The Sultanate of Whyatica made a deal with the devil to remove their Sultan, and in the process they got some..thing far worse than the old Sultan Al-Na'ib Whyatica....

The Kraven Corporation.

With Sultan Al-Na'ib Whyatica and Minister Aziz Afnan dead, there was no member of the Ministry or even member of the armed forces who had the sheer popularity and power to take over the Sultanate...

The Corporation's Agent.

The man who was complicit in the murder of Minister Aziz Afnan, he had been chosen to take over the head of state of the Sultanate by any means possible.

It was all too easy for the Agent.

The military had loathed old Al-Na'ib for a long time, since he took over the Sultanate in fact. He was a horrible tactician and always ignored advice of generals when it came to intricate battles. The military forces were ready to follow any man who was strong enough to lead the nation through, and they would follow any man who fulfilled the military's ideal for foreign policy...

It took less than a day.
The four division generals, the top commanders of the Army, all bowed to the Agent.
The High Grand Admiral, bowed to the Agent.
The Air Force Commander, bowed to the Agent.

With the Military under Agent control, the next step, was dissolving it.

Every soldier, every commander, every sailor, every pilot. Decommissioned and sent home. However, they were given the option to reenlist as Kriegsmarines, which nearly three quarters of the original armed forces did.

The Agent established the "Secret Police", an Orwellian organization determined to root out Anti-Kraven activists, or hell, even people suspected of hating the new order..

Lucrative construction contracts were given to several indigenous building contractors to build the first of several imprisonment, forced labor, and finally extermination camps.

The Government, however, proceeded to build something far more sinister...
The infamous Kraven Capitol Police were not taken directly from the ranks of the civilians, but were birthed. The Secret Police, as soon as they were established, began to comb the streets of Whyatica City for the most fertile females...

It was dark out, around 0300 hours. A Secret Police squadron had been watching this suburban Whyatica City neighborhood for several hours, observing several females that appeared to fit what they were looking for perfectly..

The house, a typical suburban home, with a large, luxurious garden and yard, with a basketball hoop for the two boys of the family, a two car garage, and a backyard pool, was a perfect example.
Curiously, the garden had a small "Secured By WSX Systems" sign in it.

The Secret Police knew that the security would mean nothing; if the security system called the police it was futile, for the police had been disbanded as well as the military.

With a crash, the Policeman known as AXZ-01 sent his armored boot through the window of the home, blaring the security alarm. He aimed for the thing making the noise with his silenced pistol, and shut the alarm up with a well placed shot. The other four members of the Police squad, BBP-05, UTV-09, XBZ-02, and GHJ-11 entered the house as quietly as possible. They creeped towards the bedroom, when a creaking was heard. Five silenced pistols immediately moved towards the source of the noise...

It was the family's youngest son. A small boy for age 11, he stared at the jet-black figures of the Secret Police..

He let out a bloodcurdling scream that lasted for nearly two seconds before five sets of bullets entered his body, shutting him up instantly. This woke up the other occupants of the house, the family's 17 year old son, the father, and the mother..

The father grabbed his old shotgun from the War, and charged out of his room eagerly to face the invaders..

He didn't get a chance to turn around before he was riddled with holes from pistols.
The 17 year old opened his door, which smashed so hard into the policeman known as XBZ-02 he was knocked to the ground. The teenager stared dazily at the secret police..

AXZ-01 gave a kick to the 17 year old which sent him hurling back into his bed, which woke him up sufficiently that he could grab his baseball bat to attack his assailaint..

He never got to, as a quick burst from the silenced pistol ended his life as quickly as his relative's.

The secret police squadron bursted into the parent's bedroom, where, crying and shaking, was the mother. The five policemen quickly restrained the kicking and resisting woman, and a policeman chloroformed her to end resistance.

They loaded her into a large truck with ten other women, and they proceeded to their next target...

The Two Agents Still in the Ministers house, Watched as Groups of Kreigsmarines roved the street, Dragging the unconcious bodies of women from the street..

Armoured APC's and Trucks rolled up the streets while the Reichmarshals of Whyatica ordered this horrific...yet... Beautiful transaction be completed...

"This... Transaction has gone over so.... Smoothly..."

"Surprising..." The Second Agent spoke both watching the events unfold outside, Various flags fluttered from windows and lamposts, all featuring the Corporations Twin Hammers....

