OOC: If you want to be involved with my soon to be created darker Starenell, it will start here.
Avalon, Starenell
Today the government released a press statement that First Prince Julian K'Tan has stepped down. He will be replaced by Prince Tancred K'Tan oldest son of Julian. It is known that Julian will most likely travel to another place, but so far it is unknown where he will go. Neither Tancred or any of his siblings have released a statement thus far, although it is known that certain groups believe Princess Jhessail or her sister Princess Arveene should sit on the Warriors Throne.

Prince Tancre K'Tan has announced that he will be taking the throne. Tancred's views are known to be mostly the same as his father, but he is more militaristic.
Special Report
We have just recieved news that Julian K'Tan is no longer on Avalon, although his destination is unsure. He is most likely heading outside of Starenell, towards Rasalhague and Arc-Royal. He is known to have contacts on the Eldar Craftworld of Xar-kaan and the desert world of Zaniah.

The Imperium listened to these meagre broadcasts; a point of interests sparked only at the mention of the Eldar; capricious foes of Chaos. Remiel chuckled slightly; watching, reading; listening. "Xar-kaan...I never knew of them; Eldar is this day and age...Still fearing the embrace of She-Who-Thirsts."
He activated a communications relay with a mere wave of his hand; smirking impishly as he began to broadcast.
People of Starenall; I am Remiel De Drakan; God-Emperor of the Imperium; Emperor of the Galactic Empire. I would have words with your Warrior King. I would have parley with your nation; proud as it is.

OOC: I made Xar-Kaan up obviously. They are supposed to be the Craftworld my 40k army will be based on, If I ever get any. Anyways.

Tancred listened to the message. At first he snarled, but then he thought for a bit and realized that Chronosia might not be horrible as an ally, although they were still to be watched. Arveene would like them though. Tancred smirked. He began recording a reply;
"Remiel De Drakan, God-Emperor of Chronosia. I accept your request of parley. Your nation is powerful, and that we respect."

Royal Dispute!
Today Princess Arveene K'Tan issued a statement saying that while she accepts Tancred on the throne, she does not think he is best for Starenell. She has retreated to Alpharius Prime, where rumors say she commands The Alpha Legion, a secret unit of warriors.
OOC: Arveene will lead the "Dark" side of Starenell.

Arveene stood atop a great pillar, looking at the army assembled below her. She smiled. With this army, and the help of her agents in Starenell and elsewhere, she would bring glory to Khorne, Starenell, and all the gods of chaos. Tancred thought he had won, but she knew the truth. She could influence Tancred, directly and indirectly, and she would turn him to the side of Khorne. Then she would lead Starenell as its greatest general, and conquer many worlds.

The vessel slid free of Warp-Space like an eel wriggling free of it's lair; it's great bulk forcing itself into reality; reforming; wreathed in the tyrannous flames of that dark demesne. Banners hung from the great vessel; adorned with the mark of Khorne himself. Skulls hung on chains from the great spikes; moving with the vessel, stirred by it's transition.
Upon his vast throne of bronze; blood flowing from every concievable part of it; sat Cabot; his hair hanging behind him in ceremonial dreadlocks; his great axes lain across his lap.
I come in the name of Lord Remiel; bearing the damned blessing of the Imperium. I am the instrument of this parley; I am Cabot; Lord of the Blood; Master of the Berzerkers

Tancred sent a reply to Cabot;
"Welcome to Avalon, emissiary of Chronosia. Would you like to come planetside or shall I come up there?"

Whichever you prefer, Warrior King. I would like to survey your kingdom; to see your lands; to understand your kin and kind, as though they were my own. To know the many kingdoms of men and their warriors; that is the path to understanding the multitude of paths that the Blood God projects; the manifold ways of death and war

"Come here, and I will show you Avalon. Then if you wish, we can see more of my country." Tancred stood up, and Cabot could see the sabre hanging at his waist. Tancred grinned "Oh and for future reference, you can call me Tancred, or Prince if you prefer formality."

Julian grimaced. Tancred was not doing as well as he had hoped. Julian had just recieved reports that a Chronosian!? ship had arrived in the Avalon system. And Tancred had not yet moved to destroy it. This could mean only that Tancred was speaking with Shaitan. And making a proverbial deal with him as well if Julian was correct. This was not good. This ahd to be stopped.

Can we get this moving? I want Tancred to become evil so we can get to the fighting.
