Duchess Neherenia von Deadmoon was to be the cause of it all, she was the Duchess of Palania Province in the northern Region of Hataria and greed was in her blood. The von Deadmoons had been for hundereds of Years takeing illegal Taxes to build up their riches, The People soon asked Empress Serena to do something about it and she did, By Declareing Palania under Full Imperial Control and Ordering Neherenia to resign from being Duchess of Palania and Paying back every Ruta back to The Palanians.....but thanks to Neherenia's brother, Malaider von Deadmoon and his gambleing, which got him Killed by The Yakuza, The Famliy bank account was at 2,000 Rutas, just 2,000 rutas.
The Order to Pay back the money and her being forced to resign made Neherenia Pissed, she soon decided to Plot to Become Empress her self, and Rule the Empire.
The Civil War was about to start.
