The 5 billionth bouncing baby Militant was born early this morning, bringing to light the human population boom that has strained The Phoenix Milita's resources to the brink!
As a result all fertile males 34-55 will be given free (and mandatory) vasectomies. Also the abortion drug "baby stopper Rx®" will now be sold over the counter at discount outlets. And all females aged 13 to 19 and all males 14 to 18 shall be perscibed a specialized form of birth control injection twice a year to stop teen pregnacies. The programs will be put into full effect April 15th of this year.
The new laws were put in place on a 20 to 6 vote in the public opinon polls which rejected the deportation of eldery, lesbians and naturalized foreingers or the 3rd option annexing a large piece of territory.
