Back in ancient times, the Roman naval fleet dictated that each of its Captains carry an official map so they wouldn't get lost.

Dithius Armia decided he was too good for maps. On an early day in July, he set out of Rome for the Carthingian shores on a secret mission. With an error in Roman regulation, his ship recieved two years worth of food instead of weapons.
Fortunately, his crew nor him caught the mistake. So, with the blessings of a God with a sense of humor, the ship set out in the wrong direction, with two years worth of survival supplies.

As a week long journey turned into a month, Armia realized his mistake. However, back then, people still believed the world was square. Thus, Armia came up with the crazy and unbelieveable conclusion that he could sail to the corner of the Earth, tie ropes to the edge and swing back around towards Rome.

We all know that never came to be.

For one long year, Armia and his crew sailed, out of the Mediterran, into the Atlantic. Hard storms were met, men lost, even one emergency landing on a sand shoal. Eventually, through some miracle of the Gods, the ship crashed on an island in the Carribean. At the time, Armia didn't name it, but the tribal name became Clabraltar. In that respect, the Romans found, mysteriously, a tribe entirely of women natives. A few males were present, but most boys were killed off due to being "unclean". The Romans, with their superior intelligence, outwitted the tribal women and, rather brutally, raped, pillaged and conquered them as their own.

Thousands of years passed, and the Roman and Clabraltarian women had unified into a single, light tanned skin race of islanders. The had developed an architechture of their own, meshing Roman style with the islands resources of wood and bamboo, resulting in a decidedly funny looking culture. The brutal ways of the natives had been calmed down and intelligence and reason regined domain over the island.

Flash forward to the current age. Clabraltar has become a serene dictatorship , recently under the control of Larf Onsorn the XII. The people love him as a ruler, for his just kindness and fairness to the population of the island. However, it's widely know that a secret police do exist, it's just unknown how extensive they operate.

The chief exports of the island are coconuts, soy, coffee, copper and cattle. Some technology industries dealing with the enviroment have also sprung up, and the countries first military base was recently constructed, Mak-Roma Bay.

I hope you all enjoyed the introduction to my nation, and may we all have future dealings in the future.
