The Armed Republic of Kravania is now a nuclear power.

At 7:20 AM today, a nuclear warhead of 250 Kilotons was detonated in the mountains of the region of Carpathia in northern Kravania.

Kravania will now develop it's nuclear weapons system at great speed. Kravania also announces the expansion of it's chemical and biological weapons programme, as well as an increase in funding for the development of new weaponised biological and viral weapons.

Kravanian Great Leader and President for Life, Atne Pavelic, has also stated, in a speech to the Central Committee of the Fascist Party of Kravania (FPK), that Kravania will upgrade it's conventional military strength.

This means that Kravania will now produce American and European designs for naval, ground and air combat operations in an effort to diversify Kravania's weapons from the current reliance on ex Soviet designs.

This will also see the expansion of Kravania's navy to include aircraft carriers and nuclear powered submarines, to give our air force a global reach and to ensure a global strike capability and to enable Kravanian ground forces to develop the ability of fighting on multiple fronts and to mount invasions of large nations with superpower/regional power status.

May this great day see the expansion of the already powerful Kravanian Armed Forces (KAF) and the State Security Force (SSF) to make Kravania a power and nation that demands respect and loyalty from our enemies and friends.

The Emperor scrolled over the report that another nation had entered the Nuclear 'Club'. Blinking, the young man sighed, before beginning to pen an official response.

The High Ecclesiarchy collectively laughs at the pitifully grandiose declaration of the illegitimate autocratic dictatorship of Kravania. Mr Pavelic’s terrorist state would have been wise to have remained hidden under the dark cover of the rock that it fled to following its dismal failure during the Stoddenia Crisis and the subsequent furious retribution directed against it by the Armed Forces of Holy Xirnium. Unfourtunately, yet not entirely unexpectedly, it seems the lesson was not well learnt.

Like any other nation, Kravania has the full legal right to develop its military capabilities as it wishes, and this is not a concern to the Eternal Republic. Be warned, however, that any attempt whatsoever to use your military once again in an effort to infringe on the sovereignty of Holy Xirnium or of any other liberal democracy will not be tolerated by the august High Ecclesiarchy.

In these troubled times we live in, military power is often seen as an easy medium for diplomatic pressure and a safeguard against future attacks by rogue nations or expansionist powers.

While it is each country's own choice whether to develop these tools of war, I urge you to consider peaceful negotiation and diplomacy against said states before resorting to military action. Such action results in the deaths of millions on both sides and can easily be avoided by other, less violent means.

That being said, we support every nation's rights to develop their own protocols and wish you the best in future practices.

And FYI, I have simply done what most NS nations do when they go nuclear, announce it to other nations. I have not made any 'offensive' remarks here.

I find democracy pathetic, with it's repetitive moaning about violations of 'human rights' etc..., yet I have yet to make any remarks about your choice of government for SE-A.

If I want to have an autocratic nation, then so be it, why does that bother you???

Like I said, I would not be bothered if your nation was democratic/autocratic.

Ill admit that my RPs do not have as much detail as Halberdgardia/McKagan/Kraven or you and there is a reason for that, as Hal himself told me.

They all have more FREE TIME being students/teenagers. I work, Im actually on my lunch break now and It's NORMAL for me to stay in my office from 9 AM to 9PM, Mon to Fri.

I do get paid a salary, however the bulk of my earnings are performance based (I work in corporate finance/stockbrokering in the small caps) and if I don't use as many hours as I can on work, less business for me.

I hope that explains a few things.

FYI, I do intend to be less offensive and provocative, whilst still running a anti-communist far-right regime/nation. I find Parthia a good example of what to aim for, right wing without starting WW3 every time I open my mouth.

Evoleerf aplaudes your gaining of this usefull defensive weaponry.

We ourselves are developing nucular weapons along with a scramjet delivery system, we would be interested in sharing of technology (as while our science is advanced our budgets are not and so we can do limited testing of ideas so your hands on knoledge would be useful)

however we hope that the new military projection force being designed would be used in a manner fitting a great nation of this day and age, rather then for the more agressive notions of a past age.
