Due to conflicting interests and the pressing need for the Tom (Black Trident's national animal), we are left with no other choice than to take this shameful sultanate under our rule.

We have conducted a clandestine nuclear programme for some years now as a nomadic peoples prior to attaining autonomy, and have currently deployed. We will launch nuclear, chemical, biological, and radiological war against any Wittendom ally that attempts to foil our most just end.

In response to the resent threats send forth by the pityful nation of Black Trident against a fellow nation of the glorious region of Haiku and thus Haiku itself, WE the regent of the Kingdom of Juhliandia declare our support for the before mentioned nation put under threat. WE see this as a threat on OUR own nation and as such it will not be tolerated. WE are prepared to act with the full force of our Military to protect OUR interests.

The Republic of Cascadia has launched airstrikes againest terrorists claiming to have WMDs.

The Carstenian High Council have gathered tonight, and are discussing the matter. So far, Carstenia wishes to remain neutral. If, however, an attack is launched on Haiku, we will take action to exterminate this threat once and for all.

"Prime Minister, I have good news. Our task force has apprehended a small group of Tridentians. We have found the nuclear device in the congressional office building, although it does not seem to be operable. The captives have been willing to reveal the location of several other such devices, both in our nation and others. We are preparing to find these as well and have notified our sister-nations. The group of tridentians wishes to defect and it seems that many more may do so as well. We should be proud of our nation's draw- it seems that Wittendom's wonder is difficult to resist."

"Good. Notify Charice that I am prepared for the press interview and continue the good work."

The Sharif nods and exits the room as the PM stands from her chair and gazes out over Graville. In the distance a limo carrying the sobbing mother of the dead intern approaches the city. She glanced down at her watch. Only a few hours more...

The government of The Black Trident denies any knowledge of these events, while maintaining the deadline of 16 hours for the president of Wittendom to accept exile or face nuclear consequences.

The following statement has been broadcasted on National Network of Carstenia this evening, as well as on interregional Networks:

Fellow countrymen. We are at this time at war with TBT. Our nation has been attacked, and we must retaliate. The military training you have all undergone will be of great help and comfort to you in these hard times, and I am counting on you all to uphold the peace and good conduct inside Carstenia.

With an annual military budget of 81375824887,25US$, Carstenia has got the means and the incitament to finally put our weapons to use.

Furthermore, all 1,045,000,000 of you have undergone compulsory military service. For now, the standing army of 5 mio men are on red alert, and are making preparations to counter this horrific attack on our and our allies' sovereign lands.

For now, the following actions have been taken:

*50 Highly precise nuclear smart-missiles have been launched against TBT, targeting military installations, airfields, ports, and power plants.

*The Carstenian Navy have dispatched 2 Carriers, 10 Destroyers and 25 Nuclear Submarines in an attempt to block every commercial and non-commercial vessel from entering or leaving the waters of TBT, by force if neccesary.

The Royal Carstenian Airforce maintains 20 fighter teams in the air in order to shoot down any further missiles launched at Carstenia.

Do not be alarmed, fellow countrymen. We will win this war, and we will do it in such a matter that any nation will think twice about attacking us afterwards. For now, I must leave you. I have a war to win. Good luck.

Oh, my. Where do I begin? Well, Drunken Pagan Weirdos has something to say to the leader of the Black Trident: Buddy, you screwed up big time. When you mess with one citizen of Haiku, you mess with all of us.

That being said, as Drunken Pagan Weirdos has no standing military, we can only offer our condemnation of these vicious attacks, and hope that our neighbors will be able to whip the Black Trident into line shortly. Thank you for your time.

The ICBM launched againest Cascadia has been shot down by the U.S, since we are made up of British Columbia, Washington, Oregon, and Northern California and was formerly part of the U.S and still part of NATO UN inspectors have looked at the debris and found that it is actually an old Russian missle with no nuclear bombs on it. It was probably purchased by a dummy company acting as a front for the terrorists.

Haiku Triumphant!

Graville- AP - Today the Wittendom executive released a statement declaring victory over TBT for the people of Haiku. Although TBT had made a threat to commence attacks on the nations of Haiku, the deadline passed, and TBT's forces are nowhere to be seen. No communication has been received from TBT's capital and it is reported that strikes made by Haiku member nations on the small rogue nation have left it in ruin. The few Tridentian forces that remained have either surrendered, defected, or committed suicide in lieu of capture. Wittendom's President, Marolyn Sullivan, was quoted saying "Today is a day of light and joy, a day when all of Haiku's nations should rejoice in celebration of this victory. Let this be a message to all those who threaten the peace and security of our region. Let not our voices be silenced." She continued to thank each of the nations that came to Wittendom's aid during TBT's attacks and also declared a national holiday henceforth: Haiku Day.

I have no choice but to join this... as i am a member of the hakiu region... as ambassador for the emporer of holy empire of only1rebel i here by join this war... and may god have mercy on our souls... if these so WMD's work... i also say as a UN member that sevear action take place to destroy these WMD.
