Jenrak is, with while a boast of ego, one of the largest producers of chemical weaponry, and we for too long suffer in business against nations whom deem themselves as 'enlightened' and 'righteous', yet are overzealous as to launch a nuclear strike the moment their trigger happy generals deem it correct. Standing up against this atrocity, we of Jenrak would deem the world as complacent, trying to destroy any corporations or nations selling biological or chemical weapons to not wage war, but to make a profit in a way they are best at. After all, that is the best way to make profit, is it not?

Therefore, in accordance to attempt a stronger marketing and support for Chemical weapons, Jenrak is proud, and publicly, to present the Bio Alliance, a large marketing for Biological weapons and Chemical gasses for a great number of purposes. To span into political, economical and social settings, The Biological Alliance of International Bodies and Markets, the correct term for the Bio-Alliance, even shorter as TBIOA, wishes that all nations that have a neutral, supporting or produces chemicals and biological weapons to join in this alliance, to help the strengthened power of chemical warfare.

TBIOA Applications and Laws

Articles 1.0 regarding Manner

[1] No nation of any origin or of any rivalry, as long as they draw breath within the TBIOA, is to draw chemical weapons against each other in combat. Should there be a dispute, then any warfare is to be without chemical weaponry. If chemical weaponry or biological weaponry is detected, then there would be ejection from the group, and a possible act of retaliation on said nation.

[2] Every nation involved in the Alliance is to treat every other member with respect, no matter of what beliefs, origins, nor status. There is to be attempt to change views, or slanders, and any nations attempting to try and persuade their fellow members otherwise will be immediately ejected from the alliance, should said things be found.

[3] War against other members if necessary, but it is required to be a fair and equitable fight. There are to be no large sides against a much smaller side, or a much more powerful side against a much more weaker side. If both combatants are of equal stature and nature, then the war will be and should be entirely one against one.

Articles 1.1 regarding Leadership

[1] Nobody is higher than anybody else. No nation can claim to be the highest in the system, and nobody is claimed to be below the system. Should there be a dispute, a fair and democratic vote of majority will be used to determine the outcome of the dispute.

[2] To stop any kind of instigation within the alliance, all said members are allowed only one vote, and colonies and captured territories do not count. Should any territories or colonies captured be seen as an independent source entirely from its previous ruler, then they may cast a vote.

[3] Ideas are generally welcome, and there is never a subject never too taboo within the Alliance. Nobody is to look badly on any idea until it has been fully understood and explained by the one proposing.

Articles 1.2 regarding Shared Market

[1] No nation is to force another nation to place any certain number of items on the market. A suggestion is welcome, but forcing is not allowed.

[2] Any member of the TBIOA will be given a 15% discount on the market immediately, and the suppliers are to expect that.

[3] All cures and advances are solely of the supplier’s information, and he is under no obligation to reveal them.

Articles 1.3 regarding War

[1] All legions from all countries are to be vaccinated from all the manner of curable diseases expected in battle, and every soldier must have amiable shelter and fighting weaponry.

[2] Should there not be enough money for vaccinations, then other members are expected to help, otherwise the supplier is not to expect anything from anybody.

[3] Chemical Weaponry is forbidden against each other in war. Should any detection of chemical weaponry be seen, then both nations will be pressed to stop immediately or retaliation will occur.

Articles 1.4 regarding Change

[1] Everything is to be changed on the need of an accepted vote.

[2] Nobody is above anybody else, and therefore no nations are to expect any other special respect.

Introductory Information
Dosage amounts refer to the amount of dosage required to effectively cripple enemies. Whilst higher dosage poisons are generally required more, they work more effectively en masse, rather than the specialist small dose poisons that while effectively in small parts, are relatively ineffective in larger amounts.

State 1 – Paralysis and Crowd Control
All corporations or nations are to expect any uprising against them from a group of people who lack the view on the fact they are to be thankful to be alive, rather than gunned. Many nations whom experience this would so direly want to teach them a lesson, but good cheap labour is relatively hard to come by in the world were ‘civilized’ manners rule dominantly. Henceforth, instead of killing the insurgents, the only thing to do is teach them a lesson, to let them know who is truly in charge.

Extra Information:

Ascheran Fog is literally the fog surrounding the Ascheran plains, a thick gaseous odour that barely goes away. Causing depression, tiredness and uncomfortably itching sensations, the Ascheran Fog is used as a means to demoralize enemy troops when there is no other way to demoralize them. Hence it has little to do with physical damage – it affects the mind much more.

Extra Information:

Designed to be used as a demoralizing method on rebel water supplies, this poison is relatively useful against long sieges, to starve out the people into submission, rather than have them be actually physically be harmed by a real poison. Although causing no real long-term damage, the Exethus is good at making them surrender unconditionally due to lack of supplies. Available in vials, this is used for espionage missions where poisoning water supplies is only possible against heavily reinforced enemies. Although more expensive for less en mass, vials have the poison in a safe container, allowing prolonged effects and small portable case.

Extra Information:

The only difference between the Exethus in levels I and II are the duration for the poison length. Should there be an extra more days required, this hardier poison will be effective. However, while the symptoms do last longer, they are fairly less extreme than Level I Exethus.

Extra Information:

Eastern Gas’s are mined exclusively from Jenrak’s inhospitable eastern front, dwelling right into Ascheran boundaries. While a relative weak poison and fairly shortened, the compounds found within this gas are known to clean metal and wood with a seemingly grown tarnish, keeping wood and metal once wiped with it staying clean and in peak condition. Thus, it is used for maintaining vehicles and appliances as a much more effective (albeit expensive) version of polishing.

Adding an exact two hours, the stronger variety of the Eastern Gas utilizes a special chemical catalyst that leeches off from the victim, causing a bacterial infection while leading to severe tiredness. While still a formidable polish, this gas slowly transforms into a weapon.

