Empire are intelligent enough to separate truth from obvious fiction. The position of the Layatrebian government that we are warmongers and they are pacifists is fiction, anyone who keeps in touch with current events can see clearly that Layatrebian Empire is gearing up for war, against who we don't know, and we really don't care, heh, they can shake their spears all they want if they don't have anything more intelligent to do. What we do know is that their claims of these mobilizations being defensive actions have nothing to do with reality. That goes for whole of TOA, the recent actions against the sovereign government of Terronia are a perfect example that TOA and its allies are imperialists mascarading as forces of justice, however once again anyone who is keeping up with current affairs can see through that mascaraid. To conclude my answer i will say this.

We will not pay attention if Gospodin Emperor says that the world is flat and we will not pay attention now, the claims he makes are ridiculus and have nothing to do with the truth, to be offended by his statements or to give a similar reaction they gave us would be to lower ourselves to their level of thinking, which was coherent during the Middle Ages but not so much right now. We ignore nonsense, that has been our policy since we became a nation.

From the statement made by Gospodin Pushkin earlier today we know that he said that: 'we are ready to talk to the Norwegians again then they want better relations', can you please ellaborate on his statement?"

President:"Oh yes of course. What my colleague meant was that once the Norwegians have demonstrated that they are ready to create a mutually trusting relationship between our two nations through their actions more so then with their words we will be ready to sit down and talk to them again. I once again repeat and i hope Gospodin Rothsky can hear me, we want peace, but we want it to be a partnership and in order for that to happen we will both have to trust each other and discard the mindset there we regard each other as enemies. This is all i have to say on that...next question please...yes you right there in the middle of the first row, Nezavisimaya Pressa, you."

Reporter: "My name is Nikita Abramov i am here representing Nezavisimaya Pressa (Independent Press) newspaper and i would like to ask you about what actions is our nation taking to protect ourselves in case of aggression from the October Alliance."

President: "That is a good question. Good question. Hmm...as you all know i have ordered higher status of alert for all our troops and have asked the directorate of ANZ to increase the level of public alertness, you have all heard the announcements that call for all persons between ages 17 and 48 to report to take part in combat training and weapons handling training 3 hours, daily. Of course there are many exeptions like people with severe mental or physical health problems, those who are simply unable physically and those who who have a very tight work graphic and so on and so forth, mostly people who get affected by this are from the group between ages 19 and 29, young healthy citizens who have a lot of leisure time. But to answer the question directly, we are ready, we have made an assessment of what we know about the possible enemy forces, what we know about our own capabilities and there is no doubt that shall we be invaded the invaders will be repelled. Alright...last question for the night....alligator leather suitcase, 3rd row, speak up."

Reporter: "Anton Pokrovsky speaking here, Radio Moscow, our listeners would like to know if you and leaders of nations included in the October Alliance maintain any sort of constant contact and if so what are you discussing?"

President: Hmm...sadly there is no such contact between our nations right now. That is partly our fault and partly theirs as you know from my statements few weeks ago i would support that sort of constant contact, even if there are tensions, isolating ourselves from each other is simply foolish. I hope those leaders of nations of TOA who might be listening will publicaly demonstrate the initiative to have these private conversations and debates that would most certainly be helpful to resolving the situation. We will be happy to initiate the first of these conversations but we first need a public statement from one of the governments of the October Alliance that would demonstrate that they support this kind of interaction. Until then, i am afraid our hands are bound.

In the closing of today's meeting i would like to say to those who are listening or watching that i want to praise the Russian people for working on a better today to have a better tomorrow. Thank you all and good night."

The Emperor listened to the press conference and watched the body language of the President. This was a man whom he was staring, face to face, almost, and was definitely an arch enemy. He commented to himself, "The Russians would like about the color of the sky if it profitted them." Those around laughed.

