IC:
Admiral Jack Lotam slammed is fist into the table. The pride of the Kordoan Navy had been taken from his grasp. He had worked hard to secure the funding and approval of Projects Chameleon and Komorran under Jack Kordo II and even harder under his son Rick. He had fought hard and won, finally creating a secret fleet that would be able to give serious leverage to Kordo and allow it to take its revenge and release its fury on almost any nation in the world.

Now, after years of work and political in-fighting, the ships were gone. Not simply destroyed or scraped by the bureaucrats in Kordo City who didn’t have to worry about keeping Kordo safe. No, the ships were gone.

The ships slowly stopped maintaining communications with Kordo High Command and stopped transporting goods for their ‘real’ jobs. The ships, their crews and the elite Waffen SS-Heimwehr guards that had been on board to protect them simply fell of the map. He shook his head and smoothed his tie. Time to brief the troops. he thought to himself. Focusing for a moment to calm himself down, he turned and entered the conference room.

“Good Evening Ladies and Gentlemen, you’ve been given the report so let’s ignore the bull-shit bitching and ass-covering and get right to the point. This situation is bad and we need a handle on it fast. I need answers now, and I want them to be good. Jimmy?”

Jimmy Knox’s, commander of the Kordoan Waffen SS-Heimwehr, the force charged with protecting the ships shook his head. “Wasn’t a problem on our end. I hand picked each member of the escorts myself. Each troop commander had worked with me in one way or the other for over fifteen years at least. If anyone took these ships, they would have had to go through my boys first and let me tell you, they weren’t exactly armed to shabbily either.”

Jack snorted “Glad to hear you trust the men that just lost us five nuclear armed ships. We need to react and we need to react yesterday. We do have to do this with some level of tact however. Fleet deployments will be limited and troop deployments will be decided as the need arises. I have no desire to start a large-scale war.”

Herman Brewer, head of the Gestapo raised his hand. “I’m assuming you want the pressure to be turned way up on this correct?”

“That’s right, every asset needs to feel the burn. This is gonna threaten to compromise our mission I know but they aren’t going to know what’s in them and that gives us the advantage. Jimmy get your boys in Military Intelligence doing the same. Dismissed!”

As the crowded room emptied Herman approached Jack. “What’s the Emperor’s opinion on this matter?” Those in the room paused for a moment and all eye’s shifted towards Jack.

“The Emperor doesn’t need to know about this yet.”

The President was enjoying in one of the few vices he allowed himself. He was at home, walking along the beach, and he was just relaxing. Then he hears the doors of his house slam open, with accompanying shouting. Ailani sighed and was wondering if he should put out his cigar or not. Then the Hammer came into his backyard shouting down his security detail. The Hammer was not even wearing an official uniform. That was when a chill ran down the President's spine. He had never seen her without a uniform of some type. Instead he Hammer was wearing boots (combat of course), jeans that had dirt and grass stains on them and a sweaty t-shirt.

Then the Hammer came up to the President and he waited for the other shoe to drop. She said, "Ailani we got trouble." Before the President had been nervous, now he was downright scared. He had seen General Bellum take out a machine gun bunker by herself. She had taken out 20 palace guards at the taking of the palace. She had disabled a man who could have had a WMD. The President had never seen the Hammer blink at anything. If she said there was trouble, then there was trouble. Ailani asked, "What is it?" Bellum said, "Don't know the full extent of the trouble but the Korodorian Navy is putting every ship they have to sea. As far as we can tell the ships are not massing at any one single point but hav instead spread out in a search pattern." The President thought about this, then said, "What are they looking for?" Bellum paused then said, "We have known for some time that the Korodorian Military has been making excess amounts of Uranium and Plutonium, then they have been using. What we suspect is that they were building a platform of some sort. To use these WMDs." The President looked out at the sea and said, "So, what you are telling me is that you have no idea what the Korodorians are looking for. That they might have made some sort of launching platform for nucklear weapons, that someone might have stolen them. And that even if what you have said is true, we would be searching for ssomething out there carrying weapons of mass destructrion. And that we don't even know what this platform looks like?" The Hammer was silent for a moment then said, "Sir, if there is even a remote chance that what our reports might be true..." Ailani interupted, "And what if they are not? And I do what you want me to do? Commit all our military forces to destroying these weapons? What if we are wrong? We would be in the middle of a war that we can't afford to take on. No, we need something more discreet. What are your suggestions?" The Hammer looked out to sea, and said, "The 173rd and the 25th special forces groups. Each one transported on a Corsiar." The President didn't need to ask if they were good, he knew she would pick out the best. He puffed the cigar one last time and then walked back to his house.

Hengis, the minister Military Intelligence sat across from Ajax, overall commander of Cantonams substantle army.
"so if what you are saying is true" began Ajax, "The Kordoan Navy is being deployed and none of your spies can say why?"
Hengis nodded,
"yes, but since its secret, we know it's big. I wanted to inform you so that you could get your men ready."

Hengis stood up and left without a word. Ajax sat and read over Hengis's report. After an hour of deliberatrion, Ajax called his secratary,
"We have a situation, I want the captains of a sub, a battlecruiser, and a an aigis. also send a group of marines. They are all to meet me in my office for a secret briefing"
Ajax sat back, He didn't like the idea of fighting Kordo, but if they where making a move, Ajax whanted to be in a position to block it.

The harbor was busy, orders had come in from on high saying to prep two Corsiars for launch and they needed to be ready yeasterday. Then a booming voice was heard over the yard, "Alright ladies just this way, onto the fancy-smancy ships." A twelve man team was boarding the CCC (Corsair Corvette Class) Sprite. Their patches identified them as the 173rd special forces group. One man form the team said, "Sarge you know we are right here, you don't need to shout." The man named Sarge turned around and said, "Well, I am sorry if I hurt your feelings, Kelani. If you want me to make it up to you I'll bake you a nice chocolat cake." Kelani looked down and muttered, "No worries." But Sarge continued, "I'll but that red icing on it in nice big words, saying, 'I'm sorry my loud voice hurt your feeling.' Would that be alright for your feelings?" Kelani was turning red at this moment and said, "Don't worry about it." Sarge smiled and then yelled, "Then get your touchy-smouchy feelings onto the ship and stop wasting my time."

The CCC Triton was being boarded by the 25th Special Forces. A shout floated down to a couple down by the ship, "Quit your smooching and get up here, Mano." The couple jumped apart and smiled shyly at each other. Then with one last kiss the man name Mano ran up the gangway.

As the sun was passed its apex, Captain Kahoku of the CCC Sprite hailed Captain Caton on the radio, "Bruther, I am ready to move when you are." Captain Caton sighed and replied, "Then lets go."

The two Corsairs moved through the channel and out into open sea.
