Presidental Palace
President Summer will make his first public apperance in front of the Presidental Palace today, he will address Stone Bridges's economic directions, Stone Bridges Militatry strength and the reasearch into alternative renewable fuels. During this appearance, he will also address Terrorism. He hopes that this Q&A session will show other nations that while Stone Bridges is new, they can still be a viable trading partner as well as a viable ally during wartime. We will go directly to the confrence when President Summer comes out of the Presidental Palace

In the prep room.
Doug Kidd: Ok, President Summer, you are to keep your answear short, sweet and to the point. You need to do the speech first, maintain eye contact with the audience. Remember, you are to address economy, militatry, Bio-Fuel, Terrorism, trading, and ally.
Summer: Ok, but what do I do if someone requires an in-dept answear to a question?
Kidd: Try your best to keep it short and sweet, but give enough detail to satisifed the question being asked.
TV Person: 5 minutes sir.
Summer: Thank you. Should I address religion?
Kidd: Just tell them that while you are Roman Catholic, and you are scheduled for a meeting with Pope Benedict XVI, you respect everyone's choice of religion.
Summer: How do I handle the socialist and communist nations? I mean we're a libertarian party who is capitalist.
Kidd: No disrespect sir, but you do worry too much. Just tell them that what works best for them will not work for us, and that we are happy with our economic status. We are slowly building up. Today's it's good, tomorrow it will be frightening.
TV Person: It's time sir.
President Summer straightens up his ties, and he goes out onto the patio. He steps up to the Podium that has the nation's symbol on it. He gazes upon the massive crowd. He takes a sip from his glass of water, and he clears his throat.
"First off, I would like to thank everyone for coming out today. I know that many of yall have your own countries to attend to, and other important business to attend to. Stone Bridges thanks you for taking time for this confrences. Stone Bridges was founded upon the principal of small government, low taxes, social and economic freedom. Every year Congress and my administration look at our budget, and we try to cut out the fat and leave the bones. We believe that our system of libertarian economy is working, and that today we have a strong economy, tomorrow we will have a better one. More of our citizen are keeping their money, and because we support private enterprise with strong compeition, our citizens can afford the best medication, the best help, and the best assistance at the lowest price possible.
Stone Bridges also empahizes political freedom. Our citizens not only elect their Congressman, but they also elect me, and judges on all leve of our court system. Citizens are welcome to form their own political party, and thanks to that, we have five strong political parties. We also have several others that are most effective at the local level.
Our militatry is growing, although we are not gearing up like a rouge nation, we are building Air Force bases, Army bases, and Naval Bases at strategic position in our borders. We have no intentions of invading another country and to occupy it. We merely want to protect our own borders. We are also creating a new unit called Falcon's Eye. This new unit will be Border Patrol. We hope to have enough men, and women on the Falcon's Eye so that we can effectivly manage and protect our broders. We will not be building any nuclear weapons, nor will we use Nuclear power for anything other than powering our own cities. We believe not in massive destruction, but to hit our target with the best technology avaiable in order to minimize civillian deaths. We believe in fighting smarter, not tougher, and not rougher.
While we are on the subject of our militatry.
We hope that with our militatry strength and our borders strength. We can deter terrorist act within our borders. We will also help other nations who have been struck by terrorist by any means possible. We believe that the best way to fight terrorist is to stop giving them the money to do so, which is why I am proud that we are one of the nations who have moved foward into Bio-Fuel.
Ever since we found a viable way to produce Bio-Fuel, we have cut ourselves off of organic oil. Countries that we used to buy oil from no longer recieve our money. We have turned our oil refrinery plants into Bio-Fuel plants. We've empty our dumps, and land fills, and we turned our trash into Bio-Fuel. We also gave farmers jobs by buying some of their crops to turn into Bio-Fuel. I am happy to say that this new Bio-Fuel industry has created more jobs, higher wages, and better economic status. Not only that, more trees are growing, the air is cleaner, and now instead of choking on fossil fuel emission, we are now driven to hunger by the smell of French Fries. *hold for laughter*. Thanks to Nuclear Power, and Bio-Fuel, energy cost has been cheaper for our citizens and for our government.
With our economy depending on Bio-Fuel, the technology industry, Defense, and Law in Order. Bio-Fuel, Technology, and Law & Order is privately owned. Education within our borders are also privately owned, and I am proud to say that we may have some of the best schools in our region. These industry are looking for outside trading partners, and we hope that we will be able to get some soon. The only industry not privately owned is the Defense, that is still government run. However, we do alot of contracting, so if your country is intrested in a contract, then you may put in a bid. We hope that providing you with what we can offer to the global society, that you will choose us as a trading partner. We believe in free but fair trade.