When news of the Tyrandi fleets sailing from Liberia reached his desk this situation was all too pertinent. This was make or break time for the Russian Federation. If they supported the Tyrandi attack against their former VCO allie, they would have hell to pay, that was for sure. In addition, they would prove everything the Emperor stated about them to be true, making themselves liars in the process. However, they could also not act, sit idly by, as Tyrandis acted alone. Things boiled down to this and what would happen next.

In response to the Tyrandi fleets sailing, the Emperor ordered all military forces to REDCON 3 and alerted the Atlantic Protection Group to be extra careful. Out of the CVBGs, CVEGs, and AARGs deployed, two CVBGs were within two days of Nigeria, two CVEGs and two AARGs were within four days, and another CVEG was within a week. Submarines accompanying the groups would be the most important asset available.

Submarines on individual duty, including SSBNs were immediately tasked to station near the area of trouble and B-7 Incubus bombers, which could carry both the Dreamcatcher and the Imsdal, two of the most powerfully potent missiles made, were prepared to launch strikes against the Tyrandi Navy, should they get the call.

Official Address from the Patriarch

As of yesterday the Bjornoyan Federation has come under the attack of Tyrandi forces.

For the past three years Bjornoya has offered Africa its protection and guidance. We have removed countless despots and violent military regimes from power. We will face this new threat like we have faced all our adversaries before. We will not falter, we will not back down, and we will not let our citizens be subjugated to another unworthy regime.

Our recent successes against the unjust Terronian government have prevailed. Justice and order has been restored in the region. We have successfully re-written a wrong in history. We shall be proud of that. But let us not have this pride go to our heads; there are still governments who wish to threaten the stability of the fragile peace we are attempting to forge within Africa.

As an emerging power Bjornoya must bear the responsibility of not only maintaining peace within its own borders but to prevent potentially disastrous regimes from taking power we must help our allies in their times of need and destroy our enemies before they have a chance to strike. My people we stand as a colossus atop the world, but we also must be as Atlas and bear its burdens and with it bear our own responsibility as a world leader. We must not cower from this responsibility lest the world slip from us and into an eternal abyss of chaos.

This recent conflict will prove the resolve of the Bjornoyan Federation. Tyrandis will serve as an example; they will serve as an example to all who would dare harm our citizens; who would dare harm those who we have sworn to protect! Let all those who would dare harm our Federation quake with fear at the thought of the Bjornoyan hammer of justice! The Azimethian government shall not even speak its mind inside of this issue unless Tyrandis forces step inside Australia, in which case war may be discussed by The House of Labors and the Executive Order.

Although at this point we are a neutral nation in the African conflict if the members of TOA get involved we will have to counter act their aggression by backing up Tyrandis. Layatrebian Emperor always speaks about balance of power but then the time comes he throws it away lightly just like any other agreement his nation might have obligated itself to furfill. It has been prooven over and over again that the word of the Empire has no value, and we will not take any more of this hipocricy from the side of the Empire or any other TOA nation, if you interfere you will pay, it doesn't get any simpler then that. As for the words of Bjornyan Patriarch never before have i seen such rubbish. A corrupt political structure ruled by a tyrant with an even more corrupt commerical/political structure growing out of it, and they claim to be a force of justice. They attacked Terronian without any provocation simply because their twisted, imperialistic minds wished it. We can not have this, if we can remain neutral we shall, if not we are not afraid to participate in just liberation of Bjornya from its corrupt, oppressive and non-productive system. The Emperor was coming to the podium again, only this time it wasn't going to be a radio speech to the Empire, it was going to be a press conference to the entire world. The situation in Africa spiralled far out of control. The Emperor was dressed with perfection, a crisp, clean suit, red tie, clean shaven, and a fresh haircut. He looked more dignified than anyone else could. The press corps was waiting, eager to ask questions but they would get their chance afterwards, they knew this, and silence fell upon the audience, only the sound of the camera shutters echoed across the conference room. "Ladies and gentlemen of the world. It is my pleasure to address you this evening but I must say that I wish I could have spoken to everyone with good news. I ask for your patience and I regret to say that there will be no questions afterwards. Thank you." He smiled and turned to the podium. He had no speech written and no teleprompters were set. This was going to be from the hip, so to speak, and this was what he was best at, especially under the pressure he faced.

