Greetings to all nations!
The Imperial Democratic Republic of Mauvasia, still only a young nation on the international scene, wishes to find allies and trade partners in like-minded nations, and thus we have started our first Embassy Exchange program. All nations wishing to open diplomatic relations with Mauvasia may apply here to open an embassy in Mauvasia. We will try to process your requests in time... that is to say, within less than a month after the submission of applications.
The rules for establishing an embassy include:
- Security will be taken care of by the Police Department of Darmetz (PDD); however, ambassadors may bring up to 25 guards along with them, provided that the guards carry only small sidearms, nonlethal weapons, and/or ceremonial swords or other such weapons. Armour will not be restricted.
- The number of armoured cars must also be limited to a maximum of ten. Nonarmoured vehicles will not be similarly restricted.
- The total number of personnel at the embassy may at no time exceed 70, unless an exception is provided for by the Department of State.
We hope that many prosperous and peaceful relationships blossom from this exchange program.

Constitutional Matriarchy of Reloria
Greetings to you and your country. Reloria is also fairly young on the international scene, and we too are interested in peaceful and prosperous relations with others on this world. Our government is still fairly new and disorganised so I am yet to have any ambassadors at my disposal, but I would like to request an embassy within your nation regardless. Our newly-appointed foreign minister Jenn Pichico will make regular visits until a permanent ambassador can be assigned.
Thank you, and good day. to you all. I look forward to your response.

From: Joshua Lin, Minister of Foreign Affairs, United Sovereign Nations of Southeast Asia
Re: Formalization of Diplomatic Relations
Dear Your Excellency Secretary of State Andrew Marks,
The United Sovereign Nations of Southeast Asia has a positive outlook on the Imperial Democratic Republic of Mauvasia, especially given the fact that it defended the Libertarian Concordance of Czardas from the belligerence of the CAD alliance. After much debating in the Upper House and Lower House of Parliament, we have voted in favor for the formalization of diplomatic relations.
Should you accept, you shall be provided with an embassy in the diplomatic quarter of our capitol, Singapore. Our regulations on foreign embassies is as follows:
Both embassies are to follow the diplomatic laws enumerated below. These embassies are to be considered the national territory of the owner of the embassy, and any attack on the embassy shall be considered an act of war.
The laws on embassies encoded by this treaty are as follows:
The amount of armed guards, including professional soldiers, are to be from zero to fifty men, with whatever arms thought necessary by the client nation, excluding, but not limited to, high explosives and high-explosive devices such as RPGs, anti-tank, and anti-aircraft munitions.
Five soft-skinned combat vehicles are allowed, including armored personnel carriers and infantry fighting vehicles.
The flag of the client nation is to fly no matter what reason, including policy towards certain political groups inside the host nation. It is national territory of the client nation, and thus they have the right to any flag.
We hope you find these terms acceptable. We would like to submit for our own embassy in your own nation:
1 Ambassador
50 Embassy Staff Members
Five MMPWV LV-08 Armored Patrol/Light Trucks (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=10623787&postcount=34) (Unarmed)
Three Elusion-class Vehicles (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=10168550&postcount=2)
1 Helipad
1 UH-75 "Knighthawk" Helicopter (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=10762523&postcount=36) (Unarmed)
We look forward for a long and prosperous, and positive relationship should you accept.
Yours Sincerely,
His Excellency,
Joshua Lin

We would be honoured and pleased to host a Southeast Asian diplomatic mission within Mauvasia; the USNSEA has shown itself in the past to be a supporter of world peace, using war only as a last resort. The security provided seems acceptable under Mauvasian laws. A plot has been set aside at #22, Upper Terrace; construction upon the ambassadorial building will begin whenever you feel it to be necessary.
To the USNSEA's capitol we wish to send Ambassador Caterina Donzetti, 25 diplomatic staff, and ten members of the Capitol Guard, who will only bear arms in accordance with the regulations of your nation; no member of the Capitol Guard shall bear a lethal weapon larger than a 9mm handgun.
We hope to further diplomatic ties between our nations.

We would be glad to describe the overarching philosophy of Mauvasian politics. The Republic's political views are based on the "Classic Liberal" premise that social and economic liberty are inseperable halves of the same equation; thus, we allow our people extensive freedom in both areas, although not up to the point where said freedoms would conflict with those of others. Our foreign policy values diplomacy over force when possble, utilising war or hostility only as a last resort, and we are proud to say that we have not participated militarily in any war since the formation of the Republic herself some one hundred and sixty years ago.
If these policies sound acceptable to you, then we would be delighted to host a Moronyickan diplomatic mission within Mauvasia, as we are interested in bettering our relations with the international community following years of isolation.

Greetings from the Libertarian Concordance of Czardas! Remember us? From that peace conference and all? Anyway, we happened to notice that you had an embassy exchange thingy out there, so we'd rather like to establish a Czardaian embassy in Mauvasia. We won't send too much -- six Special Operatives with standard arms, plus their scooters, maybe a couple of unarmed armored cars, and that's it.
Thanks a bunch.

posting this once on this thread so as not to have a duplicate on mine, hope that is alright
Attn: Andrew Marks, Chairman, Department of State
On the behalf of His Majesty’s Government, your request for official diplomatic relations and the exchange of embassies has been approved with the most sincere appreciation as the Imperial Commonwealth Republic has long been noted as a standard bearer of diplomacy over the use of force in international politics.
The proposed personnel levels provided by His Majesty’s Mauvasian Department of State are acceptable to the Foreign Office and in reciprocity the United Kingdom should like to construct an embassy in Darmetz, including with it thirty-five diplomatic personnel and fifteen Royal Marines, armed with non-lethal variants of the standard issue L62 rifle. Leading the diplomatic team will be Sir Kenneth George, a senior career diplomat in the Diplomatic Service.
It is my sincere hope that this proposal may be found acceptable and that the nascent relationship between our two great states may blossom into a strong and enduring friendship to last for many years to come.
