After the assassination of Secretary General Brezhnekov which resulted in a foriegn invasion and the disintegration of the UPR into lots of smaller nations, the people of California, Utah, Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona, Wyoming, Colorado, Singapore, Baja California Norte, Sonora, and Chihuahua have finally succeeded where previous feudal governments had failed.
Whittier is reunited. This time with an additional member, Panama, who was not part of the UPR. The inclusion of Panama will provide the nation with greater ethnic diversity and add to the diversity of opinion in the UPR's Politburo.
As we are just emerging from a period of feudalism our economy is in a fragile state and we could use economic assistance.
The reunification would not have been possible if not for the willingness of Lenin Brezhnekov to take the heels of the newly reunited nation.
