Official Government Statement
The Armed Republic, recognizing a long-time lack of an official embassy exchange and diplomatic relations center, has immediately began the effort to revitalize our foreign relations. With the opening of this center for diplomatic relations with the Armed Republic, we look forward to the potential for blossoming relations.
In the basic initialization of relations between the Armed Republic and your nation, we aim to exchange embassies, ambassadorial staff, and the goodwill with which comes with the exchange. By taking this crucial first step, you open your nation to the potential for great relations with the Armed Republic. Already, the Armed Republic maintains dozens of embassies in foreign countries, and with that, an extensive network of relations and friendships.
With the exchange of embassies and ambassadorial staff, we will grant your nation a significant plot of land as well as a completely fitted diplomatic center that will be officially recognized as the sovereign, diplomatic territory of the nation which resides within its walls. This embassy will be located in the diplomatic, or foreign, section of Rostov, the Armed Republic's capital. Any embassy will be guaranteed the right to maintain a security force as large as the situation permits. During peace time, or in other-wise peaceful times within the Armed Republic, we will allow a standing security force of at most two dozen continuously armed personnel. During war time, or when civil situations within the Armed Republic may be unsafe for foreign subjects, we will allow the standing security force to triple in number, as well as provide the option that if the embassy, or its grounds, is breached and/or attacked that the Armed Republic will do anything in its power to protect that ground in conjunction with the stationed diplomatic and security staff as well as maintain the option for the nation holding the embassy to deploy its own armed forces, within reason. In addition, each embassy facility is fitted with its garage complex capable of housing six vehicles. As for aerial transportation, including helicopter and airplane, all such transportation will occur at the nearby Rostov International Airport. Security can be provided by members of both nations [Armed Republic and embassy-holding nation] to ensure the safe arrival, and transmission of the ambassadorial staff to their embassy. Overall security is provided by the complete Rostov Defense Grid, a network of defense systems to ensure the safety of the city and its inhabitants against threats from the sea, land, and air. The embassy ground complex is protected by several battalions of Armed Republic infantry, with several more on call. Needless to say, security of the facilities is immaculate.
When the establishment of an embassy between our two nations is complete, we can begin discussions of future relations. The Armed Republic is open to a multitude of potential diplomatic ties with a foreign entity. Just a handful of these include trade agreements, defense agreements, alliances, pacts, and specialty agreements ranging from the establishment of Armed Republic ancillary diplomatic posts in your country or even the establishment of defense institutions. Whatever your nation looks for in a diplomatic partner, we are more than capable of answering.
The Armed Republic, and I, its leader, look forward to the potential diplomatic ties which may arise following this.
In Regard,
Kagan Viktor R. Dokhturov

As always, the Armed Republic is open to communication regarding even the most mundane of rules and/or regulations. In this case, we have relented to the United Sovereign Nations of Southeast Asia to allow a standing armed force of thirty-five security officials. However, what we cannot provide is a helipad directly connected to the diplomatic facility. Rostov International Airport, positioned immediately nearby, and with its own secure byways, as in no civilian travel and with armed Armed Republic soldiers, to the diplomatic facilities provides immediate access, within a quarter of a mile, of helipad, private storage facilities, and several dedicated diplomatic/military landing strips.
However, if the United Sovereign Nations of Southeast Asia is adamant in the utilization of a helipad in very close proximity to their facility, we will allow the nation to remodel either the top of the facility itself, the top of the connected garage complex, or any part of the facility's lawn [which includes a sizeable rear portion which could contain a helipad and a storage hangar if needed]. If any remodeling or building is to take place, it will require our approval and will be solely financed by your nation. You may use your own domestic contractors or you can utilize Armed Republic military engineers or Armed Republic contractors to do the building. If you use Armed Republic engineers and/or contractors, we will cover thirty percent of the cost of remodeling.
Otherwise, all other stipulations are allowed and we look forward to the presence of the United Sovereign Nations of Southeast Asia in our diplomatic quarters.

We graciously accept the offer of embassy exchange from the Dominion of Mandalore Prime. Although we have not heard much of your nation, there is no doubt that we look forward to the relations with which will begin with this exchange of embassies. Your embassy requirements have been noted and have, for the most part, been approved. If you must have a helipad and hangar facility, you may build it at your own expense or with the Armed Republic providing thirty percent of the cost if you use Armed Republic contractors. Otherwise, the nearby Rostov International Airport maintains secured byways directly to all diplomatic facilities, they have no civilian traffic and are secured and protected by Armed Republic soldiers. There, they offer helipads as well as a number of hangars and runways devoted to diplomatic use.
Again, we look forward to the relations which this exchange will foster.
