Just 2 hours ago a massive earthquake ripped through Krakatowa. It measured 9.2 on the Richter magnitude scale and hundreds of thousands are feared dead. The epicenter was somewhere in the most urbanized section of the nation.

General Song, the reconized leader of Krakatowa, has issued this statement:

People of the world. We would be the last ones, a Rouge Nation that sometimes isn't graced with a spot on the map, to ask for aide. But if you have any soul or any feeling you will have sympothy for the thousands maybe even millions that are dying, it has affected the whole country entirely. We request aide of different mesaures listed in this message.

1. Military aide to fight the rebel factions that can now travel across and loot, steel, and burn the nation easily.

2. Medical aide for the millions dying.

3. Countries willing to accept refugees as we may not be able to sustain ourselves for many years.

4. Transportation in the form of air and ship because roadways are critaclly damaged

5. Trained enginers to assist us in rebuilding our country with more updated and upgraded technology for preventing this kind of destruction again.

"MOVE IT ALONG DAMNIT!" a soldier holding A G36 jabbed the gun in a shirtless citizens stomach. "But my familiy is missing" the man cried desperatly. "MOVE IT OR STAY IN THIS HELLHOLE!" the soldier screamed, and the citizen ran off to the evacuation train. "C'mon now train leaves in 15 minutes, move it along."

New Keasong. A city of 15 Million closer to the Epicenter then the capital
Little bowling shaped pods, with proppellars flew across the city, blaring the message "EVACUATE!" "EVACUATE!" However nobody emeraged from the rubble, everyone who lived was smart enough to try to find a standing structure and stay in it. Men in black uniforums caring AK-101s and RPG-7s were looting stores and stealing hundreds of dollers. There were fires all over the city and 85% of the buildings were destroyed.

Ranyon. The VERY epicenter, was as decimated as could be, a black mist seemed to float through the air, and there wasn't a standing structure to be found. The Goverment has no communication with this city.

- A task force of the 2nd Infantry Division consisting of 6,000 soldiers. With your permission, they will travel to Krakatowa immediately and establish a presence there until such time order is restored.

A man in a green camoflague army uniform quickly ran down the long hallways of the Imperial Palace, stopping just infront of a alrge set of double doors. Pushing them open, the man marched inside, a large dossier folder in his hands as he bowed to the regally dressed man inside.

"Your Imperial Majesty... Intelligence has revealed that a Rouge Nation called Krakatowa has recently been hit by an earthquake. They're sking for military aid against the rebels.."

The young man seated on a high throne stroked his face slowly, contemplating this information in his mind...."Send them a message, tell them we shall provide military aid and crush the rebels along side their forces... But tell them we ask in return that they allow for MelekTaus to command its military forces, as we are the stronger nation, untill the emergeancy is over.."

The uniformed man bowed, and marched out of the throne room, heading back to the Foreign Affairs office to send the message.

OOC: Yes I know my force, compared to most task forces, is a little overkill, but meh... I like lots of 'extra' ships for defense incase any big shot naval force might try to get the jump on my fleet. Plus, the Slava class cruisers are armed with both anti-missile missiles, and also cruise missiles to strike any potential fortified defense positions. I also left behind ALOT of my West fleet's ships behind. Lots of frigates, my ASW helo carrying cruisers, my big ol' nuclear capable battlecruisers, and plenty of frigates and 2 destroyers. Not to mention the good ol' guided missile cruisers/destroyers...

BTW, with loadouts, that is example for ONE SHIP. Incase you didn't know that, so just times all of them by the number of ships to get the total number of aircraft/marines/tanks e.c.t. for that particular class 'group'.

Mondoth will immediately dispatch a Fast Response Task force, both to help against the rebels and to establish a forward operations area to stage missions of aid from. We are hoping to establish medical stations in the affected areas to facilitate the dispersment of aid to the affected population. The Mondothian Corps. of Engineers will also dispatch several units with the Aide fleet in order to begin rebuilding.

Additionally Mondoth is fully willing to accept any refugees.

Our forces, now consisting of elements of the 1st Naval Battle Group [1 Nimitz-class carrier, 2 Arleigh Burke-class destroyers, 2 Ticonderoga-class cruisers and 10 Ivan Rogov-class Amphibious Assault ships], the 3rd and 8th Infantry Divs. and the 1st Armoured Div. are setting sail for Krakatowa immediately.