"Lately I have been talking to the world and to the Empire concerning mobilizations of Layartebian forces and the preparations for war. I spoke of this to try to display, to certain parties throughout the world, that should the status quo of relative peace be broken, the full might of the Empire would come to bear upon those foolish individuals. I regret to say that it has not worked. This is not because of any percieved weakness of the Empire but rather because of the foolishness of some countries throughout the world. I had hoped that the mere mobilizations would be enough to dissuade anybody from global war but I regret to say that this has failed.

"I spoke of deploying soldiers to Europe, along the lines of the Russian Federation but let the world know, the only troops actually deployed was a single Corps to Norway, which was merely a readiness exercise between the Empire and the Norwegians. The results showed us that Norway is fully capable of recieving large quantities of troops and the exercise has shown us and the Norwegians just what will be involved should they need to handle far more than a single Corps. No soldiers have actually been deployed to the Russian borders. These speeches also showed us another thing, how the Russian Federation would act should we need to deploy along their lines. This has taught us much and we have taken all of the given information and successfully calibrated our protocols to these findings.

"Our mobilizations have also prepared us for the inevitable, I am sad to say. Just days ago, the Tyrandi government launched naval vessels with the intention of annihilating the nation of Bjornoya, a nation which has never done anything wrong in the entire world. They capitalized on the successful completion of the Australian War to strike the nation of Bjornoya when it was weakest. While a true strategic move, it is one without honor. We expected this much. The Empire will not support the nation of Tyrandis on their endeavor nor will they support any nation tacitly agreeing to the path that the Tyrandi government has chosen, which includes the Russian Federation, a true teller of lies.

"Let me digress to a bit of history. The Russian Federation, feeling weak against the October Alliance began to form the Voronej Cooperation Organization, a truly great endeavor with honorable goals and honorable paths, masking the true trechery of the Russian Federation. It has become evident, throughout time and throughout example that the Russian Federation only started the VCO to put up 'numbers' against the October Alliance. It appears evident that the Russian Federation was never going to fulfill any promises to their allies in the VCO but rather use them as 'cannon fodder' against the October Alliance, should war break out. The worst part of this whole situation lies in the fact that the Russian Federation, singlehandedly, changed the direction of the VCO from an alliance built for prosperty, trade, and cultural exchange, into an alliance with one goal, to oppose the October Alliance at all costs, even when the October Alliance saw no quarrel with the VCO. It is most unnerving that we must face this level of deciet and trechery in the world. The great nations of the UER and Bjornoya were nothing more than intended puppets of the Russian Federation, which would hide behind the numbers and push forward, letting these two nations bear the brunt of any offensive they wished to start.

"It was only inevitable that the nations of the VCO were to become aware of the motives of the Russian Federation. They did; the VCO fell apart. With the threat of war against the nation of Bjornoya, the nation that once bent over backwards for the Russian Federation, one would expect the Russian Federation to help their once close allies but nay. The Russian Federation has declared neutrality and has recently declared that it will back the October Alliance, should they wish to step in on behalf of the nation of Bjornoya. What does this say to the world? It says only one thing, the Russian Federation cannot be trusted under any circumstances. They may hold a grudge against the nation of Bjornoya, which was ridiculed by the Russian Federation in their days of the VCO whenever they questioned any of the decisions of the Russian Federation. An alliance that claimed democracy was all but. I must raise this question to the UER. What will happen should a power wish to attack the nation of the UER? What will happen if the October Alliance steps in to help the UER? Will the Russians betray them as they have the nation of Bjornoya? I think so.

"Therefore I must ask that the world step in to help the nation of Bjornoya. The Russians do not understand the concept of the balance of power, especially in their last speech. That balance has shifted. The nation of Bjornoya is at a disadvantage. I am not say they will not fight, on the contrary, the nation of Bjornoya will fight to its last free man or woman to defend their sovereignty against the Tyrandi war machine. Without help, they cannot fight on forever; without allies they cannot sustain.

