We also want to purcahse 200 Tanks , 10,000 Assult Rifles , 100 APCs and 20 Mobile Missile Platforms (Launches Scuds or ICBMs) .
And also 10 Frigates , 10 Destroyers , 5 Submarines and 2 Nuclear Submarines .

Our budget (total) : 5 billion to 6 billion , if more money is needed , it shall be given .

Very well, we will send one example of each aircraft for a test flight. The order has been noted and the planes are currently being prepared for sending, ready in two (NS) weeks. You can pay the entire costs of $4 billion USD at once, or in installments if the funds are not readily available.

We would also be honored to set up a co-operation between our nations. The production of Czardaian aircrafts, vessels, and other weapons for any purpose but the defense of the Czardaian homeland is new to the industries of the Concordance, and we would appreciate any type of co-operative effort at further upgrading the existing designs.

From a production base in Czardas, three aircrafts take off into the air, reaching high subsonic speeds within seconds. A single Peregrine and Hailstorm, operated by well-trained pilots of the Czardaian Air Force, and an accompanying transport plane containing engineers and teachers to instruct the pilots and crews in the usage of the aircrafts, are in this group, which leaves Czardas and begins crossing the oceans towards Mationbuds airspace.

After a short and uneventful flight, the three aircrafts reach the Mationbuds airbase where they had been instructed to land, and send out a message to the control tower, circling at 25,000 feet.

If I may, I’d like to take this opportunity to introduce the government of Mationsbuds to the shipwrights, and their respective work, of Carson and Wolff, the United Kingdom’s second largest shipbuilder. Currently with active shipyards in some of the larger cities in the UK, Carson and Wolff stands only to grow in the coming years, but we can do so only by building cooperative agreements with our clients and our potential customers. And that is why I write this letter.

Having seen the defence requirements, and the constricting budget for the planned armed forces enlargement, we here at Carson and Wolff feel one of our products would be aptly suited to your nation’s security needs: The Type 02 “Axe class” frigate.

While light and thinly armoured, the warship provides an excellent littoral patrol platform that is complemented by a lethal set of anti-ship missiles as well as a small contingent of surface-to-air missiles for point air defence work. The Type 02 also comes equipped with eight torpedo tubes and the capacity to lay upwards of thirty-six mines; also included on the stern are rails for launching twelve depth charges. It should be noted, however, that in order to keep costs at a minimum for such an otherwise capable warship the design does not include a hangar or landing pad for neither V/STOL aircraft nor helicopter as the frigate is envisioned acting under the protection of shore based air patrols and ASW work.

In short, each vessel would account for 1/5 of your allotted procurement budget and as such Carson and Wolff is open to discussing alternative payment plans that are equitable to both parties.

At 5:20 AM International Time : 1 Tango Personnel Carrier Plane took off Mationsbuds Mateden Air Base escorted by 2 F-16 Fighter Jets . The Tango Craft contains 2 Diplomatic Representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , 5 Bodyguards and 1 Representative from the Dictatorial office .
