SKITSOJD MORNING NEWS! THE ONLY NEWS THAT IS NEWS!
Welcome to Skitsojd Morning News. This morning a fire killed 4 in the small town Reichenburg 50 miles south of Skitsjd City. Yesterday the house was supposedly given a check for fire hazards. No word has been released on weather it was an accident or something more. We now take you live to an inpromtu speech being given by the Chancellor in fron the Reichstag.
"My fellow Skitsoians, I am pleased to announce a new research project is underway to help the beleagured farmers of Skitsojd." The Chancellor Said "What we are working in a way to help in crease the rainfall to the farmers in the dry and arid areas of the northern and western country."
"In this way we will gain a severe advantage over other nations farmers" He said "Theres has been some other ideas for it's application"
"Yes, folks" He said " I am talking about a weather control machine" He waited for the gasps and rapid conversations to die down before beggining anew.
"I've had my brightest minds working on this since almost day one" The Chancellor said "Now, my friends, I beleive we have found the way" With that the Chancellor left the stage and entered a limo.

"This has been Skitsojd Morning News..." A man listened as the Anchor spoke on. This had been a momentus day.
"Yes, this could be great" Said the man "That thing could be a great weapon" He took a puff of his cigar and then exhaled slowly letting the smoke enter into his partners nostrils.
"Just think of the possibilities!" The Man said "Hurricanes, Tornados, Ice Storms, Floods, and even Rain itself." With that he stood up and turned the TV off.
"But the question is, how do we get it to be used for war?" Said the other man. The other man hoped it wasn't what he thought it was.
"Simple..." The man said "We make them see our ways"
