I, Eduardo Serenius, as Benevolent Ruler of The Holy Empire of Catoromana declare to all other nation states that our Imperial Forces, due to compulsory conscription now in the region of 1,500,000, do reserve the right to fully defend our culture & way of life from all aggressor states. Catoromana also reserves the right to meddle in the affairs of other nation states that are deemed to be politically or morally oppressive or corrupt. We reserve this right as we deem our way of life to be the most superior on the planet & perceive that all other peoples would benefit from the Catoromanian Ideology, as & where in the world we deem intervention to be necessary.