"The nation of Bjornoya is the crucial figure in the world economy. Their stock exchange has companies from all around the world. Their collapse could mean a global recession. We cannot allow this to happen. I ask that every nation in the world stand with the nation of Bjornoya and assist them. If their closest allies won't then it is up to the rest of us to ensure that this battle does not end with a Tyrandi victory.

"If this means fighting the Russian Federation than so be it. This is a nation that has repeatedly defied their own words. They recently invited the Norwegians to a peace conference. During this time, an old Norwegian vessel, incapable of spying due to its aged and antiquity, came under durress. Adrift, the Norwegians did everything possible to save their vessel but when it was evident that this vessel would drift into Russian waters and therefore become part of a bargaining chip, they acted in their national interest. They evacuated the ship. Those sailors have been picked up by Hirgizstani and Layartebian ships and will be returning home to their loved ones. Follow the evacuation, the Norwegians sunk the ship, which was slated for decommisioning next month. The Russians accused them of spying, much in the same way they accused a civilian weather vessel of spying. The Russians have shown, time and time again, that they do not respect international borders and we would not at all be surprised if they declared everything for 200 kilometers of their coast to be their own territorial waters.

"When the Russians invited the Norwegians to this conference it was never about peace. They wanted to appear to the world as if they were trying. When the Empire refused they wanted to use that to show that we cared not about world peace. On the contrary, we do. The Russians walked away from that conference, accusing the Norwegians of spying, from a vessel that would not last thirty seconds in a naval battle. This was a vessel that was once a proud symbol of the Norwegian Navy. In its heyday, it would have lasted until nuclear weapons were used. Unfortunately, as technology surpassed this vessel, it became nothing more than a coastal patrol vessel. This is a vessel that would not be able to spy on a trawler, yet the Russians accuse them of spying.

"The Empire did what we could. We provided air cover, we assisted with shipping, but nature was against us. The vessel was sure to drift into Russian waters. What would the Russians have done? It also seemed, at this time, that the Russian Federation was looking to back them up, that complicated things, but words were not action.
Africa is peaceful, perhaps one of the most prosperous places on earth, due to its vast natural resources and labour. Bjornoya were a major part of this, as was the Commonwealth. They were, perhaps, the two most powerful nations in Africa. An upstart of cowards, daring to call themselves a nation, could not be allowed to ruin what has been achieved in Africa.

Official Statement from Russian Federation

As you remember me saying in the past Russian Federation has a rule of ignoring hipocritical, false statements from irrational regimes such as the Layatrebian Empire. However this time we going to have to make an exception, as dillusional as they are the Layatrebian Empire is strong enough to be a threat. However before i proceed to making a statement about Russian actions concerning the involvement of TOA nations in the Bjornian incident i would like to address those false statements that the Empire tries to mascaraid as truth.