"Perhaps over the Years... People have forgotten the Fate of Concremo..."
The lead Agent muzed...

"Yes... Perhaps so..."

Estate of Former Minister Aziz Afnan
The Agent watched the APCs roll and the Kriegsmarines march through the streets, and he realised that abducting the women of Whyatica would not serve the purposes of the Corporation for very long...The people would soon rebel if they were not content with the Corporation...

He opened a communication with the other two Agents and said,
"Get to the major TV stations...Bring them under our control by any means necessary..If they resist, kill everyone inside..Offer lucrative amounts of money to broadcast for us..."


Meanwhile, hordes of people were falling in love with the Corporation...One private enterprise went so far as to replace it's ad on a freeway billboard with this...

Thousands of people saw this ad every day, and nobody knew how many people acted on this...

The two Agents parked their SUV in front of one WCTV, the largest TV broadcasting company in Whyatica City, or, in fact, the nation...
They looked at each other, silently loaded their .50 Desert Eagles, and entered the building.

Rather official-looking in their dark suits and sunglasses, they calmly asked to see the president of the company, Mahmoud Al-Zalek.

"I'm sorry, sirs, but Mr. Al-Zalek is in a meeting, he can't be disturbed.." the secretary said.

"Tell him that it is extremely important...Matters of...life or death..." the Agent said.

"I suppose..." the old secretary said.

The President and CEO of WCTV, Mahmoud Al-Zalek, looking very rushed as he left his meeting, said angrily to the Agents,

"What do you want?"

"We are from the government..We are going to use your station to show state-sponsored advertisements..." one Agent said.

"No..We have freedom of speech in this country..." the President said, visibly annoyed..

The Agent simply pulled out his gun, and shot Mr. Al-Zalek in the chest. He fell to the ground with a loud thump, creating a pool of blood..

"If you want to remain at your jobs, if you want to continue breathing, you will do as we command..." the other Agent said..

"Remove all non-government programming, except the news, and we shall command you on that matter...Destroy all private enterprise commercials, replace them with these..." the Agent handed the secretary a small digital memory card holding Kraven Corporation propaganda..

"We'll be watching tonight..." Both Agents said simultaneously, as they turned around and left the building, going to the next largest tv station to repeat the process....

That night on TV, there were hours upon hours of Kraven Corporation propaganda..
An example of that was a visibly shaken TV reporter asked a man walking down the street what he thought of the Corporation and the interviewee simply said, "The Corporation is Good.." and walked away..

This continued on for hours, days, weeks...Soon enough the population would be sufficiently indoctrinated...

In a suburban Whyatican neighborhood, a Kriegsmarine marched down the street at a rhythmic pace, when suddenly a young girl ran up to the Kriegsmarine in tears..

She said, "Y...You're one of the men I saw on the billboard and on TV on the way to school today?"

The Kriegsmarine nodded, proud to be part of such an army...

"M-my daddy said that..'These Kraven people are bastards and are only going to ruin this country worse than the old Sultan did..' I think..." the girl whispered out, as if it was a great earth-shattering secret..

The Kriegsmarine nodded intently, and said to the girl,
"Where do you live?"

The girl pointed to a house across the street, and the Kriegsmarine said,
"You're the pride of this great nation..Your dad committed the most heinous crime ever..We'll fix him, don't worry though.."

The little girl began to smile as she was being praised...

The girl's father was never seen again.

A Jet Black Helicopter touched down, it was a Large Sea King Helicopter and while the two Capitol Police Pilots slowly brought the craft to a stand still, dust was being billowed around the air field like some hellish storm...

On the side of the Helicopter was the Twin Hammers of the Corporation... touching down Several scientists and Two Capitol Police exited the Craft, heading to the air port they awaited the Agent to meet them, so they could begin the Breeding programe... all of Whyaticas top Scientists would be instructed to create the Infamous Flesh Vats, The living womb that created the much feared Capitol Police.... Now a potent symbol that represented The Corporation...

A family watched their television; Law and Order was on, and it was somewhat of a daily ritual for this family to watch Law and Order every night at 7 on WCTV.

That night, however, was different.. When the commercials began, this was displayed on their screen...

The father gave an audible sigh of disgust...

"This damn propaganda has been going on for weeks now..When will it end?"

A voice from the door said, "Never.."

The father was looking at a real life member of the thought-police outside his door..A truly frightening image...

"You are to come with me immediately..You have committed thought crime..."