Jenrak’s favourite deployed chemical, the Eastern Gas is a strong, violent chemical that begins to lodge it self deep into the opponent’s legs, slowly eating away at the flesh for nearly 7 whole hours, while inducing a series of unpleasant symptoms throughout the body. While some reports of the Eastern Gas have been found to have rendered victims handicapped, it usually leaves little damage, thereby being an effective ‘demonstration’ device. While it can still be used as an amazingly effective polisher, the fumes emanating from it during application can certainly be dangerous.

Extra Information:

The Exethus is a much more lethal poison in its third stage, effectively closing the Larynx, making it impossible to speak, and extremely difficult for any air to reach the lungs. Peeling skin increases chances of infection, and lack of oxygen from the previous symptoms could certainly make fighting off infections difficult. As infamously quoted by its creator, “This drop of sunshine will never kill you, but the neighbours will.”

“They can never run.” Is the note of the final stage of the Deadly Exethus poison. Lasting an exact twelve hours, not only does it become unbearable to live, but also extremely excruciating. While used often to dissent ringleaders of certain mobs, it is also used previously on revolted captured prisoners of war in Jenrak. The strongest of the poisons, it causes a chemical reaction in the body, making a small explosion during a certain period of time causing the calves and most of the hamstrings in the both legs to be entirely unusable.

State 2 – Personal and Special Targets
A bullet leaves a wound, a knife leaves a cut. Poison, however, can be changed to look completely innocent, entirely natural, and harmless. Killing enemies can be done from afar as well, through either poisonous mail, dirtying a drink or dashing a couple on their thanksgiving turkey. Either way, assassination has been found to be much cleaner with the use of chemical and biological weapons, and sometimes, can be much more painful and messier as well.

Extra Information:

While it can kill in seconds, entirely of water deprivation in the body, the Enkur’s Tear, named infamously after Jenrak’s great god of pain, turns the occasional 15 seconds of the victim’s life into a complete nightmare, resulting in vomiting, blood pouring out through the fingernails, rashes and extreme itchiness in the skin. Used by Elite Assassins everywhere in Jenrak, the Enkur’s Tear is extremely hard to detect, causing massive tumours and extreme amounts of cancerous cells, therefore body analysts assume the damage done to be part of cancer or tumours. While lethal, the tear cannot be transferred from person to person. Therefore, should someone mix blood with someone else who has been affected with the tear, the disease will be too strained to ‘enter new territory’.

Extra Information:

Although a pungent, greenish look and an arid smell, once the saliva is placed into the blood stream it inevitably beings its mission. However, the mission for the Saliva is not to kill, but to have the body implode on itself. By going into the blood stream, it burns off sharp deposits off the spinal cord, carrying it with it, cutting off entire nerves at a time, but then it sticks to the stomach wall, causing spasms throughout the body, as the deposits cut the stomach wall, allowing the lethal stomach acid to eat the person inside out. While the disease could have a cure, the fact that the stomach acid burnt through the entire body does not. Hence, the person is inside out by only himself.

Our company has long provided many important services to the citizens
of Delta Green, advancing in the fields of pharmaceuticals, genetic
modification, of course agriculture, and animal husbandry. Beyond this, we
have also advanced in fields not only for the citizens, but government of Delta
Green. With state contracts, we have long developed chemical and biological
warfare options for the government of Delta Green.

However, after the recent Woomera Incident, the demand for chemical
and biological weapons by the government has sharply declined and our
markets in those areas are slimming just as many of our products are nearing
completion. We are running out of a base for funding in this areas. While the
Delta Green government is still interested in our products, they are unable to
properly fund us because of new NBC regulations being imposed.

Sorry, but with a standing army of 8 million and without nuclear weapons, PROHT sees it as complete suicide to tie its CBWs up and fight 'fair'.

Even with a compulsory CDF and a police force of 4 million, PROHT firmly believes it needs to maintain its biological weapons program, and produce chemical weapons to surpress riots.

PROHT does see the virtue of such a treaty though, but signing one would be cutting off a large amount of PROHT's military strength, that would be unnacceptable.

The Kingdom of Free Farmers wishes to join your alliance and hopes that it is able to survive in this hostile universe for all of time.

View on Biological and Chemical Weaponry: Chemical and biological weapons are terrible, inhumane tools of war. But so are all tools of war. The extreme potential effectiveness of these weapons should not be overlooked but if you are to use something you must protect yourself from it. Knowledge of anti-biological and chemical weapons techniques are crucial to the safety of the Kingdom and the Farmers military forces. Therefore research and acceptance of chemical and biological weaponry for battlefield use and counter use is needed and encouraged.

OOC: You know, if I didn't like joining alliances, I'd almost definitely join this one. SC is a highly Christian nation, but that doesn't stop us from using a wide range of Chemical weaponry. At one point in history, Sniper Country boasted one of the largest stockpiles of VX Poison Gas in the world.

OOC: Ah. Well most nations do not enjoy chemical weapons, and I've found that many large holders of bio or chemical weaponry is either apart from the supporters, hence making it easier for them to be targeted, or some other arbitrary reason. Then again, I tend to ramble on.

View on Biological and Chemical Weaponry: Biological, chemical and even nuclear weaponry have been in controlled use since their development in Kison. Besides being a deterrant, Kison does not hesitate to use these weapons in war situations. Our use of these weapons, however, are entirely tactical: we have never openly and unconditionally dropped WMDs on civilian targets before we were fired upon by WMDs. In short, one would be shocked at how fast a nation is willing to surrender after a tactical nuclear device is detonated at one of their military installations. Used properly, these misunderstood weapons can actually reduce the need for senseless loss of life in combat and prolonged warfare.
