How do you launch a cruise missle from an aircraft carrier you ask? Simple. We have taken ordinary Tomohawk cruise missles and fixed a pair of wheels to the bottom and a catapult arm that allows it to be flung off the deck by the regular aircraft catapults without any changes or modifications to the catapult equipment. Since it gets its inital speed from the catapult it doesnt need the rocket booster that is characteristic of it when its launched from a VLS tube or a submarine.