The father was frozen in place..He didn't dare move...

"You are to come with me immediately..."

When the father didn't move at all, the Thought Policeman simply kicked down the flimsy screen door, walked inside the house, and gave the man a solid punch to the solar plexus, keeling him over..

The next hit was with his rifle butt to the back of the father's head, knocking him out.
The Thought Policeman effortlessly picked the thoughtcriminal up over his back, and walked away.

The rest of the family didn't move an inch...

The Next Directive:

Establish mass production of food in the form of Soylent Green

The Kriegsmarines took up this task easily, as a contract was given to the Army Corps of Engineers to build the building within four months for over twenty five million Whyatican discs..
The building was up ahead of schedule due to the sheer eagerness of the Engineers on the project, and the next task was to begin the process of creating it..

A squadron of Kriegsmarines marched down a busy Whyatican street until they got to a building marked "Tenth Street Mortuary." The sign was written in a gothic type, and it was very clear from down the street what was here.

The Kriegsmarines opened the door, and were faced by two burly security guards. They flashed their badges, which had the Kraven symbol of the Twin Hammers on it, and the guards looked at them with disdain and said,

"You'll have to leave, sirs."

"I don't believe so...guard...We're here to take these bodies..You will not stop us.." the lead Kriegsmarine said.

"You'll have to leave, or we shall force you to leave..." the guards responded, tensing their arms on their guns..

"We will not take no for an answer.." The Kriegsmarine said, nodding to his comrades.

The echo of gunshots was heard down the street for some ways.

The Kriegsmarines loaded their large truck with over fifty bodies of people who had perished recently, and the bodies of the two guards of the Mortuary..

They drove off to the Soylent plants with their newfound cargo on board..

In the Whyatica City airport, the Agent met the scientists and Capitol Police that landed there..

"We shall now begin the process of creating Capitol Police...I take it these men are here to assist in the creation..." the Agent said.

They nodded and got into the Agent's armored SUV..

Undisclosed Location, Whyatican Badlands

The Badlands were a region that had the hottest temperatures of Whyatica, over 125 degrees in the summer, and even in the winter times it never went below 80. Nobody ventured there, even the military tended to stay away from this area as it was generally inhospitable.

That's why it was the perfect place for the first of many Capitol Police Breeding centers.

Hundreds of trucks filled with contractors, eager to do the best job for the new State, to get the biggest payoff at the end of the day, sped down the highways of Whyatica, breaking the old speed limit laws in the process.
Seventeen contractors died in the first month of construction, but that didn't stop the general contractors, as labor laws had been abolished..More and more builders flooded the area, building ten huge facilities, to what end they were unsure, but they didn't care, as long as the payoff was good..

Nine months later, all ten Capitol Police breeding facilities were completed. Made of concrete and steel, and properly insulated and cooled against the harsh Whyatican sun, these were a testament to modern architecture. As well as being underneath the massive dunes of the Whyatican desert, they were very heavily armored as well..

Military engineers swept in, adding static defenses, Surface-to-Air missiles, watch towers, huge concrete and barbed wire walls, everything except the proverbial kitchen sink..

Ten months after the construction started, a large concession of trucks filled with captive women rolled into the facilities..Led by a brigade of massive 18 wheeler trucks loaded with all sorts of technology necessary for breeding capitol police..

Machines, drugs, incubation tanks, military training videos, boot camps, it was perfect..The harsh conditions of the Badlands would only serve to strengthen the Capitol Police as they began their training..

Nine Months Later
The birth of the first child of the Capitol Police was a day of rejoicing among the people in the CPBF [Capitol Police Breeding Facilities], as it proved that their techniques worked and the machines were working perfectly. Hundreds of thousands of children were born in the next few weeks, and they would begin their accelerated growth and training to be loyal members of the Capitol Police...

Two Years Later
A battalion of Capitol Police had finally reached adulthood.. They were ready to begin the most intense leg of their training, the linkup with the Command Relay, and military tactics and squad tactics..

Six Years Later
The First Battalion stood at attention as the Agent watched from a high watch tower. They performed marches, and the Agent smiled to himself as he watched the first Whyatican born Battalion was prepared for battle..

This will be the making of a grand Empire..The Kraven Empire shall rule over all... he thought.

Millions more Capitol Police were being born, and they would slowly take over the roles of the Kriegsmarines as the Capitol Police were inherently superior..
