IC Opinion: JJR doesn't KNOW Klington, so I couldn't say.
Military: 8. Varied ship designs, complex to simple.
RPing ability: 4 or 5. Good form, little mispelling, but some inflexibility and prone to involve OOC reasoning.
Technology: 6. This is a little lower due to the major complexity of some of the designs, which can take away from enjoyment of an RP. It is merely a personal opinion that technology should be, in most cases, rather simple and easy to understand. This makes for few OOC arguements, etc.
MSN annoyance: 9 or 10. My only major issue with you Klington, is that you ARE overconfident on AIM, you have little respect for you peers, and you are prone to anger. No offense, just trying to give a bit of constructive criticism and such.
