So I will require two hundred of my most elite troops to undergo the following...

Superhuman Strength, Endurance, Agility, and Dexterity. They will also need Vision Acuity and Bioelectric Self-defense...

And for good measure I would like to know if you could offer them tremorsense, which is the ability of subterranean creatures to notice something walking around the ground nearby. If not that will be fine.

Also, one of my daughter's birthdays are coming up, so I think I'll purchase a few upgrades for her as well...

While living in the desert, a giant worm does interest me... I think I'd really rather have a heavily-tentacles dragon. Anything will do... Just give me the largest, most vicious thing you have on hand. Hell, it doesn't even need to be trained. Just as long as I can cage it and let it loose whenever I feel like, I'll be pleased... Consider the price for it wired, as I'm sure it will undoubtably be in my current budget.

A loan is a legal term describing the acto of a corporation or other 'lending agent' giving a 'client' a set amount of money which the client is then obliged to return in kind with an accepted and set amount of interest for each payment period missed (in this case one year) In such a way, the client would be allowed to purchase something they do not currently have the funds for if they agree to pay the price over time with an added cost for the convenience yielded them.

For reference, the requested upgrades will cost $100,000 (Includes Increased visual acuity which gives people the ability to see well in just about anything except absolute darkness as well as better vision overall) or $90,000 (Includes Infra-red vision rather than increased visual acuity) per person upgraded. of course, a Growing number of Special forces units begets such a Prolonged timespan, around 30,000 initially, then around 10,000 Soldiers Per Annum.

Excellent, and for your night-vision requirment would you prefer Visual Acuity (conventional night vision that requires visible light and what not, but makes soldiers more observant and more capable snipers/forward observers and everything that goes with that) or in Infra-red vission (As it sounds, limited ability to 'see through walls' as well as camoflauge anf toher light cover.)
