Should this be possible we would send as Ambassador Cardinal Raphael Collins of the Diocese of New Galway to oversee our Diplomatic mission. We would accompany him with a suitable staff of 15 and an honor guard of 12 'Fianóglach'(Rangers) issued only with small arms and subject to the restrictions of your Nation.