First of all about Empire's accusations against us in relation to the VCO. We started VCO as an alliance to promote peaceful, economical and cultural growth in a rational manner. However it just so happened that in this world there is another alliance, an alliance that doesn ot want peace, does not want good relations an alliance that wants to dominate and oppress all that have a different, purhapse less dillusional point of view. That alliance was and is TOA. Their history is nothing but imperilastic wars such as the recent conflict in Terronian and many that have come before it, horrible massacres of their own people such as the actions of Layatreb in Kaliningrad and irrational decisions based on prejudice rather then logic, such as their double standards on the concept they call balance of power the concept they themselves do not understand. And this Alliance, an alliance that lives through unsanctioned warfare claims to be just and true and honorable. Those claims have nothing to do with reality, no matter how much Mr. Emperor tries to twist the facts the truth will always remain on the surface. As i said before VCO was planned as a peaceful alliance, but one of its goals was to maintain justice through out the globe, since TOA was always an opposer of justice that has put VCO on the collision path with them. But still we were just and we were true and we were all that the October Alliance claims to be and isn't, we wanted peace even then TOA was spitting in our faces, now as an individual nation we still want peace but we are tired of beind disrespected in this manner. So this is all i have to say about that, VCO opposed TOA because it was the right thing to do, it was done for better future of humanity. Sadly our allies have abondoned us, they chose to pursue seclusion and better future for themselves instead of better future for the world, we respect that deeply, we wish we could have done that ourselves but we can not. By our allies i meant the nations of Neuvo Rica and United Eastasian Republics, nation of Bjornya is not our ally and has not been such for a long time. Instead of trying to fight the evil they were helping it, instead of trying to promote better wellbeing for the whole alliance they always only looked out for themselves. Now to the other issue, Layatrebian claim that we do not wish peace. A ridiculus claim as it is, it still must be addressed, not for the nations of TOA they are beyond reason but for those nations that might have been persuaded by the shameless lies spoken by the Layatrebian Emperor. We want peace, we always wanted it, we asked for it repeatedly but each time we asked we saw nothing but spit flying towards our faces. Then we signed the NAP with only one wish, to maintain stability the Empire of Layatreb has shown clearly that they do not keep their word and they do not respect the documents they have obligated themselves to. One of the articles of the NAP was to promote better relations and cultural exchenge between nations of TOA and VCO. We were happy to discard the mindset there we view TOA as an enemy, however the TOA did not respond. What they did do was provoke us, they spied on us repeatedly, first with a weather vessel and now with a military ship. And those are only the ones that were made public, our brave servicemen in the Counter Intelligence are fighting the provocations from the October Alliance on almost a daily basis. And the explanations nations of TOA give us are ridiculus, their vessel that was accessing data from our satelites they say conducted weather readings and a Norwegian military vessel that as they say "was only good for patrol" chose it for some reason to patrol 70 km outside our waters, alone, and then it was destroyed to prevent us from taking any classified information. And we are not to find this suspicious? And then TOA sent a whole bunch of ships into the area that were not at all neccessary for a simple evacuation and then the ship was blown up. Even if there was no spying it is completely obvious that neither Cotland nor any of their allies in the October Alliance have parted with the mindset that we are their enemy, meanwhile until recently we have parted with ours. We have offered to Norway a solution to the problem that would benefit all, we have shown them that we trust them, we said we won't board your ship, we won't inspect it or interrigate your crew but we will help you move your ship to a port of your choosing, a proposal that was rejected, at this point we did break the conference in Rome and that move was the only right one, how can we trust someone who doesn't trust us then we demonstrate our trust for them? We still want peace but we will not settle for anything less then peace on equal terms, we will not settle for an existance there we are the only willing party in the peace agreement. Moving on.

Layatreb mentioned that we were allied to Tyrandis for a long time, that statement is most ridiculus of all. It is based on nothing but speculation and lack of logic. We are helping Tyrandis against a common enemy, the imperialistic nation of Bjornya that has betrayed us and must pay for that. We will not be satisfied until our territories of Komi and Novaya Zemlya are returned to us and the world recognizes that we are ready to stand up to TOA's global dictatorship an idea born of hipocracy of every single nation of the October Alliance combined into one single outburst of imperialistic nonsense. We will not stand for it and we will fight against it.

Now about involvement of TOA in the Bjornyan conflict. We have provided our ultimatum and we will now carry it out. Sadly but war can not be avoided at this point, we will fight for justice and honor against tyrants of EOL, Bjornya and Hirgizstan until the last man, i want to let all the world know that my people are with me if you walk the streets of Moscow or Voronej right now all you will see are patriots, ready to defend their nation against injustice.

We want to let be known that we are willing to commit any force neccessary to aid our wartime comrades in their assault on Bjornya, no expernse will be spared.

I urge nations of the world that are neutral to stay so, do not give into the falsehood and hipocricy of TOA, you do not have to sacrafice your men for those tyrants and don't need to.
