Subject: Armored Vech.
As we are developing Stone Bridges's Border Patrol program, we need an armored vechical that can do the following. A) Be quick and agile. B.) Able to carry 20 restrained people. C.) Withstand home made bombs and small to medium firearms. D.) Able to house small machine guns for return fires. E.) State of the art navigation system and communication system.
Please, describe your proposed vech., a picture if possible, how many requirement it actually meets, and how much one unit will cost.
The winner of this contract will get exclusive rights to produce these vech. for Stone Bridge's Border Patrol, as well as the money from our defense budget.
Which is more important, the ability to be agile and quick, or the ability to carry 20 passengers? These two abilities are the only ones in which it's an either/or options.

We are willing to reduce the numbers of detainees a unit to carry, all it'll really means is that we'll have to buy more units. So Quick and Agile is at the top of our list.
We note your use of detainees. Does that mean that the passengers are prisoners/ilk or are they soldiers?

These units are to carry 3 militatry personal. One is a driver, one is gunman, and one is Nav/Comm. man. The mission of these units will be to capture people who are trying to hop the borders and to return them to their country after going through our court system.

7 rounds, 5.56x45 mm NATO, assault rifle
5 rounds, 7.62x51 mm NATO, assault rifle
2 rounds, 12 gauge, shotgun
1 round, 66 mm, grenade launcher
It has been fitted with full GPS, as well as radio transmitters. It may carry up to 17 people comfortably with a maximum of 21 people. This includes the crew.
